Ron is an awesome guy to buy a bed from. I bought a queen waveless Softside bed and when I needed to make some changes he was very helpful. Not too many places around to go in and check out a waterbed. If your back hurts when you wake up in the morning it could be you need a waterbed.

This waterbed is used at my infrared sauna shop as a sterile Negative Ions Floatation Treatment. Everybody loves it and many have fallen asleep during their treatment. These guys are friendly and well informed about unusual beds. They are one of the few remaining water bed stores, but they also sell futons and Murphy beds, as well as supply parts. Stop in and see them if youre curious. Its mostly family owned and operated, and the whole place has a friendly neighbor atmosphere.

I purchased a box spring and a soft side waterbed mattress from Alternative Bedding. I spoke to Ron and explained I would need the box spring deliver before the soft side waterbed mattress. He said no problem just let him know when I need it. I called to let him know I was ready for the box spring. He delivered it the next day and helped me put my mattress on! Excellent Service.

Excellent customer service. Ron was patient and answered all my questions. He was there after the purchase too! I had trouble assembling my bed and had to call him 6 times during the installation. Im not kidding. I apologized for being a pain, and he told me I wasnt a pain and said, Call me anytime; thats what Im here for. Again, great customer service.

This place is great! I got a Serta mattress from here. They have more than waterbeds. They deliver and the guys that did were helpful and nice. Prices are nice, too. Ill keep going back for everything bedding.

First, waterbeds are coming back. Secondly, get a waterbed and never go back. Before going anywhere else, come here and talk to Ron. He knows waterbeds and is great to deal with. We had ours installed by waterbed services, which was done perfectly and professionally. We love it.

August 31, 2016 I called to ask for prices of certain components, the woman answering was extremely rude, loud, condescending, hateful and toxic.Heres a suggestion. Do not patronize this store. Order your bedding needs on line . They really take care of their customers! I bought a waveless king mattress with a 5 year warranty from them 4 1/2 years ago and a seam gave out. They no longer carry the brand because of seam problems, so #1; they refuse to sell their customers products they find to be inferior. They could have made me jump thru the hoops that the warranty required, which would have cost me a lot in shipping. Instead, Ron gave me full credit towards another, better made mattress, that came with a new 5 year warranty (the old one would only have qualified for the remaining 6 months of coverage). THAT is customer service. I would highly recommend them.
