We recently moved to thr area and saw your ads on television. The showroom is nicely laid out and you could immediately see the furniture is high quality. Prices are reasonable and selections are excellent. Mike Kuzma was helping us and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We were looking for bedroom furniture and found exactly what we were looking for. We also purchased a desk and chair which we not looking for but the the furniture is so nice and the price was good, we could not resist. Mike followed up with us the next day to ask about room size because he thought we could get a larger bed for the same price. He was right and we ordered a larger size. Excellent service. Thank you

Purchasing our furniture at Room Concepts was an extremely pleasurable experience. We purchased a dining room table and two chairs to complete our set. They were very patient with our ever changing mind on the chairs and never lost focus on making sure we had all of the information and time needed to make our decision. The quality of the furniture was outstanding and holds up to our two young boys. The pricing was not only fair but exactly what we were quoted for every piece.To top it off, their customer service is second to none. Our chairs had to be specially ordered and took some time to come in. We went to Room Concepts in search of a new couch and dining room table. We worked with Nathan and Amy and both were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Nathan was so patient and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my many questions! The quality of furniture was amazing and you can pretty much customize anything. We loved that! There was no pressure to purchase anything and he sent us home with samples so we could see how the colors would look in our home. We ended up buying both the table and a sectional. It will be a while before they come in but we can’t wait to receive them!

Honestly this was one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. My wife and I were looking to buy a full living room set and Room Concepts was one of at least three stores we planned to visit in the area. We never even went to the other two. We worked with Justin from beginning to end. He answered every question we had and even helped us find less expensive fabric alternatives. Went to Room Concepts in Wexford after visiting several other furniture stores looking at sofas and chairs from Smith Brothers Furniture. They had a nice selection and FINALLY after several visits I came to a decision and placed my order. Everyone I came into contact with, from sales to delivery, were helpful, professional and very nice to work with. Made my purchase so easy. And the price was much lower than another store who quoted the same pieces. I would definitely recommend Room Concepts to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Their prices are higher than most competitors, but their quality is also generally superior. However, their service is wholly lacking. Don’t count on delivery times at all. Their business strategy is a classic example of over promising and under-delivering. They are completely unapologetic when they fail to meet their promises. If you are looking for honest and timely service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Room Concepts sells quality all wood furniture, no veneers, particle board, or other inferior materials. The company works directly with you and your budget to find the right piece of furniture best suited to your needs. Most everything can be done ala carte depending upon the manufacturer selected. You can mix and match tables and chairs and determine how many you want. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and will give you both the pros and cons of the various types of furniture. Although pricey, customer service is fantastic and there is never any pressure tactics in order to buy. 12 month interest free financing is available. Most expensive brands are from Canada and Amish made. However, you can get more affordable options which are made in Malaysia. Upon placing an order please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. You can then arrange for delivery and installation or pick it up yourself. Should you choose delivery, your delivery charge is a one time fee that is valid for a year from your 1st purchase should you decide to purchase again. I purchased a beautiful almond wheat round dining table with 4 slat-back chairs to go with it. Im looking forward to getting my new dining set and if I have any questions or concerns then all I need do is contact them.They have 2 locations-one in Wexford and the other in Whitehall. Definitely worth a visit to check out everything.

We have ordered 2 pieces of furniture from Room Concepts and we have been absolutely thrilled with both. Yes, their prices are higher but so is their quality. Our first order actually arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date and the second one was right on target.As for service, we have always been greeted personably and we have NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything. That said, we will most likely be buying our dining room set here, too.If you are looking for greatly crafted, high quality, furniture on a budget price, you might as well be hunting for a unicorn. It doesnt exist. Yes, you have to wait, but in the end, the finished product most likely exceeds expectations. I know it has for us. If you want your furniture faster, keep buying junk every 3 years from IKEA.

They should be named Ripoff Concepts! My grandmother ordered a piece of furniture from them and after waiting forever for the furniture to be delivered, the furniture is now already falling apart after very little use. If you want quality furniture, shop elsewhere! Save yourself the time, money and headache!
