I never thought Id say stuff like best night of sleep ever but it really is! I waited a month to post this to make sure I still felt that way. We got a king sized adjustable bed, two twins together, and it was a small fortune (we got top line memory foam mattress with adjustable bases, it was like $4,500 not including the frame) AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I just wish I also got the vibrating adjustable frame for $100 more.Weve paid a lot for prior mattresses and they felt really good and were long lasting, but I like firm and wife likes soft, and she watches TV in bed late and I dont, so we went with two twins together. We have the comfort we both want and she can sit up and I can lay flat. And the seam in the middle is fine. I rarely notice it and no regrets but there should be an add-on to make it better.

Why go anywhere else? All the othwr places that have great deals end upbtje same price or more than OMF. Go on rest easy buy a bed

For a company that claims they are so transparent, is a joke. At no point in my purchase process was I informed of no return policy . The receipt does not mention no return. There is no sign in the store saying final purchase. I had the mattress for two weeks, could not sleep on it. I called the store and the only thing I got was mistreatment, lies and shadiness.I told the store salesman, John several times I feel 2 metal bar hitting my back in 2 spots. You can in the image where the 2 bars left mark on the bed.RUN DONT BUY. What you try in the store is not what you get.VERY SHADY COMPANY

I highly recommend this location: I have been dealing with lower back pain for years and finally decided to invest in a new mattress. At the store, Bill was super helpful, patient and not pushy in any way. He explained how everything is made and had us try almost every bed in the store to narrow down our favorite. I also bought two super comfy pillows in-store. The mattress and box spring arrived a week later and the delivery took literally 6 minutes! They will take your old mattress and box spring for you for $10. I had a great experience, am sleeping great, and my back already feels better. If you are having back pain or need a new mattress, I recommend a firm mattress from the Original Mattress Factory.

This makes the exchange policy critical, and you can choose from several companies that allow for this.Original Mattress Factory isnt one of them.We bought what we thought was a good product suited to our needs, but after less than two months the mattress was slumping rapidly and me and my wife began experiencing a lot of back discomfort as a result. Bottom line its the wrong one for us and also seems to be of mediocre durability. Side note, we are of average size and build, maybe leaning toward the slimmer side. Quality issues aside, if we wanted to exchange the mattress we would be paying several hundred dollars per their policy. The company response was basically hey you were warned. That doesnt make it a good policy, and you have a choice to go elsewhere as a result. I made the wrong choice, but hopefully I can prevent others from doing the same.Choose wisely - Choose a company that will treat you right by helping you get a product you enjoy, one that will leave you with a good feeling about doing business with them so you tell your friends and come back to them the next time. Dont fall for the advertising - if you buy here and its not the right one, youre stuck.

However OMF makes a great mattress so they really sell themselves but it is important to lay on them and ask all your questions. Delivery was within a day or so and they showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Great mattress buying experience

Aside from almost having an accident trying to get into the parking lot after taking the Aspinwall exit off the Highland Park Bridge (shouldve taken Sharpsburg exit), the store was professionally stocked and I was offered help immediately. The saleswoman explained the comfort/softness ratings of the various mattresses, and made sure to have me test the high, medium, and low end mattresses. Delivery will take a couple weeks, owing to backlog from the pandemic.

This is our third mattress that we are buying from The Original Mattress Factory over about 10 years for different people in the family. These are the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on, they age very well - everyone I know sleeps great on them. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. They make buying a mattress easy - and sleeping on one even easier.

The Original Mattress Factory should get a 15 on a scale of 1-5. Their product is superior - every night when I lay down I think - Dang this is a great mattress. We just bought a second one. Ill never own another brand of mattress! (beyond that, Bobbi in sales and the delivery guys [sorry I dont have their names] were extraordinary!)

We recently went to the Freeport Road store intending to purchase new bedding. I had expected to purchase a particular model mattress set but after talking with our salesperson Chris, he explained the differences and we chose a different model that was more appropriate for us and we bought two sets of bedding. Great advice, and great service.

Scott the sales person was very professional. He answered all of my questions about the mattress and box springs in a understandable way. Scott even showed me displays of each set which I found helpful. The delivery men Darryl and Deshawn were very professional and neat. Before our bed was set up and Darryl even asked if I needed to put on a cover or dust ruffle before they actually put the mattress on. The one thing that I suggest is if you buy a pillow, mattress cover or sheets etc make sure its what you want. They dont except returns even if its in the original package unopened. Other stores will take unopened returns such as Macys, Penneys etc.

The salesmen Joe explained everything ever so thorough, easy to understand and super nice. Now remember there are no favorites especially considering they do not earn commissions off any purchases. Definitely recommend these guys!

I needed a new box spring for my mattress. I was able to order it over the phone and it was delivered just a few days later. The day before the delivery, I was provided a timeframe for the delivery with a more specific estimate. The delivery was within a half hour of the estimated time. Unfortunately, the elevator in my apartment building was out of order and we had to leave my mattress on the loading dock. The delivery men were willing to work with me and I appreciated that. We didn’t want to carry the box spring up 8 stories. Oh well. I would definitely order my next mattress from The Mattress Factory!

Everything went smoothly. Received attention from a sales associate (Ron) as soon as we walked in the door he was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we made our selection -did not feel pressured to buy which is very important to me. The delivery drivers were very polite well mannered and friendly and I love my new mattress. Purchased the orthopedic ultra firm - my back feels great when I wake up in morning.

We also had to make a quick change to our order to get low profile box springs, and it did not deter our order at all.

We had a general idea of what we wanted but Sean was terrific. He filled inall the blanks and provided us with the right information to make a good decision. Product, value, price and showroom all a good purchasing experience, but Sean closed the deal.

I love the sales people here. they are friendly, kind and knowledgeable about their products. The are not pushy or trying to make the sale. All products are made in the local factory and to meet our needs. They are willing to work with you as the customer and I felt like my interests were first.The only compliant which I had was with the delivery people. They were not willing to work with me on the delivery time. We were told that there would be a window of delivery time at time of purchase. i agree with that. The called the day before delivery and said that delivery would be between 10am and 12 Noon. I asked if it could be closer to noon rather than 10am as I has someone coming to take away the old set to donate to a family in need. The delivery people would not hear of it. It had to be on their terms. I thought that they might at least listen to me, but no. So, they called the morning of delivery and said they would be there around 10am and I said ok then. They were running late and it was getting close to 10:30. Finally, they called and said that they couldnt get through the road because it was closed for repair. I said that they would have to go around. So, they got here closer to 10:45 and by then the other mattress set was gone. For me, that was fortuitous. The delivery people said that they should have called and asked about directions. If they had done so, that would have saved them time, but it saved me because I did not have 2 crews here at the same time.I hope that they learned a lesson. However, this would not stop me from buying at the original mattress Factory again. I love our new mattress set.

Would have been better with a $400 foam mattress. Can’t sleep on my queen bed with the Gf, we roll to the middle. I was on a work assignment for about 8 months the first year I had it, and finally get to sleep on it. Hips hurt super bad every morning. Had to buy a 3 inch topper, now dealing with it sliding all over the place. Not happy with this thing.

We bought a king size bed and two latex pillows from here. The products are very comfortable and definitely worth the money. Also, the sales person who served us is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got two queen beds from a competitor, to which within one year they sank in. My mom bought a bed from The Original Matress factory 15 years ago and till this day it feels brand new. From the second I walked in the sales guy was awesome. He explained so much about how their beds were made and I even learned why the competitions bed failed. I got a orthopedic ultra plush queen set. He also was able to get me next day Delivery, which was awesome. The delivery men came today and had my bed up in no time. I took a nap this afternoon, best sleep I have had in years, woke up no back or neck pain at all and felt amazing!!! I will update in a few weeks, but I dont think Ill have a issue. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Bernie, our salesman was very accommodating. The store manager, Phil, on McKnight Road, was unreasonable after the mattress was delivered and very difficult to work with. Would not buy from them again. Make sure they explain all of the details about the height of the bed. I ended up paying more for the adjustment to make the bed higher. They never discussed that extra cost when I was purchasing the mattress. Not used to companies changing the price after the purchase is made.

Original Mattress Factory was highly recommended to us. We purchased a $1,000 mattress that does not feel like the floor sample, and makes for long sleepless nights. We inquired about exchanging the mattress (they donate unwanted mattresses to charity) and it would cost $600 to exchange a 70-day old mattress.They dont false advertise; their commercials brag about their quality, not their customer service. The must make their money off customers exchanging mattresses because I can almost go buy another mattress for $600.

The hype suggested knowledgeable, no pressure sales staff. We still got pressure and not so much knowledge. Overall very good, but not fantastic.

We went to the OMF to upgrade to a larger bed than what we have now, but still wanted to stay with the OMF brand since our last one had held up so well. Bobbie worked with us to find the perfect mattress set and was very descriptive and helpful. She explained the exact difference between each mattress and how they are made. She was wonderful! We left with the items that night, and the gentlemen that worked there actually helped us load everything as well. Very happy with another OMF purchase!

I bought a very expensive memory foam mattress here. So far its been 2 years and the thing is breaking down. It is very uncomfortable and has indents where we sleep. We rotate the mattress as instructed and have taken good care of it. I would not waste my money here again.

Went through 4 different mattresses at mattress firm - after 10 months on the 4th mattress I couldn’t take it anymore and went back to Original Mattress Factory picked the Euro top and I feel amazing no more body aches !!!!! Best thing I ever did !!!!

We couldnt be happier with our mattresses. We originally bought guest room (low use) twins, and got so many compliments that when it came time to replace our KING, we went back to OMF.
