Jeff is the best and most knowledgeable and professional salesman Ive ever met. Hes been in the same line of business for decades. He listens, and works with you to get the look you want. Hes amicable, honest, affordable and efficient. I would highly recommend him.He did the vertical blinds for our dining room and the top down, bottom up cordles shades. Our house is street level and we have nosey neighbors, so it affords us our privacy and allows sunlight into our home. It looks streamlined and beautiful inside and out, instead of the old, antiquated drapery we had previously.

I really enjoyed working with Jeff. I wanted woven wood shades throughout the first floor of our home, including a bay window in our dining room. He came out and showed me all my options, measured the windows, answered all my questions, and provided a complete estimate on the spot. Installation was quick and easy, too, and I love the shades. They really warm up our space and provide just the right amount of light control.

Several years ago I purchased a $900 arch window blind from Jeff Primis. After a short time it would not open and close. Jeff came to my home and removed the blind to send for repair. I never heard from him again. I have tried calling over and over again. I have written a letter to him. A few months ago he finally answered his phone and told me he would take care of the situation. Now again he will not respond to my calls. I consider this theft.I am now reaching out to the manufacturer to try to get my blind back. I will call a lawyer next I suppose. SO UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
