In summary: awesome selection, quality materials, knowledgeable staff. Im kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The service and stock are even remotely comparable to Home Depot or Lowes. Personalized service and a huge amount of options! I saw some truly breathtaking pieces and am in the process of quoting out/ordering.

Amazing!!! Site says “open, close at midnight”. Drive 30 miles, arrive 11:45 am to find they close at noon. No problem there; but wait!!! They’re closed this Friday Saturday.

Wasnt sure what to expect having read the poor reviews just before going in. Our experience was quite the opposite. Jessica greeted us as we entered for our scheduled appointment at 8:30am on a Saturday. She worked with us to point out displays that helped in our decision making process and even took the time to price several different options for us. This was also the first showroom weve been to that had running water displays for their showers. Correspondence via email was prompt.

I recently purchased Wellborn kitchen cabinetry for a house flip I am working on. Matt responded to my initial email immediately and we scheduled a time to meet. Although new to the company, Matt has tons of kitchen designing experience, and he walked me through the options and process for designing my very awkward kitchen footprint. He did a fantastic job on the kitchen design and was able to incorporate all of my ideas for a perfect modern farmhouse kitchen - complete with the farmhouse sink. It was my first kitchen design and given that the kitchen was a bit of an unusual layout, Matt took away all of the anxiety I had and made the experience really fun. Outstanding customer service throughout the process, personalized attention and access to a kitchen design expert - what more could you want?!? I will definitely be back for future kitchen design projects!

On my first visit the young asian clerk called me cheap and unprofessional during checkout (for asking a question). On a second visit, a different person (Steve) was helpful. Definitely worth the drive to go elsewhere, Plumbers Equipment is not interested in your business.

This place has anything Plumbing you could find at a big department store plus everything you cant. Incredibly helpful staff willing to take the time to help you create a solution.

Horrible because the warehouse superviser lied and said they didnt have something because he did not want to look. Mranwhile I had to go to Pittsburgh Plumbing to get the part and they were so hopeful. Dont waste your time with these idiots!

I never been treatly so rudely from all of the workers here. I mean the staff is completely unprofessional. The phone rings at 30 times when you call and then when someone answers they treat you so rudly. Very classless!

I read the bad reviews on here before going, and I ended up 100% siding with them. The (Asian?) guy behind the counter in the parts department was very rude and didnt want to be helpful at all. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Run as fast as you can from this place - they do not need your business and are not afraid to mistreat you accordingly.

Shower units were made wrong called brian and response was oops sorry cannot help you.after 15 years my money will go elsewhere.brian if you hate your job then quit but treat your customers a little better moron👎

Terrible service. Tried to buy a part for a Kohler Toilet, counter clerk who was not busy refused to look up the part. He said I needed to drive 10 miles home and try and find the part number. Drove to another plumbers supply 3 miles away they looked up the part, I bought it and was on my way in 5 minutes.

Very poor customer service, not going there again. I dont even recommend to anyone .
