Quoted price was very high as compared to other autobody shops and the estimation adviser was very rude when asked about the charges. Be sure to check other shops for comparison when paying out of pocket.
Spoke and dealt with Darren. Got the nasty scratch that was in the paint of my Lexus right out. Did take a couple days longer than expected but I’ve heard some other body shops taking weeks to service customers
The whole experience was chaotic. I called the Rohrich Honda I purchased my car from and they told me to go here. She said she ordered the parts for my broken mirror and they’d be here the next day. Ok cool. So we go the next day, and they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they would have to order the parts and I could come back in 4 days. Ok, not so happy but not a huge deal, especially since his estimate was cheaper. Then on my way home, the guy calls and says he found the parts that were ordered and asked if I wanted to go back, so I did. Then my estimate climbed another $50. Whatever, I just wanna get it over with at this point. Right before checking out, the guy tells me it’s gonna be ANOTHER $40 because his associate broke the mirror casing when taking it off. First off, I shouldn’t have to pay for something that THEY BROKE. Second off, if you can’t take a mirror apart without breaking it, you should find another profession. Then when I got home, my boyfriend noticed the door panel wasn’t put back on all the way, so now I have to go back again. All around, very poor experience and I would literally rather drive 30 minutes to go to a different collision center than go back to this one.
Great collision center. Theyve got all of the capabilities to get a vehicle fixed and back on the road. Whats more is they are a Toyota certified collision center!
Bait and Switch. Estimated way low until they get the car apart and then, OH, there is way more we need to look at... Confirmation when the lady at the check out counter said: Oh, we did good on this one when comparing the estimate to the invoice. Yep, they did! $1,200 more in their favor... My advice would be to go to a more reputable establishment because their lower price will turn into the same amount at the end of the transaction
I went in for an estimate (said I would be getting estimates from different locations since Im paying out of pocket). The guy was extremely rude and when I ask about some of the charges, he hurried with an explanation and proceeded to usher me out the door. I told him I had other questions and he quipped, I thought you had other estimates to get. Its unfortunate for such a high end vehicle, you get low end employees. If you dont like working with the public, you should seek another profession. Lexus, learn something from unfavorable customer comments. Customers keep you in business.

Left multiple messages and nobody will call back. I left messages for the manager also and no response. I have a rental car and I have no idea when my car will be done. I will never use this place again. Communication is horrible!

I would not go hear again..they dont respond on time..you have to call them multiple times for any update and I had to go more than once to fix my car problems even after paying a huge amount for repairs
