I won’t go anywhere else! The people that work here are super knowledgeable, efficient, and so nice. I have anxiety when I have to do anything car related because I barely understand how vehicles work, but I feel completely at ease here. The prices are outstanding- I’ve had to come twice in one week because of screws in my tires, and the cost I pay here for new tires is unrivaled. Plus, it’s so quick! I called to get a total price out the door for 2 tires. They told me $151.00. I asked again is that the total for everything out the door. She said yes. I told her I couldn’t make it that day so she told me they would hold them for me. She took all my info and said they would be there. When my son got there to have them put on they said my name wasn’t in the system and that the tires weren’t there. He ended up paying $50 more than what was quoted to me. I Could have gone else where and paid less for them. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. I have 2 more cars that need tires and I won’t be getting them there.

I blew out a tire today, and was stuck without a spare. My normal tire place didn’t have what I needed, and they recommended Discount Tire Center, so I called, to check on tire availability.They didn’t have the exact tire I already had—but did a little digging, and found a tire that was similar quality, and asked if that was acceptable—and quickly suggested I either just get the one tire, or, ideally, replace the set. They gave me prices for both, I agreed to buying two—and when my car was towed there 10 minutes later, they were able to work on my car immediately! I sat in my air conditioned car with my two dogs, while a team of guys jacked up the car, removed both rear tires, popped on new ones, and then checked pressure on my front tires. I felt like I was a race car driver at a pit stop! In no time at all, one of the polite young gentlemen told me I was all done, and could just back out—and before I could ask about where I paid, another gentlemen came over with the bill, asked if I wanted the lifetime warranty for $20 (for $20, sure, why not?!) took my card, ran it, and came back with a receipt. SO FAST!!!!Getting out was a bit tricky, their location making the whole “turn over your shoulder and look back while backing up” thing very challenging: headrests on cars are too tall, and I can’t see over them, as I’m quite short. Further, I have progressive lenses—which means my peripheral vision is all wonky…so I swallowed my pride, and asked the guy who was giving me my receipt if I could have one of them back my car out for me—and he didn’t blink and eye or act as if my request was at all unusual—he just said, “Sure!”—and did it himself. :)All in all, one of the quickest and easiest auto repairs I’ve ever experienced—I can’t recommend these folks highly enough! From the first phone call to backing my car up for me, everyone was cheerful, upbeat, efficient, streamlined, and focused on solving my problems as quickly and painlessly as possible.I will definitely be back!!! :)

SUPER EFFICIENT!!! I called by 11am, they got my tires in by 12:30pm and had me in and out in 15min! Some of them aren’t that friendly but they are super efficient and fast!!!! Price wasn’t bad either for 4 tires.

Fast service cheap prices. they are incredible but they do not answer the phone when you call. they typically call you back but i found the other dicount tires have better service but they are not as quick.These guys are incredible for how fast they change your tires. This is the only place I will go for new tires and service. Everyone there is very friendly and will take time to explain your options. They also manage to get you in and out very quickly, even when there is a bit of a line. Their prices are very competitive and they will save you money when they can by not overselling. I used to really dislike handling car problems but they make it easy.

These guys are great. They do tires and only tires. I’ve been going here for the last 5 years and they have always provided excellent and speedy service. Ive been going here to get my tires down for about 5 years now. You wont find a place in the Pittsburgh area that provides a better combination of price, quality, and service than the Discount Tire Center in Bellevue.
