We use Coyle for our business fleet and personal vehicles and have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. We just picked up our Ram that had some damage, they touched up ALL of the paint and made it look like new. Were very happy with how it turned out.

I was looking for an estimate the estimate was sky high I had my car washed just prior to arriving so that they would be able to see the damage I was told he would need time to look up the paint color as the car the was dirty after just coming from the car was that told me right there that they were not being honest. Will be looking elsewhere!!!! It’s a shame in a difficult time that people take advantage😔WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The receptionist that answers the phone is the most rude and unhelpful person. She will never connect you to the department you need to talk to. She doesn’t know anyone’s schedule. Then when you ask her anything she responds with “I don’t know” and just leaves you there dumbfounded. So unprofessional.

Coyle Auto Body is the Best! More than courteous and professional from when calling to stop by for an estimate, they did exactly what they said needed car two days to repair bumper due to an accident. They did a fantastic job my car looks brand new, from the quality work they did with the bumper to detailing the inside of car as well! I highly recommend Coyle Auto Body!!!

Had to have gravel damage repaired on the hood of my car. They did an excellent job for a great price. I got my car back a day earlier than expected. My insurance adjuster recommended Coyle. Theyve been around for a long time. A great hometown small business!

Was very satisfied with my service. They are always busy, so you have to just understand if your car takes awhile. Mine took 9 days, they got a wrong part. My car was clean and spotless, and the workmanship was impeccable. Receptionist was pleasant and nice to talk to.

Recently had my truck fixed here. It was side-swiped and driver side front wheel was mangled. They picked the truck up promptly and started repairs. They repaired the truck and it looks great. I was worried about the front tire, but Erie insurance would not replace.I took the truck to get inspected yesterday and the truck would not pass. The left axle nut was almost falling off. Another thing noticed was the ball joint and tie rod was not greased. Also, tires were off balance even after the truck being taken to Bruce brothers tire. This negligence (especially the nut being loose) is ridiculous, and to think I drive this on the highway daily.

Another driver purposely drove me off the road & hit my car in the process. This was the closest auto body shop to me, so I called & they were able to take my car in the following week. I dropped my car off on Monday & was able to pick it up the following Monday. I had previous damage to my car already, so I knew that would not have been replaced, but everything that the body shop could do, I believe they did. My car definitely looks a lot better than before & EVERYONE I came in contact with was extremely nice. I would definitely go back if needed.

I have given this repair shop a lot of my business and I feel as though I haven’t been given the proper care for my last visit especially. I had a large scrape that ran down my driver side door from a previous accident and they did a very poor job with the repair. The chrome detail on my back passenger door is still raised off of the car and won’t go back into place. They didn’t even bother putting my rain guard back on my door either, they just put a new one in my back seat. Thanks for nothing ... not going back.

Went there for repairs from an accident. Got an appointment very quickly and they got the parts for my Mitsubishi quickly too. It was ready one day later than promised. But that was because when they checked everything over they found a sensor wasnt working correctly. A part that wasnt originally called for. It was ready the next morning. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and courteous, answered all my questions happily. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ive had my motorcycle inspected at Coyle several times now and always have been happy with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism. Im very picky when it comes to automotive work (I do nearly all of my own work), but would trust them with my vehicles - very highly recommended.

Great experience.Took my car in to receive an estimate for a little side door damage. (Pittsburgh street parking sucks). The front desk / service guys were very helpful. They wrote up an estimate within 15minutes and we scheduled the service. The service took about 4 days and the estimate was exactly on. They car looks amazing afterwards and it looks as if they cleaned it up a bit as well. They took care of all the insurance work and informed me of everything that will be done. Will defiantly be using them for any future car issues.

USE A DIFFERENT SHOPI have been to this shop on 2 separate occasions for work on my wifes 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE. I went to the shop because my father and Jim Coyle the owner were acquaintances through the Rotary Club. The first time I used the shop was in April 2016 because the power doors on the van werent operational. $1,629.15 cents later the power doors STILL do not work, but the van doors open and close manually. It took them a week to figure out they couldnt fix it.Normally I would have never gone back but because my father knows the owner, I gave them another chance. What a mistake that turned out to be!The second visit started in June 2016 and was to repair the van after it was rear ended and had a 2 wide scratch down the passenger side. The accident was not severe as none of the 3 people in the van were hurt at the time of the accident. The van was still driveable so I dropped it at the shop for repairs. 4 WEEKS LATER, enough was enough and I asked for my van back. The work was incomplete. They couldnt find a trailer hitch. A DIYer installs a hitch in under 30 minutes so Im not sure why the shop had so much trouble. Not only was the work incomplete, one hour before I needed to come pick up my van on a Friday afternoon, the shop called in a ransom message. Not only did they need the $500 deductible, but an additional hold check for $1,571 or my van would not be returned to me.I had returned the loaner and needed the van to go away with my wife and 3 kids over the weekend.I explained to the shop clerk (Tina, probably also a Coyle) the shop was asking me to do is not only illegal, but also out of line in consideration of the timing. Tina told me I was stupid and hung up the phone on me.I called my Progressive claims rep for help since he was managing the repair work. This local claims representative from Progressive visits Coyle Auto Body at least once per week on behalf of Progressive clients, so he & Coyle know each other well. The Progressive Rep called the shop and said hed be in first thing on Monday to square things up. Still, Coyle Auto Body refused to give me the car without the check for $1571. This is Progressive insurance, not some fly by night insurance. The van was held for ransom by Coyle Auto Body at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon to the tune of $1571.The shop doesnt do good work. The help is rude and will hang up you.Save yourself this trouble; use a different shop.
