Had a damaged tire and they had no appointments for a couple of weeks. But I left the car they and they fit us in. Many thanks to Dan in service.
Very nice experience. No pressure to buy. Patient with my schedule. Impressed by Audrey’s knowledge of the vehicles and her courteous behavior.
Fantastic car buying experience! Great people and great service! I’m in love with my mini!!!
Bad sales staff, I would save time and go to a different dealership!!!Talked to a sales person on Friday to get pricing to pay for a car. Waited on a call back Friday afternoon... never got a call. Called back multiple time Saturday... they wouldnt connect us to a sales person and said one would call back... again no call back. Called again Saturday... no call back! Finally got a call back 4 days later saying the car was sold on the Friday we were negotiating a price.Very bad customer service!
When I went here to look for a used MINI and told them I wanted a payment around $150/mo, the sales person I was talking to then told the sales manager I was looking in the $200-$250 range! Nice attempt at manipulating me into an upsell.Needless to say, I got my used MINI elsewhere. BUT I did bring it in to the stealership last year for my inspection. They told me I needed strut mounts and brakes to pass inspection - when I inquired as to how that was possible when it was just in for a tune up a few months prior and had no issues, suddenly it didn’t need any of that $1200 work anymore to pass but “would definitely need it the following year” …well, here I am a year later and just got inspected by a MINI specialist/BMW certified master mechanic who is a former employee with his own private shop, and guess what I *still* didn’t need replaced 13k miles later to pass inspection. This dealership will take you for every penny and not even blink. Not sure how these people sleep at night scamming folks out of money and straight up LYING TO THEM about the work their car needs! How is that even legal? They also wanted $~$4500 to replace my clutch and flywheel, but my specialist did it with OEM parts for $2700. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.
The best and most knowledgeable staff! Everyone is friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. Go see Morgan McLane - he will help you build the MINI of your dreams!
Very appreciative of the service my fiancée and I received from Mini of Pittsburgh. Jason, Shawn, and Rich were wonderful helping us trade our cars in and start a lease on a Mini Cooper S Clubman. They were very helpful in handling the majority of the process remote and with as little interaction as possible since my fiancée is high risk for covid. Not only that, but they made the whole process as pain free as Ive encountered with car sales. The atmosphere was very relaxed and certainly somewhere Id like to do business again in the future.
Sales staff needs more training. I worked with one of their sales associates via email for about a week on a specific car. I made an appointment to come see and test drive the car only to find out once arriving that the specific stock # we had been talking about and was quoted on was actually being “demo’d by the GM’s wife.”The associate I had been working with was off on the day of my appointment, which we figured out when I made the appointment. However, I was assured one of the other associates could help and she would still get some credit for the sale. The associate actually working on the day of my appointment was completely unhelpful and seemed very disinterested in dealing with us. He gave me a print out of the numbers I had already gone over via email with the other associate, gave us the disappointing news about the car we’d been talking about not being there, didn’t offer other vehicles or solutions and ushered us off to “check out” a car in the showroom while he helped a new guest (seemingly without an appointment) that walked in after us. Also, after that potential customer left, he went back to his desk to play on his phone.I work in car sales and would love to give the benefit of doubt here, but it appears they aren’t actually interested in selling cars. When a client makes an appointment to see a specific vehicle, you make sure that vehicle is ready for them to see. We were ready to buy as long as we enjoyed the test drive and will now do business elsewhere due to this experience. I’m only giving 2 stars over 1 star because they were responsive via email/text.
The team here is always so friendly and helpful. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!
In my experience with the company, they will not answer the phone during normal business hours. I have to drive over to talk to them.
Very friendly and polite. My only issue is the price gouging for repairs. But thats expected from dealerships.
LIARS! A mechanic at your dealership is trying to take advantage of me and and telling me bogus lies about whats wrong with my car. If you are an owner or manager there, what goes around comes around. Your lousy service and bogus charges will catch up you when customers stop coming back. We will never buy another car or get service from your dealership again. If you are reading this, I recommend you look elsewhere.
I submitted an online request for my annual inspection and oil change on May 26, for an appointment on 6/4. I confirmed the appointment and was ready to go on 6/4. Around 2 hours before I would have had to leave, I received a call from someone (Val? Fallon? It was hard to tell) saying that Mini didnt have any loaner vehicles for the day, the shuttle wasnt running, and that I wasnt welcome up to stay and wait for my car to be serviced. Considering I had moved around my entire work schedule to accommodate the appointment, I was eager to make the appointment work *somehow*, but the Mini representative was not willing to work with me. When I mentioned Id made the appointment over a week before, Mini tried to place the blame on me for submitting the request online. (Never mind the fact that Val /Fallon hadnt properly reviewed the appointment reservation ahead of time, since Id included the rental / loaner request in my original appointment reservation.)I ended up having to move around yet another day of work to accommodate Minis schedule, instead of them working with the customer to suit my schedule. And since Im a firefighter, I missed out on a large fire where I was needed since I had to take my car to Mini on a different day.In fairness, John and his service team did a good job and kept in contact with me for the duration of my appointment. They were great, and I appreciate their work. But given the treatment I received from Mini regarding my original appointment, Im considering switching to another dealership where I might be more welcome when my lease is up.
John was great! He was honest, and didn’t push unnecessary services for my car. We discussed what was needed and what we should keep an eye on for next time. MINI was also very on top of Coronavirus prevention. They lent me a car too, at no extra cost! Thank you!!!!
Id give zero stars if possible. I sent my mini there from Youngstown because I had a fuel too lean code. They sent my car back 5 days later saying they cleared the code. Two days after getting my car back it started acting up and my RPMs were running high. Brought my car to the mechanic at Boardman Nissan they found a mouse nest in my air intake. Said as soon as they looked at the air filter they saw it. They also found about 3 pounds of dog food below the intake. Its obvious that nothing was wrong with my car because they didnt even look at it. Also while they were busy ignoring my vehicle they also managed to put a 6 inch scratch in my hood. Dont go here. Send your car to the one in Cleveland instead.
Extremely pleased with all aspects of service. Everyone was masked with appropriate distancing maintained. Necessary service was explained with no pushiness or feeling that they were selling anything. Nice to have a service loaner making things convenient. Cost of everything seemed very much in line. Whole process was a pleasure
All of the staff has exceptional customer service and the sales team is fantastic as well as the service team JT and Evan are setting high standards. Highly recommend giving them a visit. Motor ON!
Love MINI CAR, Dependable, 5 star car all the way.
I had the Best Experience at MINI of Pittsburgh! I have a MINI Dealership much closer to home, but I am so happy I chose to drive here. Jason and all of the other team members were Fabulous and made us feel excited about choosing them. I would recommend getting your MINI from them.
Always very friendly and are not in hurry to push expensive repairs unless really needed. Always great to have loaner available as well. Very accommodating.
My father and I have been MINI of Pittsburgh customers for around 12 years now. I cannot possibly express to you how positive our overall experience has been! Everyone I have EVER encountered on both the sales and service end of things have been incredibly nice and very accommodating. My most recent service visit with my 8 model year old MINI was covered under warranty, and as usual included a curtesy rental car. I unfortunately got a flat tire very close to the end of my hour drive home with the rental car. The service team sent out a rollback to come get me, and gave me another loaner car no questions asked. The level of professionalism, honesty, and just good natured people is what separates MINI of Pittsburgh from any other dealership I’m aware of. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a MINI, or to have one serviced. Thanks, Ted
I had to file a complaint with both the BBB AND MINI USA today. John, the head of their service department treated me like a child today. Im a grown woman. Its shameful.Additionally, I was quoted as having a bill in the $80-90 range. A specific grand total was never given to me by phone. When I showed up, my bill was $175. Curiously, Evan (the cashier) had a MUCH MORE detailed explanation of my bill than I was handed. He also fought with me about its contents. There was some argument about all things in PA being taxed and taxes not being automatically included. (Not true, by the way. Clothing, apart from shoes, plus most food groceries are untaxed in this commonwealth). The entire experience was unacceptable, unprofessional and frankly, misogynistic.
Disappointed. Let me count the ways:1) Was told by the dealer where I purchased my 2019 Mini that maintenance was complementary until 36000 miles. Not according to Mini of Pitts. $100 oil change. $125 cabin air filter. OUCH2) Backup camera malfunction was the purpose of the 155 mile trip. Not fixed. Was told if they load new software there is a chance the cars computer(s) would be DESTROYED. Wait, what? Seems very odd - but they would come and pickup my car and leave a loaner after the pandemic to fix the backup camera. Uh huh...3) Not disappointed with the John Cooper Works loaner I had for a few hours. Now that was a fun little car - just too bad about a full day wasted and still no way to see what I am backing into.
I have been a Mini owner since 2003 and when my first Mini died after 15 (!!!) years, I knew I wasnt ready to leave the Mini fam. Due to work conflicts, I needed to buy a car sight unseen, which can be a stressful process. Jason was extremely patient and thorough in helping me locate and secure a car that fit my needs within my price-range. Additionally, his customer service was outstanding, picking me (and my dog) up from the airport in rush hour traffic due to a delayed flight. Dra and Barat were also great, ensuring I had the best experience possible. If you are looking to buy a Mini, which you absolutely should, this is a great place to do it. Thanks, yall!
Scheduled a service call and was prompt and got in next day. Had to order a part so instead of leaving it a day (as they offered me a ride home ) I decided to come back another day that was convenient for me. Appreciated the offer of transportation. They fixed my issue (headlight ) and was covered under warranty.Changed my oil and the service manager was kind enough to show me all the features of my 2016 mini that I wasn’t aware of ! Ha! Pleasant staff and also great lattes while waiting :)
Very nice people to deal with!!
MINI of Pittsburgh is a great place to shop for a vehicle! The dealership has a laid-back setting that allows you to look around for what you want. The sales staff are very down-to-earth and do not pressure you into anything. They are very informative, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out the next time you are in the market for a new ride.
Quite the pleasant surprise to have someone pick up your vehicle at your house while dropping off a loaner and then dropping off my vehicle at work while picking up the loaner.Fallon and her crew are quite adept at making sure communications are facilitated properly.
I had a brake issue on my Mini S coupe which I bought elsewhere and Will was great in getting my car in and taken care of. He kept me updated several times a day and was persistent with my auto coverage to have them pay for the repairs. Great experience!
Everyone was very helpful. They got me right in and did a great job. I will use them anytime I need something done on my MINI. Highly recommended.
I am disappointed that I was quoted one price for my lease and there was an issue when it came time to sign the paperwork the price had increased. My salesman was wonderful and went above and beyond for me. I have zero complaints there. I guess I just wish that dealing with car purchases and leasing didnt leave you feeling as if things may have been different if you were a male
I just purchased my first mini and Im already obsessed! Mini of Pittsburgh and Jason Karpa made the experience of buying a new car quick and painless! They even sent a valet to my home to pick me up because I couldnt get a ride into town to finish the process. I highly recommend them - they are frienly and wonderful to work with. Im looking forward to being a part of the MINI/BMW fam!
There was a lack of communication through every part of the process. I had to pick up my car after they closed, but to my surprise my car was not outside. Good thing there were people at the dealership across the street to find my car. One hour later they found my car...Even more upsetting my tire was low. I love my Mini Cooper and I wouldn’t want any other car, so it sucks that this is the only dealership close to my home. They are very nice people and handled my concerns very professionally.
Had service done at MINI of Pittsburgh twice in the last two months. Didn’t have the parts for the first trip with a Air Bag seat sensor that was replaced 4 years ago under a recall when nothing was wrong with the sensor. Now 4 years later it needed replaced. Had to pay $1,800 out of pocket that was a recall item??? What is up with that. Came on picked up R53 MINI that is over 2 hours from dealer. Gave me a loaner MINI. Didn’t have to take another day off work to drive back. Both appointments had on paperwork that MINI was washed. But it wasn’t. Why put on paperwork and not washed vehicle. MINI was full of gas when picked up and had to have loaner vehicle with gas or a charge was going to put on my bill. Over $2,000 this trip on a 2005 MINI with 77,000 miles. They gave a discount on parts and labor. Was that because I had to pay on an item that was replaced before under recall with no issues at that time????
My first visit to Mini of Pittsburgh. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in the service department. Great folks. So far so excellent!Well thanks for the thanks!I was just thrilled to get to talk to a fellow English person. (she is marvellous by the way!)
I continue to enjoy excellent service at Mini of Pittsburgh. Mini has great staff. They listen carefully to your explanations. Update you frequently via texts or calls. Provide a great shuttle service. Provide good advice. They don’t push unnecessary work. They have consistently done a great job repairing and maintaining my 2009 JCW convertible. They keep their appointments on time and have the car ready when they say it will be done. It’s a great place to take your mini. I will continue returning here for a long time...
Very helpful and courteous. Provided a new loaner and are donating to a worthy organization.
Mini of Pittsburgh has always taken good care of me and my Mini. Had a lot of scheduled work due this time, so they leant me a Mini Convertible just like mine, but newer. My only gripe was I didn’t get a call to let me know they were keeping mine overnight, but since I had a courtesy vehicle, it was not a big deal. Everyone here is friendly. I normally wait for my vehicle and the waiting area has everything you need. I’ve had no issues since I picked up my vehicle after service, so all is good!
6 months ago, I had trouble with the dealership. Service was done on my car without my approval and they pressed on with charging me due to miscommunication. On top of that my car was scratched by their complimentary car wash before and I told them do not wash my car again. They did and it was again scratched.I refused to ever go back because I felt like they didn’t care about my car and was just there because they had to be. However, the manager offered me a complimentary service if I ever came back.Fast forward 6 months later, I came back because all 4 of my tires were punctured (thanks Pittsburgh) and it was a bit of an emergency. So I decided to take the manager up on his offer and get 4 new tires. Not only did they offer me a the complimentary service for the tire alignment, but they did it on the spot. This was a good step in the right direction. I was happy to see the manager actually out on the floor managing all customer relations.Guess I’m open to trying again
The service manager,Sybil went over & beyond to help me when my car shouldn’t be driven due to an engine issue. She got me a loaner & called often to keep me updated on the progress of my repairs. Great experience
Great customer service and car maintenance! P&W always takes great care of my cars!
Weve been customers of Mini of Pittsburgh for more than 10 years and just bought a second new car from them. They get high marks from us in all categories: the people in service are polite, professional and helpful. Our salesman Jason Karpa could not have been more helpful and he made it an enjoyable experience--even getting the financing done in the showroom was a good experience. Couldnt ask for more!
Great car. Great service. Very thoughtful group willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything you need is addressed. Always good to work with a counter-party that communicates well.
The service department at Mini of Pittsburgh was able to complete my scheduled maintenance on time and with accuracy. They were efficient to check the car in and got it back to me quickly and clean.
Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Even during the pandemic willing and ready to serve customers with world-class service.
Bought my Mini from Audrey at Mini of Pittsburgh. The process was absolutely painless, and dare I say, enjoyable?! It was a pleasure working with the entire team. Everyone was pleasant, up-front, and helpful. Audrey even came to meet me on her off time to deliver fresh car mats! Everyone is very responsive! I have had my Mini for over a week, and have gotten so many compliments already! I truly feel great about my purchase, and I will certainly return when Im in need of an upgrade. :)Only downfall - parking... But even with the cramped space, the team was super accommodating and helpful (even moving the Mini inside for me to drive out of the shop)!
Five stars is NOT enough! It was honestly a pleasure to buy a car from the wonderful people at MINI of Pittsburgh. (How many car dealerships can you say that about!?!?) First off Jason was so great to deal with - knowledgeable, personable and fun. There was no high pressure sales tactics - it truly felt like he enjoyed showing off the cars and he taught us so much during the test drive. He knew which car I would want just based on a few things I told him - and I really couldnt be happier with my purchase (Mini Cooper Countryman S All4). Chris, Sales Manager, was also very welcoming and made us comfortable during every step of the process. Bryan, Business Manager, made the paperwork easy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really feel like we made friends during the whole car-buying process. We live out of state, so it could have been an inconvenient process, but it was not. Thanks so much MINI of Pittsburgh for setting the bar SO HIGH. Now, get Bryan a new chair - he deserves it. :)
We absolutely love our Mini Clubman!! Our experience at Mini of Pittsburgh was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jason, and Dre, and everyone we dealt with were easy, fun, and extremely helpful. We loved how they all worked together as a team to make sure we were taken care of from beginning of the buying experience to the end of it. We feel like we will definitely be taken care of in the future. Everyone was knowledgeable, willing to spend the time making sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision. We live about 2 1/2 and will definitely be back for future purchases!!
Some of the things they ck but not everything I wanted ck. And I ended up calling around for the one part I asked them about.
Another great experience at Mini of Pittsburgh! Friendly, knowledgeable personnel that keep you informed throughout the process. Car was returned impeccably clean. Love this place!
I’ve been in two accidents this summer. Both very stressful situations but the collision team took such good care of me and my mini!Susie and Donnie are the best and they make sure everything is in order. When I leave my car with them, I know I’m in good hands.
My Mini suddenly and mysteriously refused to start. Mini did very good investigation and found out the timing was out. It has been fixed quickly and I have been notified all along the repair process. My only concern is about the issue itself. I never heard about an engine loosing the timing without any broken part. But has nothing to do with the very good service I got here.
Friendly staff.Convenience of a loaner vehicle.Appropriately priced services. The best dealer service I’ve experienced in 20 years.
I love this dealership! I have been treated so well by everyone I’ve worked with through buying my car (Thank you, Jason K.!), maintenance, and anything else I’ve needed. The service is the absolute best I’ve experienced and I am grateful for the valet service. I had one day that I needed new tires on my birthday...not the most fun way to celebrate. They found out it was my birthday, though, and gave me a special gift when I picked up my Mini. Best of the best!! 🚙 👑
Jon from MINI of Pittsburgh was extremely helpful. He kept me up to date on the repairs (there was more than one) and was able to provide me with a vehicle while mine was in the shop. It’s always nice to deal with a friendly and professional person during a stressful time. Thanks Jon!
Got me in when needed and out quickly. Did the job well and charged a reasonable price. On top of it all the people were nice and friendly. They checked the boxes that I consider important.
My 2012 mini was having engine problems which started last Friday and finally on Monday I got a warning light that needed immediate attention. I was far from home so I decided to take a chance on MINI of Pittsburgh. They got my car in cue and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. It was fixed and ready for pick up after lunch! The customer service rep was friendly and thorough. He had the mechanic explain everything that was going on and made specific recommendations for upcoming maintenance. An unexpected surprise was that my mini was sparkling clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend MINI of Pittsburgh. 😃
Love the Pitt mini dealership. Super easy to work with and always looking out for what’s best for me and my mini
The best auto place I’ve been to! Very friendly staff member along with amazing service! They know what they’re doing for sure👍🏻
Love Mini of Pittsburgh! I’m in my third Mini and every transaction with Mini of Pittsburgh staff has been terrific.
I was visiting Pittsburgh from Maine and the service light and brake warning lights came on. Pittsburgh Mini was able to offer me an appointment within 2 days. All the maintenance was done, brake pads and rotors replaced. Even a car vacuum and wash!Andrew Humphrey was my technician, very attentive and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable and offers coffee, soda, etc.
The driver hit a pothole and damaged my car on the way home from an oil change and a tire rotation. My car only has 4K on it. They still charged me for the tire rotation! Yes they replaced the tire, had to insist on an alignment. I got windshield washer fluid and 2 travel cups. Asked they not charge me for the rotation but they still did. I wish this never had happened. Oh yeah and this was the 3rd appointment I had for the oil change. First couple, over booked valet and I had to be rescheduled twice! Then this happens. So sad!
20 years in the service industry, as a journeymen service technician (mechanic) I can REALLY appreciate a wonderful parts specialist, and can really get irritated with an arrogant/unintelligent parts person. I dealt with Norman for a complicated mini part and he is that wonderful parts specialist! I needed a key which requires proof of ownership (license, vin. # and registration images) Norman had me fixed up in record time and I had the key at my front door shipped in 48hrs! Couldn’t be happier. Will use them for all my mini needs, just because of Norman.
Simply a wonderful car buying experience. Now I can’t wait to buy another Mini from Mini of Pittsburgh. Jason was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. I went in expecting to have to fight for a good deal instead they went out of their way to give me a good deal..
My experience with mini was wonderful. I couldnt have asked for better service. Andrew kept me in the loop with everything that was going on, and helped work with my budget. I truly appreciate everything they did to help me and how well they took care of my Mini.
Great MINI Team! Had a hiccup with my convertible top today. Morgan, thank you for helping me troubleshoot today....on your off day. And a shout out to Jessica in service for her willingness to help . In the end, convertible works and no trip to dealership was required. Well done MINI Team!
My Countryman needed regular service. IT also needed radiator flush and fill and air filter changed. I live 2 hours away and appreciate having someone pick up and drop off my car for what I think is a modest charge. Everyone I ever deal with at this dealership is very polite and helpful, which is why I keep going back. I will buy my next mini here. Never a problem.
Great to deal with! Amidst corona, transaction was smooth and the team was great.
Fast, courteous and professional service. Really committed to making the customer happy. Mini went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased. Thank you Mini!
Everything was fine with my service appointment. Work was diagnosed and performed in a timely manner. No problems...
Everyone there was super helpful and made our experience feel comfortable. They are looking out for you and will help in any way possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a Mini.
I had the kindest and most helpful team when I visited Mini of Pittsburgh. Audrey kept me in the loop leading up to the purchase of my first Mini. Thank you so much to everyone there!
I have purchased about 20 vehicles in my life and this by far was the best experience. Jason was the Sales person I worked with and he was totally honest and upfront with everything. If you want a hassle free experience buy your vehicle here.
Super great service — everyone was so kind & welcoming & I was able to get the exact car I wanted! can’t recommend enough
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Although I had booked a loaner to use while my car was being serviced there were none available. They were apologetic and offered me a gift of my choice from the Mini store. I chose a lovely t shirt. I love it!
The service on the vehicle was excellent as expected, but picking up the vehicle was less than satisfactory. After making an appointment to pick up the Mini at 7:00 am we waited for 45 minutes for the car to be retrieved from a lower lot. This seemed to be an excessive wait just to pick up a vehicle after service. Hope this can be improved so others do not experience the same inconvenience.
I worked with Andrew in MINI service for my inspection and maintenance. He was responsive when I had questions and kept me updated every second of the way. My car had just finished in the collision center and I last minute asked to have my inspection and emissions done and they were able to fit me in swiftly. I would definitely take my MINI back for any other work that may need to be done.
Our experience this time was just horrible. Our Check engine light came on, so my wife called to make an appointment to schedule valet service to pick the car up just like every other time the car has been serviced. She was told that it be 3 weeks to schedule valet service. So we dropped the car off and was given a loaner. They found the radiator was the issue and replaced it under warranty. Picked the car up and noticed about 5 minutes after driving the car that there was a fault on the display for the fog lights not working properly. Called service immediately, explained that we just picked the car up and there is a indicator light on for the fog lights not working. Also explained that the lease ends next week and we can’t hand the car in with any service lights. He said that we can hand the car back next week and it can go to service to get the fog lights addressed . We asked to get that in writing that we wouldn’t get charged for handing the car in with a service light on, we where told they couldn’t do that . Also emailed them and got zero response. Figured since they replaced the radiator, the lights where probably just unplugged, and that’s exactly what it was, I plugged them both in my self. I feel like I got so much grief over something so simple. There actions today on such a small problem give me no faith that they would have upheld any promises when turning my car in .
Awesome service. Even brought my car to me as I was away when service was completed.
Im the original owner of a 2005 MINI (which I bought from them) and it needed a fair amount of service maintenance. These guys did superb job... seems like I have a new car again! The service is worth it as I wouldnt trust just anyone with it. I have been pleased with the car, dealership, service and staff for 13+ years... I recommend Morgan if looking to buy, Dan if looking to service.
Had a wonderful experience purchasing our daughters first car at MINI of Pittsburgh. Will be a returning customer. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and helpful. Big thank you to our salesman, Jason. He was great.
From sales, to service, to finance, every single person I have ever encountered has gone above and beyond to make sure i feel welcome, comfortable, and my car is well taken care of. I bought a used MINI from a different dealer and when i brought it here for service the first time they still gave me a tour of all of my cars specific features. I brought it in many times for service and never felt pressured to buy anything i didnt need. When that car finally kicked the bucket they quickly helped me find a new one that fit exactly into my budget AND was everything i wanted; again, no pressure...just wanted me to be happy in my car. 6 stars! 😁
The team at Mini of PGH do a great job and are conscientious about follow up and satisfaction.
A great experience with the team. Jarett, our salesman, wouldn’t leave until we felt absolutely comfortable with our new car. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend.
Great responsiveness and communications from the service team. I really appreciated the clarity I got - there was no time that I was surprised or caught off- guard. The folks were also friendly and professional at all times.
Excellent customer service! Kept me informed of what my vehicle needed and the status of the repairs. Since I work full time and they don’t have evening or Saturday service appointments, they supplied me with a loaner vehicle. Andrew was fabulous to work with!
The whole staff is wonderful! Easiest car buying experience I ever had!! Will buy my next mini here for sure. The service staff is also very professional and excellent at their jobs. Only service work I have needed so far was my satellite radio install. Right at 3000 miles in my Countryman S All4 and going strong!
Excellent service. There was no hassle, I had a loaner car for the day and my car came back vacuumed and washed. I was pleased.
Just got our third Mini through Mini of Pittsburgh, and once again, they went above and beyond to get us into the perfect car. The sales team is knowledgeable, and our past dealings with service have always been great. Theyve set the bar high here, and were spoiled.
We had a wonderful experience at your dealership. The staff was professional and courteous. The service was spot on and we liked the feedback concerning the overall assessment of our new mini. Keep up the good work.Mike Oliver
This was my third purchase from Jason and the team at MINI of Pittsburgh and they never disappoint! Courteous and professional without the “used car salesman” vibe, they are a pleasure to work with. As long as MINI keeps making awesome cars that are a blast to drive, I’ll keep buying them; and I’ll keep going back to Jason cause he’s the best!!
Mini of Pittsburgh went above and beyond to assist us with the repairs on our mini convertible. Everyone was so helpful and even the body shop manager and staff provided us excellent service with just answering my questions. They even directed us to set up an appointment with the mini genius to assist us in knowing everything about our first new mini
Very pleasant experience. John was very nice and I highly recommend using their service department.
I’m a first time Mini owner and I have had nothing but great experiences since looking for my car. From the time my saleswoman was trying to locate the perfect Clubman for me to every service appointment I’ve had, the staff has been wonderful to work with.I really appreciate the “valet loner service” the service department offers and Jon Screen is a awesome Service Advisor. He keeps me up to date with what is going on with my vehicle and keeps it in great running condition. The car is a lot of fun to drive and I feel like I got a lot for my money!
During this difficult time with Covid 19 the staff was absolutely great working with us. Sean and Jason were great.
My service advisor, Jon Screen, is excellent! Communication is always prompt and he is very professional to deal with. The repairs that were completed were timely and we really appreciate the fact that we get a loaner car while our car is being serviced.
Everyone at MINI is extremely nice. Jon in service is always great to work with. They listen to what I want and never pressure me into extra service. Plus, they always seem to take good care of my vehicle!
