Absolute worst aftermarket parts company going..A bunch of liars… They’re nothing more than a drop shipper… Website shows “in stock” when ordered, now it’s “coming from supplier”About the only thing they are able to accomplish quickly was charging my credit card….Take my advice… run, don’t walk away from these hucksters….
Parts took longer to get than anticipated. Vehicle they were originally supposed to be put on ended up getting sold, so I had to not only pay for the items to get shipped here, but also had to pay almost double to get them shipped back.To add insult to injury, they conveniently left out the 20% restocking fee for an item that wasnt even opened. Now for something that originally cost me almost $350 just to get it sent to me, ended up spending over $70 just to get it sent back in addition to the wonderful $62 they took off the top. So between the restocking fee and shipping alone, this ordeal cost me almost $200 - gone.Dont count on a phone call for customer service either - you get a machine, and then you get a rude individual who sends mostly single word responses via e-mail. When inquiring about when I would even get ANY of my money back - I was given well probably get to it next week after they already had the product back in their possession.The customer service guy Walt, when asked why this wasnt included with any e-mail correspondence, simply said its on our website.This was possibly the worst customer service experience Ive ever had - and thats saying something. And Walt should go find a new job... because he doesnt care about customers.EDIT - have yet to receive ANY of my money back from them... but I was finally able to get a whole of a gentleman by the name of Dan on the phone - he was able to at least give me a time estimate and maybe get my $62 back. Hopefully the rest of the company can learn something about customer service from Dan - he did a good job.
I ordered inner and outer Rockers, cab corners, and a few other items for my 02 Ford F250 on Tuesday evening. The parts were delivered to my house by Thursday afternoon. 36 Hrs. to get parts delivered to my door step during these crazy times is amazing in my book.
They are a good company the prices are good and they are quality products I just wish the communication was better. My items took 14 days which was to be expected (shipping to winnipeg canada) but after my purchase there was a very bare confirmation email and I only recieved my order confirmation and tracking numbers after my order was delivered already, realistically for the price of shipping I would of expected a slightly more effort but Ill still do business with them for the sake of the quality

Wanted to exchange floor mats for a different color but was denied. Any larger chain auto parts store would have allowed the exchange. Would not recommend Raybuck to anyone.
If you need a job done in a timely manner..dont use these guys! Took 15 days to process my order, on a simple cab corner..BEFORE it even shipped. Covid is not an excuse..figure it out!! The rest of the world did!!
Ordered custom seat upholstery for my 1973 F100. Colors are great. Stitching looks factory. I even liked the price.. I had a really good experience ordering from them, and I just want people to know. It took less than 6 weeks to receive my upholstery, and it took me less than 4 hours to install it, by myself.

If you like restoring old American trucks, these are the guys you want to check out first. They sell quality parts at the best prices around. They dont seem to stock much, like Summit Racing does, but they beat Summit in quality and price so the wait is worth it.
Due to supply issues they were unable to provide me with my part but the customer service professionals were very helpful and I appreciated that. We will order in the future.
I ordered a bench seat reupholstery kit for an older truck. The install was easy, all of the factory clips lined up and the seat looks and feels great. They sent me samples beforehand and the final order was accurate and on time. They even went out of their way to hold the order for me when I was temporarily second guessing the color. I would definitely order from this company again.
Good quality sheet metal and fast shipping but the panels which were rockers for a 81-93 dodge ram were not a excat copy didnt effect me just had to bend them a little at the bottom looks great compared to the rotted ones
Placed an order only to realize that I should have checked it thoroughly prior to confirmation. Ordered the incorrect side. As the part was for our kids old Jeep, dad would have not lived that mistake down for a while!A quick call to Raybuck and Walt changed the order to the correct part. The customer service is good, but I am having a terrible time with their shipping time and process. It takes a week to get your parts and no other options available. Also, there is is no customer courtesy of waiving the fees for shipping too. So, dont plan of getting your project done sooner if you need auto body parts. Restock fee? Whats that all about.

Charged shipping plus 20% restocking fee on part that didnt meet description. Also took Raybuck almost three weeks to issue refund. Would have gone one star, but previous purchases were good.
Replacement rocker panels fit well but arrived already rusting with no primer, Dog legs panels were not properly bent at the bottom. Jay informed me it was because I didnt have the old panel removed first however it fit perfectly at the top at the bottom the body line was off, ironically if the old panel had been removed it would have been worse because it would have moved the panel further away yet . Did not offer a return just informed they have not had prior complaints. Panels were shipped from another company to me so I assume they are using a drop shipping company for their parts so I should have just purchased them from ebay. Only reason I am leaving two stars is for the fitment of the rocker panels otherwise this experience left me highly unimpressed. Will not consider again for replacements unless I deal direct with KeyParts who shipped the product to me.

Ordered a new seat cover for my Ford pickup and installed it yesterday. My interior looks 10 years newer now! The seat looks even better in my truck than it did on the website. Cover arrived quickly. Very pleased with my purchase.
I called Raybucks with a few questions about my Ford Super Duty and these guys were great. Very knowledgeable and had every body panel that I needed. Shipping was super fast as well. Ill definitely buy from them again.
Raybucks could have helped more with the return process. They charged 14.95 to ship body panel to me with Fedex. I asked for a return shipping label and they said they do not do that. I took it to Fedex to return and they wanted $48.65 to ship back. I took to Post office and they shipped it back for 26.45. Once I paid the original shipping, return shipping, %20 restocking fee, and time I would have been better off just throwing it in the trash. I think it would be much better policy to send a return label at their discount rate - make returns easier and understand the customers point of view.
I got the drivers side rocker pannel I ordered, it was 16 GA. As advertised, it arrived in pristine shape, but Ill be ordering more, as Ive found I needed more than just the one pannel.
Would give 0 stars if i could. We ordered a part the beginning of July. The part never came. Had to call the company for a tracker and it said it was delivered but never was. No problem fedex refunded them for the part and they sent us another one. We got the part and it was not the one we needed. No problem send us the part back and there is an upgrade fee to get the part you need. It cost me $43 to return the part and $23 for the upgrade. It cost me $52 originally for the part. Whatever at least we are going the part we need. No we are not. 2 weeks later they inform us the part we ordered is no longer in stock and they do not know when they will have it again. They will issue us a refund. Ok whatever right. They refunded the $52 for the part but not the upgrade fee. When I called in and asked why they said it is in your contract that there is a 20% restock fee. 20% of $52 is not $23... there answer was there are other fees on top of it as well. The thing is I would have not spent the $43 returning the part if I was not going to get the part I needed. This process took over 2 months. Waisted our time and money. I spent $43 to return a part I could have sold if I was informed there was nothing in stock and $23 on an upgrade they did not have available. Please use a different company. They will waste your time and money. A HUGE disappointment.
Ordered weld in panels for the box on my 79 F100. They came fast and were exactly what I ordered.
They actually have parts that are made correctly and they fit like OEM did the inner and outer rocker panels,cab corners and bed fender replacement for a 2002 Silverado and all went well.Would definitely recommend their replacement metal parts.
Ordered a pair of Silverado rocker panels and got them in two days. The quality of the rockers was great. They were actually thicker than what was on the truck and fit perfect.

Very disappointed. Was told due to pandemic it was going to be 14 days. A month later no parts, requested money back and they did refund me. Just very disappointed, needed parts asap.

I didnt realize this was just a middle man kinda place. Ordered a part Wednesday I had to call Friday cause i never got an email for shipment or anything thought it would be a little quicker than that since it was one little part. Had to leave a message got a call back later that day was told it was getting shipped that day. Never got a shipping email with tracking number. Finally monday night i get an email check the tracking number and oh ok my part is coming from states away not Pittsburgh. Will never order from here again customer service not great shipping horrible. Im sure the part will be fine. Just wish i would have known that they didnt actually ship from Pittsburgh pa and that it was gonna take a week to even process my order. What a joke.
Theyre supposed to be the parts specialists....not me. I asked two easy & simple questions for clarity before I placed my order; and the rep I was speaking to, replied back with smart aleck, snappy comments...as if I was stupid & shoulda already knew the answer, to the question I was asking him.and as I paused to compose myself.....I let out an audible sigh.....and explained again why I was asking those particular questions....he caught on to the sigh and pretended to care throughout the rest of the transaction....I was honestly 2 sec away from hanging up and just taking my chances online..this guy must didnt realize that he reps the company he works for????? because the1st impression he left was AWEFUL...even t the point, where if I call another time; and I recognize his voice....Im hanging up.
