Real expensive
The sales associate and the manager were abrupt and rude and somehow made me feel like I was going to try to steal a television I had every intent of buying. Heres how it started. I went in yesterday, picked out a tv, filled out an application, and walked out thinking I was getting a t.v. today he calls me and tells me everything looks good with my app and we could move forward. He asked me if I wanted to set up delivery and I was in the area so I just went to pick it up. I got there and signed a contract then he told me the computer had messed up because the pin on the app did not match the pin assigned to the t.v. he and his coworkers start messing with it and then tell me they have to create a new contract. Fair enough, do it. Now Ive been here for 35 minutes and he tells me we need to add two more references to my app for security reasons. So hes telling me I have to wait til they verify the new reference and is telling me its because they get ripped off a lot.. I have money and just want a tv.. now 50 minutes in he walks out from the back and tells me due to new information on my app he couldnt give me a rental. What new info? I literally gave you two names and 2 numbers. . One of which was with me and the other was at work.. all while hes telling me he cant rent to me he ripped up my application and threw it in the trash in front of me.. his manager came over and said he was gonna find out what happened but when he came out he told me the exact same thing. Didnt tell me what new info when I was approved 30 minutes ago. Theyre the worst representation of the customer service industry. I thrive as a successful manager in the industry and for the interaction to end like that would never fly at my work.
Worst experience ever they are rip offs i spent 4000 and have nothing ti shiw for everything they have is used and cheaply built couches broke tv blew appliances are triple priced. Once u make a payment they harrass you the next day every day and blame there computers for the error but they never fix it just keep callin 600 to 700 a mnth all they care about is there commision. They came to my house to get and. removed my windows and never put them back. If your weekly.payment is 150 only like 60 goes towards purchase price and rest goes to them rent a center fees. One time i went in there and made a comment n said damn feels like ill be payin on this forever they laughed and said thats how we work. Better off roomful express value city furniture orvanywere else but here my tv was supposed to be 800 90 days same as cash missed my 90 days by 200 and it wentvup to 1400 just for a 47 inch 2 weeks later payed it off and then blew and they say they cant fix it $1400 and they cant fix lol crazy ripp offs dont fall for the bribery

I had to put at least one star to review. They dont even deserve it. The manager Chasity is about the rudest person youll ever meet. If you have any problem, shes sure to treat you badly and talk over you the whole time. Im sad that people like this get customer service positions.I called her out on being so rude and she became even more demeaning.Worst place ever. Not only will you pay way too much for anything you buy, theyll make sure you feel like trash for it too.
I HATE this store never had issues with the one next to giant eagle (southside location) I wish they didnt close I will NEVER buy or rent from them again
