The Bailey Road UPS is great!! Their employees are extremely helpful and friendly. We have goneto another UPS and it was terrible.

It comes between my work and home. Mostly I go to Bailey road one but this is also near. For college work when I need color copies they were super close and very helpful. Also gave me little discount when I have to printed wrong paper. I never had any problems with them and always had pressure doing business. Thank you!
A lot of reviews on here are from years ago. Apparently the store is under new management. Tammy works there and she is very nice and very helpful. I never have any problems and I enjoy chatting with her when I come in to check my box. For those who gave it a bad rating, please go back and visit again and be refreshed by the great customer service and attention you will receive from Tammy. Shes great.
What a joke this store is,they tried to deliver a package at my house at 11am on a Tuesday and expect me there to sign for it,t like do they not understand people have to work for a living and when I came into the store to pick it up the next day they wont give me my package even with proof of ID which matches the name on the package. they really need to get some actual employees in there and not high school dropouts that walk around clueless
Their service and employees are very slow at their work. Seems like no motivation to do the job at hand.

Note: This store has new owners who are polite, efficient and excellent at their job. They make shipping easy!!The website says that the store is open until seven PM, but they have a little sign on the door indicating that they stop shipping at six. I arrived a little after six, and the owner told me about their policy. I complained that the website stated seven and he said he could do what he wants. He told me I should take the box with me and ship it from work. I told him that I took BART, and he then told me to take it on BART. It was a large and heavy box, and that wasnt reasonable. He kept saying that he was trying to help me, but he refused to ship the package, even though he said he would be there another hour. He was pretty argumentative and arrogant, and I finally told him that since he refuse to ship the package, he was wasting my time. Ill never do business there.
Horrible! Lost my item due to improper packaging. Poor level of customer service. Staff is poorly trained. Manager will accuse you of trying to con the store if they lose your package. Its your fault and you should know better is the attitude the manager carries. Pittsburg UPS needs better management who is sympathetic to people who trust their package will be delivered. In this case, good luck with Sylvia. Pittsburg deserves better.
This store is under new ownership/management. Tammy has helped me multiple times with notary, shipping, and livescan services. She has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would give this UPS store a shot and i think that you will be pleasantly surprised how it has changed. Tammy has made this store an asset to Pittsburg.
Great for sending and receiving faxs. Drop offs of packages. Friendly personell.
Telephone manner very rude. The lady on the phone hung up before I had finished speaking and was very snappy with the question I asked

Inept employees; 5 minutes apparently too long to print 3 pages
Dropped off 3 amazon return packages there. Staff processed only 1 one of them, the other 2 packages they either stole or lost. Very frustrating.
