Absolutely the slowest service in town and the prices arent any better then other places that give good service.

My experience was excellent. So much so that I will be going back. And I will ask for Melvin. He was knowledgeable and kind.

I dont usually shop at Walmart but didnt have a choice spare was on car and tire all but flat they were the cheapest I could find they were friendly and very apologetic for the wait because they were very busy. Best of all it was all human contact no self serve checkouts in auto care awesome job guys

It took over 3 hours to get 4 new tires put on my car. And theres was no place to sit down so I stood the whole time. Little disappointed in Wal-Mart about it. But everyone was very nice about everything and they did what I asked of them.

Bought tires online appt was made for a date, when showed up for appt tires are nowhere to be found

Id pay more for a tire if it went to the employees paycheck.

Worst experience ever. Ive always had my oil changed done here since I moved to pittsburg 3 years ago. Yesterday, the 8th of June I left my car at 4pm to get the oil changed. The young guy who helped me out said there was a 5-6 cars ahead of me but I was able to leave my car if i wanted to, which I did, and that there is a possibility they will get to it. I received a call 1.5 hrs later saying they couldnt get to it. I was ok with it because I understood they had a lot of work. I told him ill drop it off the next day. I did ask if it was okay to drop it off before I went to work at 1pm. He said yes! Today the 9th of June, literally the next day, I was trying to drop off my car at 12:45pm. The older guy was writing people up today and I went up to him and told him I needed to drop off my car again cause last night the younger guy said I could since i didnt get helped last night. The older guy said I had to wait til I get written up which is gonna take longer than 15 min cause there was 2 people ahead of me. I told him that I needed just to drop it off cause I have to head to work and I do not need my car rn and I could just pick it up at 5:30 or 6pm. Normally this same older person always just grabs my keys and gives me a ticket and I walk away without getting written up but today he did not want to do what he usually does. This time he said it is against policy and I have to wait. I told him that I have always dropped off my keys before without a problem with him. He said he couldnt do anything until he got to me. I mentioned again that yesterday I dropped off my car and it never got done and today was going to be the 2nd day not getting service. I will no longer ever get my oil changed here nor get tires. Worst experience ever. I hope the manager, Doug Redd, reads this and lets his employee know how to make customer service better for the rest of the customers who keep going there. I am a very understanding person but today was the worst experience I have had from this older guy in the yellow vest.

Poor service. VERY slow. Cant handle work load apparently need to hire new or more people. Guy came out didnt even offer great customer service. Just told me it will be almost 3 hours wait before they could get me in. And told me I might as well not even wait. Is that how you make money walmart????!!

Terrible place to get tires. I sent my wife in to get 4 new tires. They told her 1 of them was still good and only put 3. First of all, why would you do 3 tires and not 4, but I have also had to put air in that tire every 2 to 3 days since. I finally get a chance to take it back in, and they dont have a tire that size. They show they have 1 in stock, but cant find it. Their solution, check other stores, which apparently they will NOT do for you, or order it online yourself. Terrible service, I will never be back.

The worst Walmart automotive I have ever been to! Do not go! Took them 2 hours to do a $20 oil change and fix a slow leak on a tire. When my car was finally ready, they gave me a list of things wrong with my car but could not even tell me what was wrong with my tire. I did not authorize them to do an inspection of anything on my car but change the oil and fix the tire. They even asked me if I wanted an air filter or wiper blades and I specially said no. Just change the oil and fix the tire. Then after I left and was almost home, I seen they had left the middle of my wheel off the tire. What a joke! I live 45 minutes away. Maybe they should of done the work I asked and paid them to do instead of doing stuff I did not authorize them to do.

I purchased 4 tires here that go flat within one month. 2 tires went flat a week apart and 2 went flat the same week. One of the tires went flat again one week after they fixed it. The service here is poor. Each flat that was fixed took between 2 to 3 hours to fix. Their Lube service is just as slow. If the Pittsburg Ks Walmart would Roll Back their tire prices the way that they Rolled Back their tire quality and service, the tires would be buy one tire and get 3 tires free. Pitiful, inadequate, pathetic, dreadful, and useless.

They dont even answer the phone when you call.
