Filthy. Unkempt. Unprofessional. Some older gentleman couldn’t even be bothered to look up from reading a newspaper to speak with us. Hope he got more enjoyment out of finishing that article than earning the money we were prepared to spend there.

My battery died on me, and they were so kind and helpful, taking old battery out, and putting new one in. I was ready to go in about 5 minutes.

A friend of mine went to buy a battery for a vehicle. The friend is black and comments were made about monkeys and he was treated stupid about his battery with the workers saying..your battery is on the dock, you know the black thing with posts sticking out. They were beyond rude.
