This store has a great selection of shirts, some that I didnt find in the online store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a fairly long line and a wait to get in but that was due to Covid restrictions, not anything related to the store. They were having a 3 for the price of 2 on shirts. They also have $6 shirts, although they all seemed odd to me (maybe Im just getting old but with a purple beard and 21 piercings, Im pretty sure I know odd when I see it). Overall I highly recommend this store.

This Hot Topic store location is the best! This store is HUGE compared to all the other HT stores Ive been to in Sacramento and the staff is pleasant to interact with. They dont try to make you feel rushed while shopping by asking if you need help every 5 minutes, they have the best t-shirt collection and a tons of products to choose from. Also, one of the cashiers made my daughters day because she found another fan of Supernatural. Great experience!

Hoy topic is a great place to shop if you are a small person. If you are a plus size person like me, you go there for the jewelry. I wish they had plus size clothing.

The staff here was so friendly!! My little girl had let her face mask slip and the employee came to me and very politely asked that I help her put it on properly. I appreciated it. All staff were smiling and helpful. Great sale going, great experience!

Slower than most stores, kind of cramped, but they do have a wide variety of clothing.

The store was neat and organized. The employees greeted us and offered us assistance. They had a wide variety of clothes from shorts to shirts for every band, sweat pants and dresses, jewelry to nail polish. They even had Halloween costumes! It also had front door parking. The only drawback was that you couldnt try the clothes on. I would recommend this store for any young person!

Good place to buy weird stuff

I went here looking to get some protective cases, and the staff were really helpful, courteous, and extra willing to help. Ended up getting a couple little things as well, but really liked going in here even 4 days before Christmas lol. Great run store 👍👍 keep up the great work!

This location has such an awesome variety of authorized and official band t-shirts and other epic merchandise. Also, the customer service representative, that assisted me a couple weeks ago, was effectively able to tell me how and where to *specifically* find the products that I was searching for in their online store. (*Since this particular store didnt have what I came in to purchase.*)I must say as a music aficionado, and a hot topic enthusiast, it is rare to see such an extremely knowledgeable and conscientious members of staff. I was massively impressed.☆☆10/10! WILL VISIT AGAIN!☆☆

I needed a gift for my nephew. Couldnt find any Harry Potter stuff anywhere. Came here. was so surprised at the selection. They had a special buy a hot topic bag for 4.99 and get 35% off my entire order. Wow! Happy with the product. Happy with the prices. I will be back!

Ive always loved this place! Everyone is really nice and the clothing is for most ages and they have the hottest of the hottest clothes there and its great! It may be a little pricey but its great quality merchandise and you get great deals each time you come in.

It had a very good selection of things to buy typical hot topic things there was a two for one deal on most merchandise when we went so that was pretty cool

They will greet you but the staff depending on the time of day are super awesome or O.K.

Elle or (L) is a great representative of the Hot Topic staff. She greeted us asked if we needed any help got our order for us also helped us with our Funko pop selection rang us up and gave us a brief break down of future promotions. Wow, awesome job Elle thank you for the great experience.

There was a lady there I cant remember her name who was super helpful and energetic it was really nice to see. She loved the office.

Went to Hot Topic at Pismo Beach Outlets and bought few things for my 13 years old niece. She got a backpack, 3 shirts, 1 sweatshirt, 2 rings and surprisingly paid less than $100. Didnt know about the sale: buy a bag and everything was 40% off from total purchase. Hooray

My daughter loves this place she always finds such cute and unique items.

Prices are ok. If looking for a deal. Be prepared to dig through boxes like a thrift store.

Jesus Christ how many times do I have to be asked how I’m doing???? Barely in for 15 minutes I’m always asked if i need help every 30 seconds!!! It’s annoying! Is there no communication between staff?? I’ve been here several times and each time I’m harassed for the 15 minutes i can last!!!
