09/21. Halusin ostaa kengät myymälästä. (Viimeinen pari). Myyjä ihmetteli missä kengän toinen pari menee. Selvisi että asiakkaalle on myyty eripari kengät 🤣 Kengät olivat maihari tyyppiset mutta ei niin samannäköiset etteikö ammattitaitoinen myyjä olisi huomannut tätä. Ei pyydetty yhteystietoja tai mitään siltä varalta että KUN asiakas huomaa virheen niin palauttaisi toisen kengän myymälään.
Poor customer service. I bought a t-shirt that had an alarm accidentally attached, which I only noticed at home. The next day I drove out again and asked to get the product returned because it was the wrong size anyway, but also because the alarm was stuck on the shirt. When I made the return, I said that I want to return the shirt completely, as the shopping experience was bad and the effort for one t-shirt was already enough. The seller asked another seller to come because he didnt speak Finnish well. I explained the same to the next salesperson, who said the situation still needs to be clarified with the store manager. The store manager said the product should not be returned, only the exchange would be successful. As a reward for an even-behind ride, I would get a paltry 5% discount on any other product. I chose the same shirt in another size AND gollegen instead. When I went to the checkout, the problem was that the 5% discount (in this case 2.5 euros) does not apply to new collection clothes. By this point, I was already tired of the service, I just changed the previous shirt to another size and left the store. Im not going here anymore.
Compared to stores abroad, prices are expensive. Not much smile or words came off the seller :(
