Staff was very friendly, I take care of a Veteran ( I am a Vet myself) he cant walk refuses to use any kind up wheelchair or walker he likes to hang onto the cart and the ladies that hand out the masks are just great. Then one day I was there there were 2 men pan handling one in a wheelchair the other just walking around I called inside of Walmart asking for a Manager 3 times I waited and was hung up on. So good and bad. The panhandling needs to stop, I then seen both of them walk over to the gas station and I went in and told the ladies giving out the masked, The girls are great. Also my experience in the store was helpful

I love the prices & large assortment of products. They also keep the place really clean since covid. However one thing I cant stand is the self checkout lanes. Only because of a couple of the cashiers down there. Theyre extremely rude. And Ive wanted to report them to management but they havent woren a name tag anytime Ive looked.

I was shopping at this store today. I just moved to this area about 3 weeks ago. Don’t know the store very well. I walked up to a lady putting toys up to ask a question. As soon as I said, excuse me ma’am. She shook her head no and walked away! I wanted to tell her off. But my BF said let it go. One of her colleagues called her Elizabeth. I won’t forget her face that’s for sure. And will never ask her for nothing ! Not that I would get any help anyways!!!!

I am very satisfied with with Walmart, they were very polite and helpful with all my needs there even though I couldnt find anything and the staff walked me around and helped me find what I needed, I never used self check out and was confused about the ordeal they made me feel very comfortable and assisted me with no problems at all and I thank them for that! 💯 I will definitely be going back to them for my shopping 😁

What shouldve been a 15 minute trip took over an hour! The place was messy abd under-staffed. I tried to pay at the garden center but they only take credit or debit there. After waiting 50 minutes in line at check out I tried to leave via the garden center. I walked past 2 employees who were talking, on my way to the outside door. It was locked. I asked the 2 employees if I could get out here. They said no because theres no one to watch the entrance!!!They really need a merchandiser to train employees too.

Once again Walmart has figured it out. Using order online and pick up at store has gotten easier and easier with each use. I don’t wait any longer than five minutes before someone has my order ready to load. Very satisfied

I need a mobility cart to shop and none were to be had. Attendant was less than helpful and didnt even bother to help me at all. I had to walk from one entrance to the other on my own then back to my car unassisted and with no shopping done. I was in so much pain by the time I got to my car that I had to call it a day.

Purchased 4 tires and installation over labor day weekend. The tech broke the button on my trans shifter handle and tried to hide it. Technically the button can be placed back into the hole to appear normal, even though broken, which is what he did. So, the button just falls out as Im driving home. I returned later to show them the broken piece and asked for them to repair it and they said no. They claimed ignorance and tried to blame it on me. The button was fine when I brought it in. its very obvious that the tech was busy, in a hurry, not used to my particular type of shifter, and was clumsy and rough with it and it broke. Hey, accidents happen, I wasnt even angry about it, I went back and was calm with a good attitude and asked them to take responsibility for it. THE MANAGER SCOTT refused to take responsibility for an accident in his shop, which is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not to mention IMMATURE AND COWARDLY!! Stand up and be a professional and a grown man! Seriously. This is such a small thing to fix. A literal drop in an ocean for a billion dollar company like Walmart! Ive been a regular customer for over 30 years and this is the treatment I receive in return. Its so insulting! Also, very petty, because I would stay a loyal customer for 30 more years if they fixed a minor thing they caused. I WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND ONE MORE PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT WALMART AGAIN!!! I AM NOW A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF TARGET AND OTHERS FROM HERE ON OUT!!! BYE WALMART, YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

This is my neighborhood store, so the closest one to my house. I really wish they were better at inventory. Even before we had the shortages we have today, there was always empty shelves. It stinks when I go there and they dont have what I need, which is very often. Lately, Ive been going to Winn Dixie instead because they always have stocked shelves. A bit pricier but at least I know I only have to go there to get what I need.

Most of the employees here are nice people. But we keep witnessing one tall guy at night named Stephen who is clearly drunk at work and very abusive to co-workers and customers. Its an extremely uncomfortable terrible feeling to see a person mistreating others. I hope Management will monitor this person because he causes a danger to people. I have contacted the corporate office also about him because its not right to treat others abusively. Maybe they can advise him to seek out mental health treatment.

During a pandemic this place is the worst place to go to the Management doesn’t care about long lines to wait to get checked out. Definitely going to a different place

As usual the Supercentet had just what I needed, and I picked up some other items too! Their products are quality, the prices are fairly cheap, and I was able to get home quickly! Thanks again Walmart!

I would give this Walmart zero stars if I could. Needed 2 tires, called the auto service dept. to make sure they had the tires in stock and got the total cost of tires, and mounting and balance.Got there and parked. A mechanic came out and Yelled Hay you, you cant park there I was at least 60 feet away from the service bay entrance, and there were no signs saying no parking in the area. So I moved my car.I told him I was there to buy 2 tires, and he said go in that door over thereI was about 3 feet from the door when another mechanic came out of the door and he really Yelled at me, what are you doing here, and how did you get in I told him I was there to buy tires. I guess the first guy told me walk in a spot that this other guy didnt want me walking in.I was there 2 hours to get 2 tires put on. I was waiting in the customer lounge, and nobody ever told me my car was done. I just happened to look outside and saw it was done. Went to pay and the price was $27 higher than I was quoted. I would not ever go there for any thing again, even if was free !! There was not any reason for those 2 men to be rude and speak to me the way they both did.

This store is always busy. I get more help from the employees at this store compared to the store on 1st Avenue North. Much cleaner too!

W.M.S.C. is huge what I like about it is security!! It always a police cars station at the entrance and exiting, I love it because I always working at my house so what ever I need pain, rollers, brushes etc.its there and the price is right! Paint they help you with the perfect mix, Vitamins they have the best price,I love my Walmart experience❤️

Fairly busy but not over crowded

Im extremely dissatisfied. Hard to find prices on items that are not labeled, Ive been overcharged at the registers for items that are properly labeled, the staff is insubordinate and rude. Overall, theres a lack of professionalism, and Walmart is declined and degraded to the point where I no longer wish to shop there. Meats are way overpriced I will shop at Winn-Dixie from now on where meats are underpriced and they have paper plates in stock and they have things that are properly labeled and dont overcharge you.

In some small towns the Super Walmart Center is known as the mall.. Here in Pinellas Park Florida I am sometimes reminded of a circus when I really really have to go there. I give 3 stars, nonetheless, for its ability to circumvent anti-monopolies statues and take out a few cruddy box stores along the way.

This place is huge. It looks like it got bigger. They placed the book bags on the left side when u walk in along the wall. Theres so man different ones to choose from. But the book bags do smell a little its the natural smell of fresh plastic ( which isnt a very good smell ) but all u have to do is open them and let the plastic breath. They have cool sharpeners for boys and girls and cool pencil case for both. This store is always clean tho everyone u talk to or ask for help so far are really helpful its really easy to find stuff. All u gotta do is ask lol 😆 you can not go wrong on the prices the some of the girls back packs are $16.88 & the marvel is $9.98

This is by far the worst customer service location of Walmart that I have dealt with in a long time. Is the floor coach Brandon refused to acknowledge that the electronics department had made several pages for a representative to come back and assist not only myself but 4 other customers that had been waiting there for 30 minutes. I tried to call the store manager Joshua at the number represented in the front door and was just pushed through the automated system for the store. Theres a person up front that has a manager tag but then says that shes no longer a manager but has yet to change her name tag on her badge so they called a coach named Brandon who was absolutely was no help whatsoever showed no consideration of the people in the store waiting to make purchases yet they continue to make announcements rather stating that the store was closing in 30 minutes and to hurry up and get out. DO NOT shop at this location until they change management and make a formal apology online of the customers that were waiting to make purchases and were completely neglected

Place closes at 9pm, supposedly to benefit the customers. These ours have only been a matter of INCONVENIENCE to those who run a tight schedule, like myself. They should relax and consider lengthening the access hours to ensure that their customers can make it there as often as possible. Arent the security cameras, in conjunction with the renters insurance/or signed renters insurance refusal form enough to relieve the place from liability as it stands?

Love going to Wally World. Best place to go for self care items such as hair products, feminine hygiene, oral hygiene, creams, and more. There are a lot of new brands of everything and price wise, you cant beat it!!

I went there to print pictures from a memory chip. It was easy to do and a good value for proof quality prints. .09 cents each. I got 125 prints in 1/2 hour. Good deal - not bezt quality, pictures not sharp, but acceptable

I just cant seem 2 give hardly anyone a decent rating anymore! Its like no one cares about their customers anymore, & 4 the most part they keep blaming a lot of things on the pandemic still (Sorry just not buying that excuse anymore!) I cant find anything I want anymore, their always out of it & can never find anyone 2 ask either. Then when I go up front 2 pay they have 2 of their 30 or more registers open & massive lines in both of them! Really you cant open anymore when you see that or 4 that matter learn how 2 order accordingly!

Lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long. Tonight, 7:40pm, money center is closed, and service desk wont do money services in case its busy. Meanwhile, he has ZERO customers. He could have helped the 2 customers that needed money services, but instead, is just standing at the counter while the registers are backed up through apparel. I hate this store.

This WalMart is like MANY others in that your experience is going to depend on the staff and management and their mood. Sometimes the store is stocked well, most times its not. Sometimes the staff is helpful, most times they are not. The cashiers will not be in ANY rush, so if you are in a hurry, choose another store. They have stated that they NO LONGER SANITIZE their carts, so be sure to do that for yourself if thats something that matters to you.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get my online order, but the gentleman that got my order was good.

Nice to shop at this store more of a selection. I was disappointed that there putting Christmas stuff out already its not even Halloween

As Walmart makes record profits... try calling this location in the morning and all they do is let the phone ring forever, then pick up and hang up on customers without saying a word. Can you not use your massive pandemic profits to you know...pay someone to answer customer phone calls?

This Walmart is kept in good condition. I did not interact with any employees other than the cashier who was not the happiest person at the time. Overall this Walmart was clean and bright, well organized but low on inventory with certain popular products of which is the case in most of the WM stores Ive visited. I have yet to see a 5 star WM other than a brand new opening.

I am a late shopper and all the employees were very polite and helpful even though they were closing.

Do not try and call for availability of products. No one will answer your call.the phone will just ring and ring and eventually hang up on you.However if you are persistent enough to spend an hour and a half calling every Department and by some miracle you do speak with a human they will also just hang up on you.they do not care about their customers I wish I could put a 0 star rating. Never using Walmart again.

Came for curbside pick up checked in 20 minutes ago. I called the number 30 times no answer. 5 or 6 people came after me and already got their stuff. I am 37 weeks pregnant and cant sit here in the hot FL sun. I have to keep my car running its costing me so much money to sit here and run my air conditioner. The workers are helping attractive men first and flirting instead of working. Definitely is not worth the gas to sit here. Only have 2 people working.

Staff is so rude and just lazy. Not to mention that the customers are even worse and will run you over and cuss you out for being in their way! Need to improve the staff at this store.

I just moved over to Pinellas Park so of course I had to go to Walmart and see what its like. I can tell you I am highly impressed! It has a hair salon, so I went there to buy my shampoo and conditioner, the gentleman that took care of me was so nice and personable! Amazing! I went to the home goods area and Susan was so helpful, plus you could see she was smiling under her mask! Incredible! The layout is so different but soon I was wheeling around like a pro. I did go to the self checkout, which I really dont like to use, and when I ran into an issue Jean was not only helpful but incredibly funny! Whats with everyone being so nice and having such wonderful personalities?? Ive never enjoyed shopping at a Walmart as much as I do here. Its busy, the parking lot is always full (so Im told) and its a lot different than what Im used to but in such a good way. I noticed they also have a vision center and a McDonalds in store. Im excited to go again and for me to say that about a Walmart is something I never thought Id say.

Needs to be better stocked. Continuously out of key items such as water and t-shirts.Stop storing stock in the middle of the aisles.

I always hate myself a little more each time I go here. I dont understand why *in Florida* theres NO basketball shorts for boys. Its Florida, just because its September, doesnt mean its cold yet.

This Walmart is decent! Only thing I dont agree with is that its a Super Walmart but they dont have a garden center where they sell ornamental plants for indoors or outdoors. What a total shame.

This Walmart is TERRIBLE in so many ways, I cant convey it all. I always get terrible service there. They bag your items with no care at all. It doesnt matter if you have soft or fragile items. Its almost like theyre pranking you the way they handle your things. Two days ago my wife placed an order early that morning. Later that day, we received an email saying that our order was canceled, due to their system going down. So, we decided to just place an order with Publix. Well, around 7 pm we received a call from a Walmart associate who said that our order was there waiting for us to come and pick it up. We explained that we received an email saying that the order was canceled. The associate said, yes, but we picked the order anyways, and we can come get it. We told the associate that we would come get it the next morning. She said fine, and that she would leave a message to let the daytime employees know. When I made it to the store to pick the order up, NO ONE knew anything about our order. A manager came out to explain what I already knew about the system going down, and the order being canceled. I told her that I knew all about that, but we were contacted by an employee (I explained it all to her). The manager said that she knew nothing about that, and that I would have to reorder. There was no type of apology nor compensation for me wasting my time. Needless to say, I wont ever place another order with them, nor visit that store again. Ill travel a couple extra miles in the opposite direction if I need a Walmart.

Typical walmart. Pretty big and mostly stocked. The aisles are really helpful when you use it with the app. The pickup option for them is pretty slow. Good selection all in all.

Went to auto center at Walmart. I was in middle of rock and hard spot. I found out I slowly tire leak at 6pm . I got there less than 30 minutes before they closed. I had to be at work next day at 7 am. They got me car all fixed up . They were super fast too. Thank you guys .

I used grocery pick up. The employees are always friendly and chat with my kids while they load our groceries.

Patio and furniture, trying to decide on pillows for outdoor chairs. I grabbed one of pillows in big display only $5. (I paid $20 cushions at home improvement store which was great deal considering how expensive they run.) I was not sure of the quality and out of nowhere a store employee down aisle yelling out she purchased them, great buy it withstands outdoors. Well that was good enough for me I purchased 4 pillows, they look great and easy on my back and wallet.

This location needs improving. Lack of property upkeep. Fruit & vegetables had no plastic bags available for customers. Water & soda area had no prices on products. Most Walmarts are better prepared. They get 3 stars.

It is mot as big as the super center we usually go to. They claim to be as big, but are not. I found what I needed. Of course you have to self check out. They have very few check out places. For a big store they are very limited for checking out. It is bad enough that we now have to check ourselves out, but having to wait is redicules.

I LOVE this Walmart. The prices are just perfect. I recommend this and ANY Walmart over ALL other grocery stores and MOST of the other products for the cost. Even Aldis cost more for most products.The ONLY problem I have with THIS location its way too busy and nowhere near enough employees. It takes an average of 45 minutes to get through the checkout lines, even if there are only 4 shoppers ahead of me.

The public health issues have changed since,I used to be able to go at early morning and I realize that it has caused my panic disorder do to them not being the only store on the North side that was at least very kind people to that an I have a sleeping disorder so yes that was when I could just take my time to get what I needed an have a chance to think about what I hadn’t forgotten about before I go home 🏡! People know an when the incident happened we have lost not only most of my family an friends! I see how greedy people can be over things especially cleaning supplies and not thinking about others, all human beings are having to face the same issues as well as those who work there! I have never seen such a mess. The lines to check out were the longest l have ever seen unless it was Black Friday. The lines for the self checks at both ends nearly met in the middle. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes with very little movement, we layed our purchases aside and left. It did not appear the registers had issues. Just long lines and slow checkers.

Ordered shoes,3shirts,2pants for a job uniform. Paid the delivery fee. Got my order minus the 3 shirts that I needed for my new job. Will not use this Walmart ever again.

Sucked. Busiest store on the Plante. Just wanted to purchase some cologne. O course it is locked up thieve are rampant. Only two folks have key, one is out and the other is at lunch at 10:15 am. There are many nice,well attended Walmarts thus is NOT one of them.
