This review is specific to the man who runs the fitting rooms. His name is Ric. He is the kindest gentleman I have ever encountered in retail. He took time to help me even when he was busy (which I didn’t expect or have to ask for even in the slightest) and offered his opinion multiple times as I went back and forth trying things on. He was honestly giving a level of service someone would pay a personal shopper for. I appreciate him and hope management will see this review. Because he deserves recognition!

Always a shopping pleasure at Target! I love the way the remodel is in the store! Its been awhile since Ive been on the store so I dont know in a remodel was done. Being I am going on 72 I dont go out that often! Store is beautiful and clean and Associates are friendly as always!

I love Target you can find all sorts of things here!! I also love there drive up services! You can pick your items out online that you want to purchase and they will have it ready in 2 hours to come pick up at your Target location! All you have to do is park in one of there drive up spots and they bring it out! If you have a Target Red Card which is there credit card they give you 5% off your purchase in store or online! I did notice that anytime I have had something delivered to my home and I use the Target Red Card that I never have a delivery fee so that’s a plus too!! And anytime I go to this particular Target they are always so helpful!!

Very trashy. There was trash all over the floor inside and in the parking lot. The pharmacy is the worst to get your medication‘s from. They’re very lazy and after being there a year, the Pharmacist told me about a rewards program that I should’ve known about a year ago but nobody decided to tell me. They also do not have a target sign. They have a banner instead

The manager Jared is not fit to be manager. Hes rude and doesnt even listen to team members when they go to him about issues. I am happy I dont work there anymore and are too pushy on getting guests to sign up for a credit card or debit card.

Im somewhat of a Target connoisseur. Having lived in the St. Pete area for the last 20 years I lived in FL this was my GO TO store. Great parking, easy access, HUGE and the employees are great. I am remiss for waiting a year to write this review, having been back to FL in February of 2020 and we went to this Target for some items, and lo and behold the same staff (Diane!) I recognized from 3 years ago after I had moved to Portland, OR. THAT speaks volumes as to why the store has 5 star reviews. Clearly the management is great, because they keep the employees. You cant keep employees if they arent happy. And they dont provide good customer service if they arent happy. The staff is clearly happy. The store and restrooms are always clean and I have never had a single issue at this store. Thank you for being the best Target Ive ever visited. I miss you and wish my local PDX store was this wonderful!

Purchased an electric dirtbike for my son.Because there was only one listed in stock I was afraid it would be sold out so I ordered it on target.com, they charged my card the amount in the form of a hold.I figured I could simply go down and pick it up since it was paid for. Unfortunately target would not let me take the item out until my order got “worked through the system“ meaning I would have to wait two hours.If I wanted to take it immediately I would have to make a second charge on my card to leave with the item. So now I have double the amount on hold in my account.Not only that they would not let me use one of the flat cards to take it out to my truck a team member had to “drive“ the card for “safety reasons“So I simply drug it out to my truck.The manager, Amanda, simply could not see how asinine it was that I would have to wait to have my order pulled when the order was right in front of us.Call to target corporate office yielded nothing but condescension.So if you go to target.com thinking you’re doing yourself a favor – buyer beware

Alex helped me pick out a 32 TV and explained the features and benefits of each model (pixel resolution and smart TV features) which was great! It is so fantastic and refreshing to find an employee in a store with product knowledge and once so nice, to boot!

They removed the 3d logo from the front of the building and instead replaced it with a giant PNG which is not even transparent. Very ugly :(

HORRIBLE service at Starbucks. Made my drink wrong twice. Gave me the wrong sandwich. Gave me the biggest attitude for not wearing a mask, when the store intercom clearly says if you choose not to wear a mask, keep your distance... to the Starbucks barista, if me not wearing a mask is a problem, why arent you wearing gloves when youre heating up my sandwich or making my drink? Makes. No. Sense. Lastly, if you dont like your stores policy, find another job.

Target has a great selection at good prices

I frequently shop at the Pinellas Park Target. On this particular visit, a Target employee by the name of Alexis was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to help me obtain an item that I was in need of.

I have been shopping at target for years and I used to work at this store. I am very impressed and happy whenever I shop here. I am leaving a 2nd review again. I am able to enter the target find what I need within minutes and leaving right at the door in a quick time frame. Whenever angela, katya or other team members see me shopping here they say hai vishi and are very happy to see me shopping. I really like that that even though I worked with angela somewhat closely with us working at different teams at the same store. Even the issue which I had about the TG lee milk which we were out for 2 weeks they resolved it quickly and now the milk is back. Keep up the good work guys and I really miss you a lot. Well done

Best place to buy common stuffs and great deals

It was a pleasure shopping at this location on today. My son picked out his toys and he followed me to the register. As we approach the cashier she was so friendly and also spoke about her family, as she was looking down to count my sons change, my 9year whispered in my ear mom, the cashier is the nicest cashier that I ever met. I smiled because when a child notices a persons heart you know that their heart is sincere. Thank you Ms. Sandi and I hope God blesses you as much as he has bless us. Happy 2020

Last night I bought a frozen pizza from there and it was over a month past its best by date. This is the third time this year Ive bought frozen food from there that was part its best by date. In September it was chicken nuggets that the date was Nov 2017. I called the store and the lady didnt seem to care at all. I wont be going back to this location.

Just had the best experience. Peter in the tech department was so helpful. My boyfriend is old school and was having trouble with his cell phone. Peter was very patient and a great help. Thank you so much Peter.

Employees are not forced to wear mask? I just passed a group of them talking in shoes with masks around their chin.... if you’re worried, definitely don’t shop here. God only knows what they touch

Its a clean store, for the most part I can get everything I need including freezer foods. In a normal situation all the shelves are usually stocked. I like that I can order online and pick it up without getting out of my car or have same day delivery.

Very very rude (except for select few)

I went to this Target on 9-3-18 to purchase 2 items. When I approached the check out lanes not one cashier was at any of the full service lanes, nor could you see a cashier or any Target employee. I proceeded to the self service lanes and scanned my first time. This produced a message A team member will be with you soon. So I waited and waited and waited...… Not one Target employee came to assist me. Therefore I left my purchase at the cash register and went searching for a Target employee to help me. Great customer service Target. I located the customers service desk where a male and female employee were engaged in a personal conversation. I asked them for assistance and Louis went to the self service cash register and cleared the register for me. Then I could complete my purchase. After doing so I went back to the customer service desk and requested the manage on duty. Louis advised me that one was on break and the other was helping security. Therefore no manager would help me. This is a perfect example why Amazon is doing so well. My computer provides better customer service than Louis or the managers at the Pinellas Park Target.

Understandably busy at times. Clean, well stocked store.. I love the Starbucks inside. There is also a pizza hut cafe inside. Most cashiers are fast and friendly. Nice busy location with plenty of great surrounding shops

I am a Target junkie. Cant get enough of it. I usually end up staying in the store for more time than expected....and buying more things than I need. The stuff they have in home goods is so cute with their designs and patterns.This location can get pretty packed because its in a big shopping plaza. And for that reason, theyre usually out of a lot of sizes and stock of items. The clothing clearance racks can sometimes produce a good score. I can usually find t shirts and shorts for my son for a good price.Actually, most of their clearance end caps are worth taking a look at. Ive found some pretty nice things there for dirt cheap. Target price matches with competitors- including Amazon! I havent had to do this yet, but an employee was nice enough to let me know when I was comparing prices one day.

Went in to replace a bluray player I bought about 2 months ago. A power surge caused the device to stop working with a disk still inside. Robin and Amanda at the exchange desk were super friendly and helpful and Terrance in Electronics was awesome in carefully taking the old device apart to retrieve the stuck disk. Great job everyone and thank you again

This was the cleanest, most well stocked & organized Target Ive ever been to. Every isle was full with a nice selection of every brand. They have a really nice assortment of beautiful home decor. Much nicer than anything youd find at a Walmart. I was surprised at how affordable everything was in the frozen foods department. Ill definitely be making more trips to the Pinellas Park Target.

I have been shopping at target for a long time and has the app forever and it wasnt u til this sweet girl told me I could be saving money. I want to thank you. You should get a raise.

Worst customer service ever. Cashier’s are always rude. Every time you come in they ask inappropriate questions like “well why do you need a gift card?” or oh there is no sale on that, our associate just checked, they ask you to walk them to the isle through the whole store and show their useless associate that just “checked” their label of sale. To then make it sound like they are doing a favor to me of honoring THEIR valid sale. Really!? Sad, better to drive out of your way to the Gateway (older interior, but nicer people) one than have a bad experience every time here.

Place is super ridiculous.... just a note, every target charges bananas by weight... I just looked at my receipt only to see that i got charged .30 per banana. Their inventory lacks and the worst part is the customer service. I had to have a cashier run my order twice because the first 2 somehow couldnt work their registers.TARGET IF YOURE GOING TO SEND ME THREAT LETTERS IN USING MY CARD... I used to work for target in electronics, today I met Matt in electronics and he was very rude to me and my party. All I asked was a simple question and he spoke to me as if I was not worthy of his time. This was the worst experience I ever had with this store.

A sales associate named Lisa I believe was very nice and helpful. We are new to the area and she took time to answer a bunch of questions my mother had about the area and weather. Would definitely go out of my way to come back just because of her!

The fact that Im 6 months pregnant showing up to Target at 9:30 at night and I am not allowed to buy cough syrup is absolutely ridiculous. There is always exceptions to rules!. The fact not one manger came to show their face and help is absurd.

I have never experienced anything like this. My wife was harassed by Security. I would be willing to press charges if my wife would agree, but that isn’t the case.

Target has lots of great stuff at good prices. They also have free WIFI which is important since inside stores the cell signal is sometimes trash.

We went into the target located in shops at park place around 9:20 am and walked up to the starbucks counter and there was a woman being helped,once she was helped we walked up to the counter and the associate behind the counter did not greet us but instead walked away and vanished we were seen standing there by at least 3 associates for almost 5 minutes and no one came so we left and went to dunkin doughnuts instead and unfortunately we wont be back.

Worst target. not enough selection on anything. at least the cashiers, the customer service girl, and the girl and the beauty section is really nice. one of the employees is such a creep and always stares at me. like why are you trying to hit on me whil youre are working?? gross. makes me never want to go back there but this is the closest target to me. i was going to type for you to please teach your employees to not be creeps but you cant control that.

I cant come to this target because its too cold inside. If you look around, the shoppers are always freezing. Go to the one on Park, its worth the drive. No exaggerations, this is the fifth time since I moved a year ago that Ive put back everything in my cart and left the store because I couldnt handle it. I almost didnt stop today because I forgot my jacket and I thought I could tough it out... I walked out like five minutes ago and my nose is still cold.

Excellent customer service. This is one of the best Targets in the area. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The store layout is nice, good aisle space that never feels cramped, and the inventory is organised and never feels picked over.

Target had the product I was looking for the the lowest price. I was looking for a CD of the band Queen, I checked it online and Target had it for the lowest price. I love it, and I am enjoying it everyday, while I drive to work and back home.

So I just went to Target after work to pick up a few things, and I ended up purchasing an outdoor mat with red, Whit and blue stars for the 4th. The cashier put the mat on the bottom of the cart when I checked out, and I forgot to put it in the car when I loaded it up with I left the store. I realized this when I got home, so we went back to the store, only for the store manager and security guy to tell me that since I left with the merchandise, they cant do anything for me and couldnt see that far to my car when it wasnt parked far from the store. How can they not just replace a $13 door mat? I used to work for Target and $13 is not much to the stores deficit but apparently customer satisfaction and customer service isnt important to them. Definitely doing the survey because they get talked to about bad ones! WARNING! DONT LEAVE ITEMS IN YOUR CART WHEN YOU LEAVE! THEY WONT HELP YOU OUT WITH A REPLACEMENT.

I have shopped here for a long time, and let me say that I have found it very useful for buying your toiletries, especially when you take the bus and cant haul a lot home. To preparee for a trip, I managed to buy enough toiletries to fill over 80% of a TSA-compliant toiletry kit to take with me on vacations. So yes, its a great place to shop, and they even have basic Pizza Hut and Starbucks items that they cook on the spot if youre hungry or thirsty. So have fun, and feel free to get what you need!

Placed an order pick up in this store. Had ordered two items and received the confirmation emails. Went to the store they said had only one of the items, didnt know what happened with the other order. The item that I picked up which was a cushion foundation. My husband picked it up for me, it was used the sealer was broken and the sponge had foundation on it. There are definitely some issues in this store that the mangent should resolve. I love target but this was horrible a shopping experience.

Absolutely love Target and Targets close they have cute clothes cute purses they have everything you need there they have Cosmetics they have toilet paper paper towels conditioner shampoo razors mens clothes womens clothes babys clothes shoes purses sunglasses you name it theyve got it with great deals and I just registered my pregnant daughter there its just a great place to shop I love the place.
