Kim gave me a great clean up for a wedding I was attending. It was like she knew exactly what I wanted and did it perfect. Very happy I went there and will for sure go back

Now im giving 3 stars because I asked for umbra and I walked out happy, but I wanted a nice fade between colors and the longer I look at it it really just looked like i dyed my hair and let it grow out. The whole point of doing an umbra was so I didnt have to keep chemical treating my hair but It looks like Im going to have to do it again. Now I only pair 80$ with hair and eyebrows but I would have happily paid 200-300 to have a better fade. It looks ok on some sides but in other places it looks really bad.

First time Ive been back in Fantastic Sams in 33 years because the first visit Fantastic Sams in Seminole the girl messed up my hair terribly.I asked for an experienced curly hair hairdresser and she was just new out of school. She didnt know what you was doing, and for that reason I never stepped back in another Fantastic Sams again until this day. However I tried to explain to the hairdresser how I wanted my haircut and she just didnt seem to get it unless I had a picture and I told her it was in my head how I wanted it.I explained it to her pretty simple and she cut a lot more hair off than I wanted. So it will probably be another 33 years before I go back to another Fantastic Sams again.

Queen did an amazing job on my sons hair and was quick about it. Thank you. Definitely will be back to see Queen!

I own a small business and typically don’t leave bad reviews for others but I have literally been in tears the past two days. I took my daughter in with me to have a cut and some fun highlights for her and to get a trim and highlights for myself. I had a picture of what I wanted for myself which was three color, chunky highlights, approximately 30 foils. The lady who was to do mine talked me out of the dark undertone stating she wasn’t comfortable which should have been my first red flag, ( I had very long hair with blonde highlights throughout) she also stated she thought we should do the two main colors in the picture due to my “natural undertone”, which I agreed to. The colors are dark burgundy and caramel. This should be a relatively easy highlight. Before she finished shampooing the color out she started saying I should expect the burgundy to bleed into the other colors in my hair but they would lighten. This was alarming as the highlights should be chunky enough and have plenty enough definition for bleeding to not be that noticeable. That is not the case, you can not see any caramel and the majority of blonde I Had is gone as well. The color is so disappointing and if it were just this I would have moved on. But I asked for a 2” trim. Again she recommended one long layer for styling and I agreed which turned out to be a 5.5” inch hack job with multiple layers, if that’s what you can call them everywhere. I have grown my hair out for a long time and she literally hacked it, when I brought it up she grabbed her scissors and wanted to “fix” it. I would not let her do anything further. It is horrible. I know my hair will grow back, the color can be fixed I’m just sad about it, and no apology or accountability. I paid my Bill and tipped for the time she spent. My daughter on the other hand had hers done by a very nice gentleman who did an amazing job with her highlights and cut. I feel like if the stylist is new or not comfortable or familiar working with a type of hair or doing a type of color they should decline. I will have to spend a lot more to fix this as it was not cheap.

I had the worst haircut ever. The lady cut my ends with a zic zac shape, and she did not have sense of horizontal lines because my hair was cut on diagonal.

This is definitely a place you want to try & I swear youll keep going back! Ask for the deep cleansing massage shampoo. It makes you wish they would never stop!! I take my mom with me once a week to enjoy it. Weve been doing this for over a year now & dont plan on stopping anytime soon. & the price is great for what they do. You should definitely give it a try.

Todd always does a great job. He’s definitely my go to person.. Kim is also good at what she does as well. Been coming here for over a year and a half now and they are always consistent.

We had a fabulous experience with Morgan. She cut and styled both of my girls (ages 11 & 13) hair. They felt very comfortable. 1st time visit and will be back.

The lady who has the station closest to the fish tank is awful. I wanted to turn her into the state, but you can’t read her license...which is probably on purpose. I had my hair cut here for years. Every few months I’d get stuck with her because the others were busy. Her station is filthy, and every time I went in, she told me the same sob story about her husband having a stroke. I understand to a degree, but after hearing it for the 12th time (because she doesn’t remember me, despite me being a regular) it’s frustrating. The final straw was sitting down in her chair and seeing a comb on the counter with hair in it (red curly hair with gray roots), knowing she hadn’t cleaned it. She turned me towards the window and started to comb my hair. She turned me back toward the mirror, where I could see that she’d picked up that comb and used it on my hair without sanitizing it.

Signed in and sat down... not a word of acknowledgement whatsoever.... 20 minutes later .... walked out. Went down the street to the Hair Cuttery... 5 minutes later, both myself and my husband were getting our haircuts.

This location is okay. There was confusion about our appointment, and they caused my boyfriend to bleed on his neck. Everyone was very friendly though.

Kim not so good, she was trying to convince a girl that she was going to be so cute with a short cut that will need a lot of maintenance, after she made my eyebrows almost nonexistent.Although my trim from the guy ( not sure what his name was) was perfect, I will be finding somewhere else for my eyebrows. If they ever grow back

Terrible! ! Brought my client here for a color and cut. Patty took care of her she started off very rude my client told her she wanted a bright red patty insisted every red was to bright for her and chose a bright orange color instead ! Our total came out to 85$ my client gave her $120 she did not even mention it to us she over paid she tried to pocket her money as a tip. Terrible service I would NOT recommend !!

So horrible! I have no training and have cut my sons hair so much better than what they did! It is awful, uneven and made my son upset. Never again! Please go anywhere else! This is my first review on anything, it was just that bad and disappointing!

AWFUL! I was in and out within 12 minutes. Great? NO. When my old stylist cut my hair (before she moved to PA ): ), it would take her about 30 minutes to do my hair. When I went here I had Cheryl...I told her to take off 3-4 inches because I had bad split ends, she says Oh no, you have pretty hair, Ill only take off 1/2 in. I argued with her about it and she still refused to cut more off. She smelled awful, like she sat in a closet and smoked before she touched my hair. Gross and unprofessional. The other associates were rude...there is a reason this store promotes $10.95!!!!!

Awful!!! DONT GO HERE!!!! Went to get my hair dyed a light auburn its fire truck red with orange roots. I even told him my roots were a different color and he said u cant get them the same color as my hair!!! They dont know what they are doing!!!!
