Sergio was very nice on the phone, which was obviously just to gain a sale. I live in Indiana so bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee based off of his pics and description and him answering several questions I had. A day after it was loaded on a truck and on its way, Sergio sent me a text saying he taped the sunroof “because of the excessive amount of rain in Florida” and he “didn’t want to take abt chances”. Well, a sunroof shouldn’t leak no matter how much rain you get. Got the Jeep and went through a car wash and water literally came pouring in. Also, the touchscreen radio also doesn’t function properly to include the backup camera not working. I sent Sergio a message to let him know and he said he wasn’t aware, despite telling me prior to my purchase that there were no issues with the vehicle and having nothing in his description about it. I asked him to refund me $750 for the price for parts only for the sunroof and radio and he refused and kept telling me what a great deal I got. I told him it would have been a decent deal if the vehicle was as described. When I mentioned that I would make honest reviews, he said I was threatening him and then told me I should think twice before I do that because I might still need him if the DMV needs more paperwork. The guy is the typical sleaze ball used car salesman. Avoid him and this dealership at all costs. Sergio’s response was I paid thousands less after “I bargained with the price”. He came down $100. He also never mentioned there was any problem with the sunroof until a day after the Jeep was loaded on the truck and on the way to me. The sunroof was taped closed way before he ever even bought the Jeep from the auction. He claims that a mechanic goes through each vehicle first yet none of these issues were ever mentioned, even when asked first. He threatened me twice. The first time to deny me paperwork if needed and the second time to “expose me” using “media wizards” if I gave him a negative review. The guy is a complete crook and doesn’t care about his customers at all, especially if they are out of state. Complaint filed with the BBB and Florida Atty General’s Office.

Sergio was a pleasure to deal with and made the process of purchasing and shipping my vehicle all the way to New Jersey very simple. I looked many years and country wide for the 1997 Toyota T100 that I was able to purchase from them. Low miles, excellent condition inside and out and everything works just as he said.. I never thought I would purchase a vehicle that I could not see in person and test drive first but Sergio made me feel I could trust him and I would absolutely recommend doing business with Park Auto.If I was not 1,000 miles away I would definitely trust them with my truck for service as well. Give me a call if you get your hands on another Toyota!

Bought a car for 4,200$ and before we made it home it over heated and broke down. The owner Sergio then charged us to “fix” it and tried to blame it on us. Got the car back with more problems, took it to a real mechanic and found out a list of problems that would cost significantly more than the cars value to fix. Called the owner back and he told us he doesn’t understand why it won’t work but that it’s our problem, lied about a 30 day warranty And screwed us out of 5,000$ with no working car. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST ANY CAR FROM THIS LOT! Horrible horrible horrible experience taking 5k from a bartender that can’t work during Covid.

Really great experience in used car buying. Easy to work with and did extras for us. It was worth the drive from North Port, FL even during rush hour traffic. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for a quality used vehicle. Cars and Trucks are throughly maintained

Ever since finding this place, I always get my maintanence done here.First of all there is no 2-4 hour wait time like in any of the larger places I went before. Yes, its a small shop, but the attention to detail is unbelivable: they always check my cooling system hoses when doing an oil change (a very important factor on 290k car), top off my tires, inspect anything that might give a problem - sometimes I think that the owner knows all the service manuals for every vehicle by memory.Second, the prices for labour and parts are also considerably better then anywhere Ive gone before.And third, the service is a lot more personal then anywhere else. Here, Im not just some guy with an older car. They know my car, know its problems, its recalls and weak spots, you just cant get the same quality of service from anywhere else.
