They are a quality team. Honorable people who do amazing work. Ive had many projects completed by John and George and their attention to detail is first rate. Esther is a delight to work with, she really takes an interest in helping customers with scheduling and payment. Their TLC is no joke. My highest recommendation for a reputable shop.

Brought my car to LHT because of the glowing reviews. There was a vibration in the engine bay. Explained to John that I thought it was the motor mounts, after he took it in, he explained to me that the mounts looked fine, that the exhaust was the culprit. So I trusted him and gave the okay for a surprisingly expensive new exhaust.When I got the car back, much to my dismay I discovered the vibration was still there. When I returned the next week, it was confirmed that it was indeed the motor mount after all. As I wait in the lobby for the proper repair to be performed, I see brochures for the variety expensive exhaust options, and it suddenly made sense. I was upsold! I was also expected to pay full price for the proper repair, after I paid full price for the exhaust I didnt really need, and was offered no apology or compensation of any kind. Would not recommend LHT Performance.

LHT is the only place Id go to get my car serviced. They replaced my soft top and added the UK mod to my exhaust.10/10 service and they pay attention to all details (no matter how little). They get the work done the right way!

John and his team are top notch. They are industry-leading experts on anything Honda and/or S2000 (especially supercharged ones). They are professional, helpful, passionate and have incredible attention to detail. Hope to do business with them again in the future.

I have 2008 S2000 CR that I had added a Kraftwerks Supercharger to back in 2015. Additionally, I had upgraded the exhaust, clutch and shocks. After these upgrades, the car was terrible. John, Esther and George turned the nightmare I created into the S2000 I always wanted.Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. My car spent a week with LHT while my girlfriend and I went to the Florida Keys for a vacation. I came back, picked up my freshly maintained and built car and drove it ~700 miles home completely problem free. Ive since drove it another ~150 miles without so much as a wimper. John is very personable guy. I came all the way from VA to check out the shop and picked up a few Master Cylinder braces for my S2000 and a few buddies as well. They do great work and sell only high quality products. Will get my car down here someday.

John knows his Hondas/S2000s and wont over charge you for unnecessary work/parts, even though its a business John truly cares about you and your needs for your car. Im always confident that the job is done correctly the first time and WILL NOT have to be revisit unlike Kings performance in Orlando (long story and will never go back to them). Lastly follow John on YouTube and Instagram and you will see that John does great work and wont haggle you for work.

I bought my S2000 a couple of years ago now. I found John at LHT through word of mouth of other S2000 owners. LHT has been the only place I have taken my car in the past 2 years. Minor up keep I do on my own but I have contacted John on a couple of occasions to ask questions. John has been extremely helpful and is always willing to pass along his knowledge. John truly has a passion for what he does and it shows. John, I thank you for the wealth of information you have passed along and for taking such good care of my baby.

LHT is meticulous in everything done to improve performance for a car. I would not take my car to anyone else. Lieratally waiting now for my ordered 2020 vehicle to arrive and it goes to LHT as soon as it has 1,000 miles on the clock.

I needed some special bolts for my s2000 so i called my local dealership and they wanted alot per bolt so i did some research and found LHT and Emailed them. All i will say is the price they offered for the upgraded bolts was around an 1/8th of the price for all 6 bolts. i dont know how they stay in business with prices so low. 100% recommend

I stumbled upon LHT when looking for a welder to do a small modification to the stainless exhaust headers on a motorcycle. The TIG welding and job was well done and affordable. Now I take any stainless or aluminum welding jobs I have directly to LHT. Im definitely a small customer but John is always friendly and the work is well done, timely and cost-effective. Rarely do you get all three. Thanks!

This is the only place to take your car. Period. John is an honest guy who will build your car the way you want without anything you dont need. No salesmanship, hidden charges or other BS you get at other places. I cant say enough about the service, products or general attitude of this shop. I will be taking my S2000 back to him for EVERYTHING from this point on. John has an encyclopedic knowledge of the cars he works on and truly enjoys the work he does.

They did a very good job! Did an axle back exhaust and installed a rear diffuser and even went the extra mile and make a stainless mounting bracket for me so the diffuser didnt fall off my car. And redid all my hangers because the exhaust was rerouted and still was right around the quoted price with this extra work! The guys at LHT are awesome and Id highly suggest them to anyone!!

Had John replace my dealer installed soft top on the S2000 with a new one. The job was done way nicer that the dealer who did the same job 3.5 years ago. The car looks great! Never going back to the dealer again and yes John does better work for less money than the dealer.

Best shop in Tampa Bay, probably even the entire state of Florida. Good guy, honest, trustworthy. Built me a K24a2/K20 for my RSX. Runs like it just came off the showroom floor, but with more power! The installation was clean, and looks amazing. I dont trust ANYONE else with my car!

He has recently installed the new Kraftwerks Supercharger, header, exhaust, clutch, axles, soft top, the list goes on.I have also had some stuff that hes done for free.The turn around time to get my car back is very quick every time I drop it off.Pricing for any work done is great. Remember you get what you pay for.

LHT is the only shop I will let work on my car. After quite a bit of research, this was the most highly recommended shop in the greater Bay Area, especially if you own an S2000. I typically work on my AP2 myself, but when it came time to replace the soft top, I decided I wanted it done professionally. I called and spoke to John, he is an expert when it comes to these cars, and Hondas in general. The price was about half what the dealer would charge, and he only uses OEM Honda parts. The quality and attention to detail in the work was amazing. I honestly felt like they treated my car as if it was their own, I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back. Very highly recommended.

Initial experience was great. Unfortunately since then LHT has not lived up the their reputation. After requesting an appointment several times to get my car serviced, John still refuses to give me an appointment. He tells me we will squeeze your car in next week, next week comes and my car doesnt get worked on. This occurred over 2 months....Ill get my work done somewhere else.

I went to lht to have a stage 3 clutch put in my civic si. These guy were great and very helpful. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. When they changed the clutch they even replace my bushings with the polyurethane boots cause the rubber ones were worn.when does a shop do that!!!! I will be a returning customer.

Had multiple issues with a k swapped integra...John helped tune the car and sat with me to go over the problems. After a year of wiring issues and tuning issues the car is finally running well. Thanks for your patience and willingness to help troubleshoot the car. Definitely willing to recommend...will be back in the future.

Phone system to communicate really horrible called several times a day for the past 3days. No answer or return call. I guess they dont want my business. I was on the course of towing my s2k to them this weekend but, now in search for a different tuner shop

Had a Kraftwerks Superchager kit installed on my AP2 S2000 about 7 months ago. I’ve put about 13,000miles thus far. I daily my s2000 50miles/day, push the car to the limit a few days a week and the car has not had one single issue. What gets me is how well these guys at LHT tune their cars. I’ve driven several s2000s (forced induction) and to me it’s unbelievable how smooth the Kraftwerks supercharged car is, it just runs perfectly. It really is a joy to drive. I’m fortunate to live in the area and so I stop every once in a while to have my car tweaked to my liking. These guys really know there cars (especially s2000s). If you have an s2000 do yourself a favor and have LHT install a kit for you, wellllll worth the money....no regrets. And no, I was not paid to write this review :P

Quick turn around, with great quality work. I wouldve like to seen some patches on the inside where the top is known to tear, but other than that looks and fits great!

I get my 2016 Acura serviced here and my husband had his S2000 serviced as there as well! bringing husbands new Acura in next week! 💜 this place! I knew I had to stop getting my car serviced at Crown Acura when the service adviser even there that he knows about this place and would service his car there! I am no longer getting robbed at the Acura dealership for unnecessary service. The service department was suggesting service that the manufacture advised me that I did NOT need. I spent 1,500 at Crown Acura for services that were not needed for a brand new car!!! so glad we found LHT and John is soo nice!!

I have never left my car at a shop with confidence knowing my car is in good hands. This was a first. Soon as you walk in and have a word with John im sure you will be satsified. He takes pride in his work and his customer service. He goes above and beyond. I just purchased a 2005 s2000 with a horrible clutch buzz and took it to him for a clutch job. John @ LHT stocks most of the frequently used honda parts so he had everything i needed on hand... Oem clutch kit, oem flywheel, shifter with new bushings, master slave, the list goes on. He has what you need and he does THE JOB RIGHT. My s2000 went in there shifting like it was from 1957, now it feels like i bought a brand new transmission. I have never been more satsified leaving a shop. Thanks John. ALSO his prices do not compare to anywhere else, you will leave feeling like you owe the man a tip. LHT IS THE WAY TO GO!

Had Kraftwerks SC install and much more 3 years ago to my S. Car runs as well today as the minute it came off their dyno. Has not needed any tuning since leaving their shop!

Many people think of LHT as only a Honda shop, but Ive taken my Nissan 240SX to John and George on multiple occasions when I was not able to work on the car. They did the necessary pre-work on researching the car and always completed the job on time. Customer service combined with quality make this one of the only shops in the area that I trust with my car. They stand behind their work with a sterling reputation. You can find other shops to do similar work for less, but none are up to LHTs level of skill and integrity. My other car is an Acura TSX and they will receive my business when its time to upgrade the transmission.

I had a few questions and asked for a quote for tuning my 2015 Civic Si.Send them an email around 2 months ago and havent heard anything back....I guess I take my business somewhere else..
