Today I bought my very first car and the whole experience here at Toyota has been nothing but excellent service. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Bartex helped me a lot with this whole process and he’s very understanding to my wants in a car. He’s a great guy to go to if you’re looking to buy a new car. Thanks to him and his associates, I was able to purchase my car at the perfect price!

Ben was a really great salesman with a lot of patience. He took the time to show me all the special features and make sure I had the Toyota App on my phone and linked to my new car and all links were in working order. Our finance guy Kirk was outstanding too, he was very knowledgeable on financing and a very professional young man. Ben and Kirk are a dream team. We are definitely a Toyota family. 5 stars!!!!!

Great service. Friendly. They will get you in to a great car at a good price. They also offer a loyalty program where you can upgrade easier if you come in with not so great credit. Dont think you cant get a car just because you dont have the best credit. They will work with you.

So my elderly mother went here to get her oil change and tire rotation(she bought the car and her next set of tires here. Her husband marked the tires and when she got her car back, they told her everything was done. I guess since she is elderly you figured she wouldnt notice? How many times have you done this to other people? Do better!

I bought my car from a different dealership under the AutoNation brand, but this one was the only one that could get me in short notice. So I came here, kind of nervous because I’ve never taken my car into the shop before alone. I was really relieved to see my mechanic was a woman, Kylie, and she was super helpful and nice! (Even though I showed up 45 minutes early, thinking my appointment was for 3, not 3:30.)I waited in their lobby for about 2 hours, which she was clear that it would take that long. It’s a nice building, so I didn’t mind. Decent snack machine selection. She went over what they did for me, answered my questions, and did it all free of charge with some kind of used car promo. Couldn’t be happier. This place is pretty far from me, but it’s worth the drive if I can get Kylie as my mechanic again!

I’m a bit late with this review, as I was in your shop for my headlight / break light bulbs replacement and tire pressure several weeks ago. Meant to send this much sooner as Hunter does deserve praise for his service. Hunter was absolutely on point! Took care of the issues I presented with as if they were his very own . Hunter was quick, informative and attentive. I was a walk-in and yet was cared for immediately. His service was the kind of loyal service a loyal customer is looking for. Thank you Hunter! I am simply trying to get an appointment scheduled to have 2 paint manufacturing flaws taken care of which I was told they would take care of the issue. For the past 48+ hours, I have called and been told an associate would get back to me. Still waiting... AUTONATION was anxious and willing to sell me the brand new car but I would never recommend their service center to anyone. I have had more than one bad experience there. First time I had mat covers and they removed them and would not replace. In April I took it for a routine service and was told the car had a recall. I was told they were working on it and as I was waiting (2 hours later) found my car still in the lot to be worked on.

I want to say that I had a wonderful experience.... The sales person I had was Janetta she was amazing I was not sure that I could get a new truck but she found one on the lot with low mileage and still had a full warranty. I decided on the 2020 Tacoma and absolutely love it. I traded a 2018 Nissan rogue and the guys worked with the numbers so I was able to leave with my new truck. Thanks to all who had a helping hand in this process and Larry thanks for all you did to help out on the paper work. Please go see Janetta she will find you what you are looking for..... We were a little apprehensive at the beginning because of bad experiences we had in the past with car dealerships but this time our experience was great. They reached out to us interested in buying our car. The process was very simple. The staff super friendly and honest and the offer we got for our car, better than any other dealer. In a little bit over an hour we were out with a check in our hands. My car was scheduled for an oil change, 1.5 hrs later Hunter advises me that the bolt to the oil pan has been stuck and they wont be able to do the oil change unless they remove the existing oil pan and replace it with a new one.The last oil change and service was with Toyota and the advisor and technician that worked on the vehicle failed to inform me of this issue and it now seems as if the technician striped the bolt and tried to cover his mistake. This is all extremely disappointing and a complete negligence in behalf of the Toyota service team.Toyota now wants to pass the costs of replacing the oil pan to the me (the customer) for their mistakes and negligence, the costs for all the parts summed to about $300. Management was informed however they would not take ownership and do whats right.I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning or referring anyone to Toyota.

They were very forthright about its condition over the phone so there were no surprises when I got there. I was able to book an appointment the very next morning after my engine light came on. I arrived early and the staff was already waiting for me. Eddie, my service manager, was ready to take my information. And as promised, 2 hours later I got the diagnosis. Two days later I got a call from that my car was ready for pick up. The cost, well, lets just say, Im glad I had just paid off my credit card balance.

Tony was amazing and helped us when we had a tire issue. This was the second time I’ve used the service department at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park and they are wonderful. This isn’t my home dealership however they always seem to know how to get me on my way. Lucky to have found them while traveling.

Talked with sales person about what appeared to be a nice 2009 Acura RDX this past Friday on their website. We talked about me coming in to see it later that afternoon. I was very disappointed and honestly very frustrated when I saw the car. The interior was dirty. The headliner was falling. There was a leak coming from one of the roof rails I think you call them. Rust looking marks on the headliner. It was nasty. This car had “supposedly” approx 49k miles which should have look in much better shape. Knowing I was coming in to see this vehicle, you would think they would have prepped the car or at least looked at it. Both salesperson and his manager both said it just came out of service and they had not looked at it yet. Pretty scary that they weren’t notified by service. If these items were overlooked than I was not comfortable that other things were wrong will this vehicle. Definitely not a positive 1st time experience. Plus these days, the car business is hurting and would have thought extra care would have been taken to get a sale on the books. Sadly they lost a potential future customer.

They were super helpful in assisting me with my trade-in. It was my first time going in alone (without my dad!) and they made it a breeze. They explained everything to me and made sure I got the best deal possible with all the protection I need. Definitely recommend!

It is what you would expect. Average to above average service and they always address the issues at hand quickly. The one item I will knock them on is the constant upsell to perform services ahead of what the manual calls for. What they recommend is often different than what Toyota recommends.

Dino helped us to test drive a Tacoma! Not a pushy salesman at all if you have a good used car come and see him he will get you the best price on it! After test driving cars all day we finally think were going to get a Tacoma and Dino, Micheal and Amir were very good salesmen.

The price of a simple oil/filter change & tire rotation is too expensive. To top it off, they send these postcards in the mail offering savings for service but wouldn’t let me use it when I checked out. My family has bought several vehicles from here over the years, including the one I just had serviced, but I guess that doesn’t really matter once your warranty has expired. They were more interested in asking me to sell my vehicle back to them, as I was asked 3 times while there, plus a call after I returned home from a man wanting to know if I could come back to the dealer so they could give it a look to assess the value & make an offer. The truck was there for over 2 hours for them to look at, but the guy literally asks me if I would be willing to drive back to the dealer to have it inspected....Seriously!?

What a great experience! I had to take my Rav into the dealership earlier this week for a recall. Hope was the service advisor I dealt with and she was wonderful! Hope was able to get my vehicle in right away and had it done so fast. I really appreciate the speedy service, but most of all, I am so glad I can take it to someone I trust. Thanks Hope! I went to their Service Dept. today in order toget a flat tire replaced through a road hazardwarranty. It was my first experience with thisdealership, it will not be my last, thanks to my Service Advisor, Howard Decker. Howardwent through my service records with me.Howard advised me of a recall ( that never got scheduled at my dealership) and pointed out it was very close to time for scheduledmaintainance. Howard turned my emergencytire replacement into an oil change, tire rotation and fuel pump (recall) replacementsaving me time and effort in future visits.The crew at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas arefriendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

This dealership is above and beyond my expectation. Customer service is excellent, knowledgeable, and most important honest and strait forward. My Service advisor Barry knows me and my vehicle and tailors the service to my needs. I am a loyal customer for both sales and service and will not go anywhere else.

I recently had to take my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a set of new wiper blades. The service was fine and Christie, who assisted me, was pleasant and informative so I was able to get my car back without any real hassles.However, I am extremely annoyed with AutoNation Toyota right now because of their repeated attempts to try and buy my car back. I have received about 7-10 text messages asking me if I’d be interested in selling my car back to them. A couple of times I told them I wasn’t interested and to please stop asking me about it. Still, the texts kept coming. I am hoping this post finds its way to a concerned party so they can know how unhappy I am with these repeated attempts. It’s borderline harassment at this point and it makes me question whether I want to continue to bring my business to them. Please look into this, or I’ll be forced to take more drastic actions.

I came in to have my oil changed because I thought it was time. John Roush informed me that the oil only gets changed every 10k miles, not 5k like I am used to. This saved me a bunch of money and it just shows his integrity and honesty. I did have an issue with my splash guard not being secured and it ended up being torn to bit when it came loose on the interstate. When I called and brought this issue up, I was given an appointment that day and it was replaced free of charge. The only complaint I do have is that the service takes a long time. But that is typical of any auto repair shop, even the big service centers so it doesnt bother me too much. The waiting room is wonderful.

AutoNation services our Toyota and it’s been a smooth and trusted experience. So, when looking for a second car it was one stop shopping. We did our research; knew the car we wanted and AutoNation was our first stop. Excellent service. Keith was a pleasure to work with and Peter has a great team!

I have been bringing my 2011 Prius in for service since I moved to Florida in 2019. When I first arrived in Tampa, I visited a different Toyota dealership for an oil change and they quoted me $1.5k in “recommended” fixes. I was so irritated I refused to return. I then found this dealership because it’s near my work and it has been an A+ experience. I find that regardless of who I work with in the service area, they are all honest and reasonable in their recommendations. They explain what is urgent, what can wait, what’s a nice to have etc. I never feel like they are trying to up charge me or recommend nonsense. I usually park myself in the lounge area when I’m getting work done and it’s usually quiet and clean. Everyone and especially the women who work in the check out area have been extremely nice and helpful.

Great Dealership and service team! The day I scheduled my service there must have been 30 people waiting for the garage bays to open. Even though I had an appointment, I figured it was going to be forever and a day to get out of there. However, they seemed very prepared and had almost as many receptionist to get all cars, including mine, checking in in minutes. Very professional.I know dealerships are doing everything they can to get used cars...I get it... and AutoNation isnt the only dealership that does this. However, they got to stop the badgering of trying to buy your car every time you come in. Seriously, my car is like 4 months old and they were like, we will buy your car and make you a deal. Thats got to stop....maybe after a couple years...then try... Just Saying =)Otherwise, I do plan to keep going to this dealership for service. Its actually not the dealer I purchased my car from. I purchased from a big-name Toyota dealer in bradenton and wasnt pleased with the experience. Wish I had gone to Auto Nation first.

I am mostly mad at myself for not noticing multiple add-on products added to my new vehicle purchase, yet accepting. At closing, where many forms flash by, yet unlike experiences at other dealerships such as Sun Toyota and Tyrone Mazda, there was not a time where AN reviewed each individual line item to ensure acceptance. There is one form, of Protection Plans that I believe as misleading, in that there are multiple columns (Preferred, Value, Basic and Economy) but V B & E are all the same, ours initially pre-circled at highest option.. Only until the following day did I realize that I purchased $$$ of unwanted protection, and finding out that such could have been removed. I am hoping for a refund for window film, that was charged but not installed.

I have been coming here for the past few services and I understand the car industry is tough, but I would appreciate not have 3 salesmen trying to get me to trade in my car every time I go in. The last man even went as far as yelling across the hall “hey, can I buy your car?” Very unprofessional. If wanted to trade in my car I would simply come in for that. If this continues to happen every time I come in, I will be looking for a new place to have my car serviced.But Tony, my service advisor was great! He has always been super helpful and patient.

Walked us through our first lease of a Highlander Hybrid XLE (very pleased) which took a few visits because we were hesitant at first...ended up with a great deal. so happy i went back a few weeks later to buy the new Camry Hybrid LE for work and they had me in and out with everything done in less than 2 hours on a Saturday. Even sent two employees following me so I didnt have to return for pick up another day with my wife.Excellent service all around, I recommend them (and Toyota) over any other shop.

Purchased a Rav 4 yesterday. It was almost a great experience UNTIL I got home and reviewed the paperwork. I find that I contributed $105 to the Hope Scholarship Program WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. A single page slipped into the contract with no prior discussion. This is terrible customer service! Buyer Beware!

Keith was a great salesman, patient, and respectful. The sales manager was also polite, dispite trying to close the deal the same day. When we returned two days later to finish the deal, all went smooth except the finance guy. He was new, and had no idea what he was doing. Almost 7 times, his supervisor had to help him out. Took 3 hours to drive away. Sad we cant make this process. Quick and easy. It tarnished the whole experience. Hope you get a better finance guy.

We went on a very busy day, and the office was lacking enough people to handle all the finance issues, but, I was in a hurry to get the right car that I always wanted, and, YES I did receive my dream car. . .so, it was well worth the wait. I brought the Rav4 in for service after 1 - 1/2 years because they ask me to with only slightly over 2,000 miles because of Covid-19. I was told they would change the oil and do a 5,000 mile check-up . I gave the service advisor my cell number to call me when it was done. Well, he never called, so I went by to find it was done and they did not change the original break-up oil after 1 - 1/2 years. Not Pleased ! They want me to bring it in in 6 mos.Up-date 10/22/21 : Way better than last time I had service there, Colin is the best !

I just bought a car from AutoNation in Pinellas Park. It was the best buying experience Ive ever had! The saleswoman, Janetta, worked hard to find the right car for me. And when the sale was complete, she had the car detailed twice because she wanted it perfect. She even (without asking) gave me a demonstration of all the new safety features, helped me link my phone to the bluetooth system, and answered questions until I was completely satisfied. Even though we were late for our appointment Ahmed was not upset and was friendly and patient the entire time we were there. He could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Actually this was probably the easiest and nicest time I have ever purchased a car. There was no pressure and except for the incompetent insurance carrier we could have been out of there in an hour. I cannot say enough kind things about our salesman, he was definitely one of a kind.

Hope is amazing she really made my experience great . I had a really bad experience 3 years ago with my tires and I told myself I would never come back to Auntination Toyota. When I reached out Hope answered the phone and she has been nothing but great since. Thank you Hope for everything !! You are truly amazing .

Oil change,they didnt put oil cap back on,found it under wipers after I left.reported it and they never responded.

My starter abruptly gave out one hot afternoon. AutoNation Toyota Pinelelas Park fixed the problem and did some routine maintenancefor me right away. We were given a ride home while they worked on the car so we could be very comfortable while the car was being repaired. Excellent. service.

For the most part, pretty happy. Until I realized the extended warranty and gap protection cost me dearly. When I was informed that it would only cost me $10 a month more, I was told by the lender that 6 months of payments were also added. From 66 months to 72 months. Nothing worse than a sales pitch. Totally lost my business and any recommendations I may have given.

Hi Matthew,Thank you for reaching out.1. I showed up 15 mins ahead of time for my appointment & was assigned to H*2. After leaving the service department I received a call from H* saying that I would be re-assigned to P@ & would receive a follow up call from P@3. After 3 hours I called & left a message for P@ that was never returned to me4. I went back to the service department & was told by another employee that they would find P@ - apparently P@ was off on vacation & no one knew it5. Apparently my car required 2 re-calls & had to be kept at the service department - no one called me to notify me that I wouldnt be able to leave without my car & it was too late to get a rentalH* was very helpful. However, the ball was dropped MULTIPLE times during my experience. Im beyond livid.How would you suggest that my experience be improved?

Although the service rep I dealt with (Rocky) was great, the rest of my experience was miserable! I had an 8:00am appointment and was told I could arrive early. I got there at 7:30am and was there for 3 hours - TO REPLACE A TIRE! What took AAA less than 10 minutes on Monday took AutoNation Toyotas service department 3 hours! I will NEVER have my vehicle served there again!
