I swung into the mini clinic to do with DOT physical. very nice nurse practitioner. grabbed some earache medicine on my way out to a very friendly check out person . easy in and out
Ive had problems with this cvs getting prescriptions on time so i switched. But,it doesnt matter now. Ill never give ANY cvs my business anymore. They have decided to join in on this shaming the whites. Anti white theory. This isnt unity. This is only going to create more hate and division in our country. We fight wars to protect our country of all color. It doesnt matter.we are all brothers and sisters. Know one should be ashamed of the color of their skin. Every race has stupidity, every country has dark spots on history. We learn from the past, not to repeat. Our flag is red white and blue.. we fight for the people it stands for. I have many races of friends. I judge them by the type of person not the color.
I have had a lot of trouble getting prescriptions on time. I have 1 medication that can only be ordered on the day it is due. Several times when I have called to order it is out of stock. Apparently it is against there policy to let me know which cvs does have the medication. Anyway I frequently go a few days without it.My prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. When I go to pick up I always have to come back later. Sometimes some are ready but never all.I have received the wrong medication dose only once. It was an antibiotic for my daughter. Luckily she only had one dose before they called me. Grateful a larger dose didn’t harm her. They must really be short staffed. I am sure corporate doesn’t care. I am sure their bottom line is saving a buck. I am unable to change pharmacies due to insurance restrictions.
Every single time I get my monthly prescription filled it takes over an hour. This time I called it in 8:30am computer says it will be done at 1:00pm. Great no problem! I go to pick it up at 3:30 the rep says oh we are still working on that it will be at least 15 - 20 min. Done! I am switching over to a different pharmacy.
Pharmacist was a little rude. Would not assist with a resolution on getting prescription filled.
The girl told me exactly where to find what I was looking for ☺️
Spoke with a “Pharmacist” at this location at 3:50am who said he had no clue the different options for Depakote. What? A pharmacist does not know medication options? Be extremely cautious getting medications when he is working. These huge generic pills are difficult for the person who needs them to swallow and I suppose 250 mg tabs are not available at this location according to the “Pharmacist” working February 28, 2021 3rd shift. This man was rude and hung up on me.
Be warned... it does not matter if your Doctor calls your script in at 11am and you go in at 5pm.. they will not process your script until YOU go in... at which point they will maybe tell you something like “10 minutes” which actually means 45-60, if not more. You had better not be in a hurry if you’re going here, because you’ll either need to make 2 separate trips, or be prepared to wait an hour at the store...
All I want is what everyone else wants and thats my prescription filled in a reasonable amount of time. You call the #. The computer looks it up. We are working on refilling that. Ok great. 4-5 hrs later you would think it would be ready. Send wife to go check it out. She goes into pharmacy and they tell her oh we just got that if you want Ill prioritize you go sit and wait for an hour and well have this ready. Now if this happened once okay. But this has happened at least seven times for me.
Always great service
I am very surprised by all the negative comments on here. I love this CVS pharmacy! They have always done such a great job for me! I highly recommend this pharmacy!
Completely inept at filling a prescription. Was told it would take 20 minutes to fill, an hour later I went back. No one would answer the phone, on hold for 15 minutes and waited in the pickup line for 20, only to be told it was not ready yet. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have had very good service at every single cvs that I have worked with all have been helpful, kind, curious, and prompt taking extra time waiting, and answering questions about a prescription or over the counter product. I also enjoy the fact that several of the pharmacist knew me by name after I brief period of time
They give you the pleasure of waiting in line for 45 minutes just to tell you it’s another 45 minutes when the prescription was dropped off 5 hours earlier and told it would be too long to wait and to come back in 45 minutes. I loathe going to CVS. I’d rather go to dentist.
Horrible DRIVE THROUGH!!! Takes way too much time. EVERY SINGLE TIME! IF customers have to fill out ins firms, ect....they should asked them to come inside. Othewise, not sure why they are so so slow!
Worst pharmacy we’ve ever used! Terrible customer service! Auto-refill does not work! Doctor calls in a prescription, they don’t contact you to let you know it’s ready! Very frustrating!
Tried to get though 4 times. Hung-up on twice, on hold for close to 15 minutes and then hung-up on again. This is why i have gone elsewhere. Well not go to CVS again..
I had to switch to this pharmacy due to my insurance. EVERY single time I come to get something it takes forever! Smh.. it could be 10 cars ahead of me or 3 it all takes the same amount. The employees are very friendly but they need a way better system for drive thru.
Horrible experience with them giving my 11 week old daughter the wrong amount of medication. They did not mix it correct, give the correct dispenser tool, and also no storage directions. My wife went back right away after seeing it lol odd, and was told not to worry, it looked fine to the Pharmacist. Well it wasn’t even 1/3 full. #zerostar
Takes way to long to get a prescription filled,go online to check all it says is In process, call an hour later still says In process Hire more people if you need to! but it shouldnt take more then 3 hours to get one prescription filled.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Totally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I loved Walgreens at Pickerington but my insurance made me transfer to CVS a year ago. Out of the last 6 prescriptions there have been problems with 5 of them. Twice they charged me double and when I called my insurance co they confirmed I was overbooked. Both time I had to go into the pharmacy to get my refund. Another prescription was the wrong one. Another time they filled a prescription that I hadn’t taken for over a year. I could go on and on but CVS has already wasted enough of my time!
Worst pharmacy I have ever visited!! Pharmacy technician Chris was super incompetent.
Manager Tom went out of his way to help me print my husband’s passport pictures. He sensed my distress and sat with me and tried several ways to help me. I appreciate his patience and concern.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy is awful. I only use them when we need a prescription filled through the night. Children’s Hospital sent over a prescription several hours ago when we were originally being discharged. New symptoms arose and they decided to keep us a few extra hours. Go to pick up the prescription almost 4 hours later and the pharmacist says “we just got that, it’s going to be an hour.” At 4am, it’s going to take you an hour? Not to mention there’s no way they just got the prescription. We had discharge papers in hand 4 hours ago. Pretty sure the hospital doesn’t wait until several hours after discharge to go back in a patients chart and send prescriptions. Should’ve just had them sent to Kroger and waited till morning because by the time CVS has them ready (which is never the time they tell you), Kroger will be open.
CVS is more than just a drug store/pharmacy. We do a lot of our regular shopping here too. They always have great sales, great store brand deals, and a very friendly coupon policy. The associates are always very helpful.
The only reason I gave them one star is because I was unable to give them zero stars. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Will be switching to Walgreen ASAP! CVS takes forever to wait on you, then they are out of your medications and don’t bother telling you in advance, and the prescription they tell you will be ready are never ready on time. CVS PHARMACY SUCKS!!!
I went to my prescripción and I am 37 weeks pregnant they sent me a voice message that my prescription was ready but not I went there and they told me to wait and I did I grab a chair and I sat there nobody was waiting there and the lady that was working on pharmacy she todo me to go and walk around the store that she was so busy and she has too much people in front.... (nobody else was sitting There waiting ) I told her that I was in advance pregnancy and I wanted to be seated waiting for my prescripciones and she told me that it will take around 15 minutes more and I can not be there waiting ! Never in my life they have this rude with me for a prescripción and treatment like that when I pregnant, I have issued is the past with my prescripción that it is not ready but this is beyond that really bad customer services even I do have know if the lady was being discriminated because my conduction on my skin .
I called the pharmacy this morning, the gentleman answered. I gave him my info, he said my prescriptions are ready for pick up. My husband got dressed at 6:30 this morning to go get my medicine because I have to have my blood clot medication. My husband gets there, and this guy tells him its not ready and NOONE called this morning!! Omg, my husband came home told me this so I obviously called him back and then he said, what I told you is that its in the PROCESS of being ready! NO NO NO, thats no what he said. He told my husband 30 more minutes so he came home and by the time I called him back he told me It was ready! This guy is RUDE and A LIAR!! I will be calling his boss on Monday!
Wonderful customer service from the pharmacy. Will was super helpful
Horrible experience!! Waited over an hour for just two medication
They are not organized and always mess up prescription drop offs.
Obviously there at plenty of reviews about what I’m about to say. The staff is rude every time I come in. I hope the staff sees this because they should NEVER give a customer a time and then when they come back it’s still not ready.....I was told my meds would be ready with in 45 minutes.... I come back 1.5 hours later and still not ready. It’s honestly a little absurd. If they want to be slow, at least be NICE to your customers.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Medically dangerous that this pharmacy manages medications the way they do. We have repeatedly run into issues with this pharmacy not having medications in stock, stating theyll be in stock in a certain number of days, the medicine not being in stock when promised...two and three and four times. Its ridiculously frustrating but also medically dangerous. Even if you have a CVS only plan, Id *HIGHLY* recommend going with a different store. The pharmacy staff isnt necessarily rude, but their service when helping with a medication that isnt in stock is beyond terrible. I have a child with no current Epi-pens and a spouse without a daily medication for two weeks. After YEARS of filling all prescriptions here, Im pulling them all today. Ive never seen anything quite like it, but whatever is wrong is no mere glitch in the system. Somewhere in the line, someone has decided consistency in medication stocking is not even a vague concern.
The drive thru pharmacy is ridiculous!! Drive thru should be quick, right??? Nope!! Not here!! Whenever U pick up a script, they ask u at the window, do u have any questions for the pharmacist...umm...no but if i did I would have the common courtesy to come in and ask, not sit at the window asking 20 questions and discussing my meds!!! The question and answer should be, do u have any questions for the pharmacist? Yes U do? Oh ok well please pull around and come inside. Thank u!! 15 cars later and Im finally at the window picking up my meds, quick and easy!! Get it together people!!!
I have experienced nothing but terrible customer service at the Hill Road CVS in Pickerington. I will drop off prescriptions and they tell me to call to schedule a pickup time the next day and when I call they tell me they dont have the prescription and it wont be there for days. Why they couldnt tell me the day before so I dont waste my time Im unsure. They are never willing to call other pharmacies to see if they have things in stock, and are always acting as if everyone who comes to pickup medicine is a huge bother. They have no idea how to treat customers and have the worst customer service. I have given them more chances than I should have and am going to be transferring to Giant Eagle where they actually value their customers and treat them right.Ive never been so appalled at a company and their customer service. Shame on you CVS for hiring awful people and not valuing your most important asset- your customers.
I ordered my wedding photos in 4 x 6 prints and came to pick up the next day. After purchasing the photos, I returned home to start putting them into an album and found out that many of the photos were missing. I called the store because I was certain that I paid for the missing photos. The woman on the phone explained that the gentleman that gave me my prints didn’t notice that there was another envelope that somehow got detached from the first envelope. She apologized and said that she would write a note on the envelope that I would be picking up that I had already paid. It was a simple process to come back in to CVS to obtain my left behind photos. It was a simple mistake on CVS’s part. I was not upset and they apologized, which I appreciated.
Pharmacy takes forever to serve drive through customers and has messed up my prescriptions twice in the last two months. Unnecessary headaches and a waste of time.
We only wish our insurance would give us another pharmacy option. We are stuck with the lack of customer service
CVS is running a SCAM. They give out these coupons called extrabucks kind of like Kohls cash etc. When you try to redeem these extrabucks they will make up something and tell you the coupon is not valid, and even though on the coupon it self it states otherwise. This has happened multiple times. Awful customer service, and the management is downright disgusting. I will never give them another penny. Do NOT shop at this cvs or any cvs in the matter of fact.
Drive through pickup was a bit choppy, perhaps just new staff.1 year later - came twice when prescription was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. -1 star.2-3 weeks later - have heard no updates. Down to 1 star.
They are nice to customers. I have seen how some customers treat them bad.
They are SO busy at this location that your stuff is never ready on time. But the store is nice.
Dropped off my prescription after leaving my doctors office and they told me I they wouldnt fill it for 20 days. I just had major surgery and cant walk. I thought it was my insurance so I told them Id pay cash, she told me the pharmacist said she wouldnt fill it. After arguing over why I needed my meds, finally she said have the doctor call and I will fill it. I felt like some kind of criminal. Completely unprofessional at the Pickerington Ohio store. My specialist 2 hours from my house, so they prolonged my ride back to house dealing with this nonsense! My normal CVS in Greenville Ohio is outstanding but they one in Pickerington really needs to work on some manners! Never again!
Unbelievable when you have to listen to staff mock customers
So glad we are moving. Every month...same medication...they are out of it and we have to wait several days...every month. Every month I call and get a different excuse and/or protocols they have to follow each time. They have no clue what they are doing.
I took my 8 year old son here to get a flu shot. We waited 2 hours to be seen when we were told they were out of flu shots but would look him over for a cough?.. They then told me his ears were as red as the biohazard box ..I asked the nurse practitioner if I could look in his ears myself and she ignored the question... Then I asked my son if his ears hurt and he said NO and hes had ear infections before and ALWAYS lets me know that his ears are hurting.... They gave him some scripts.. I gave him the meds.. The next day took him to his regular pediatrician cause I just felt that something wasnt right and she said HIS EARS WERE PERFECT! ...They misdiagnosed him, then had the nerve to send me a bill and when I called to complain they basically told me I was wrong and he had every reason to have those meds.
I stopped by this CVS to pick up snacks. It was clean and the cashier was friendly!
24 hour pharmacy I love it
If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been sitting by the pharmacy window now for 15 minutes with no one coming to the window. Worst customer service, ever.
24 hour pharmacy. .. love it !
Guy asks me to hold on while he types on the computer for 5 minutes then he asks me can he help me than to another 5 minutes to inter in my script before telling me it will take 15 minutes to fill 2 pill. Horrible service ever
I have been to 47 of 48 US continental states and this CVS may be the worst store in America.
The pharmacy staff is unhelpful and rude. Wait time is ridiculous and medicine is often out of stock which means additional wait time between prescriptions.
Said it would take 25 min waited 2 hours for meds
Minute clinic is trash
Went to get a prescription filled right after leaving the Ohio health hospital and the main pharmacist along with his assistant complained and said why do these kind of people always show up here at this time...wow CVS.
Very unprofessional and rude!
