The place is a bit dirty but the service and people is always great.

Half of the staff knows how to do lotto, so why are you working there and dont train the cashier to do it with the other half. Must be hard to get good help,

It seems to have cheap gas but there are no towels for cleaning the windshield and the entire lot around it is just covered with trash. Worse than any Speedway Ive been to.

Quick bathroom stop and gas while traveling

Trash cans were overflowing, trash all over the parking lot, no soap in the bathroom, just felt dirty. Yuck.

Not the cleanest store. I felt dirty when I left. The cashier Yala should be taught good customer service is normally done with a smile and eye content. She’s rather unfriendly and speaks in a monotone voice. A thank you is always nice especially when you spend money where she works.And for the love of God we’re in the middle of a pandemic. A face mask covers your mouth AND nose Yala. We have been doing this for over a year now. Did you miss this memo?

Rewards kiosk broken. Screen at gas pump unreadable. App doesn’t work at all. Horrible location of a horrible company.——Wow. You know a location is terrible when you go online to give a bad review and you already gave one. Now they close at 10pm. A bad location made even worse.

The dude working was rude and smelled horrible, and all the trash cans were so overflowed we were parked on trash to fill up. Never again

Just went in and an employee ran her own speedway card to try to take my points. I didnt think they were allowed to do this. After I said something she let me use my card.

My daily routine is stopping at this location and Im usually pleased with my experience. I have been for almost 8 yrs faithfully! How ever the staff turn over is constant, and their employees are always miserable with Management and scheduling. The GM is not much concerned about her team nor the quality of the training.

I have shopped here for years and the customer service has turned into a bunch of non educated individuals who are under trained and have no clue what they are doing! I will spend my money elsewhere with folks that actually are trained properly and know what they are doing!

Are you claustrophobic? Then avoid this Speedway at all costs. Its the smallest one I have seen in a long time. With people coming in and out you will be performing some impressive maneuvers to avoid everyone. I could definitely get over that but the employees were insanely rude. The cashier was too busy talking to his buddy that had just come in to greet me or even acknowledge me in any way. He rang me up but didnt say I was good or gave me a receipt or anything. Im not expecting 5 star service at a gas station but at least treat me like a human being. Go ahead and get gas here but dont expect to receive any kind of service as this place runs more like the towns box social than an actual place of business.

They close for night cleaning from 330am to 4am according to handwritten sign on the door as well as door being locked. So apparently the night clerks at this speedway must be unable to multitask like all the other night clerks out there so they must shut down and lock up. To make things better then the clerk ignored all confused customers. No eye contact no acknowledgement. Head down. I tried to see if the pump still functioned and had a card error which wasnt acknowledged of course. This place wont be getting my business. Poor management decision. this method is a victory for the lazy workers and bowing to them.find employees who will work or dont dont even bother.

Literally everytime I try to come here after work at night theres a note saying closed for cleaning or the cashier is using the restroom or on break. But yet theyre just sitting there doing nothing. Its to the point I dont even try to stop there anymore. I just go down the street to BP.

I have been going to this location for 11years and they are truly a small store but once you and the crew become familiar with one another its like family.

Id rather go to a gas station in the ghetto, employees are rude, there can be 3 people behind the counter eating and texting and one person is running the register with a line of 15 people. How does this suffice as good business ?? Terrible gas station run by people who dont care.

Have used this Speedway for 14 years. Store is small compared to most others around town but carries your basic necessities and a bit more. Staff turnover is pretty high for this location but I think they move onto other locations. Staff hirings are usually pretty good, always friendly. The ONE thing that I consistently complain about to this stores management, to district mgmnt, and regional mgmnt is that they need to invest in a new Speedy Freeze machine. 1 machine, 4 flavors, and youre lucky if 1-2 are working on any given day. The Coca-Cola and Mnt Dew flavor seems to always be down. Were now taking our business to the Speedway on Refugee & Gender Rd. Newer location, machines are working more times than not. The Pickerington location needs to take some of their profits and reinvest in the location. Theyve been sliding down-hill for years now. Extra star given for friendly staff. Owner needs to invest some 💰 and update location and equipment.Update Nov 2017 -They replaced their SpeedyFreeze machine! Of course the flavors I want are never frozen up when I go. And now the freezer keeps going down. Cant get cold canned/bottled stuff. And no milk. Location cant win from losing. BUT the staff are super nice.Speedyfreeze machine up and running but CO2 ratio is all wrong. They have to be losing money on it because the frozen drinks have WAY to much liquid. Parking lot is a disaster now with multiple pot holes. Lets see how long it takes before those get fixed. I bet they just try and patch it instead of repaving the entire front like it needs.

Walked into the store around 11:30 at night and on March 28th 2017 two very young Associates one was a male one was a female but the male was having a very inappropriate conversation with two young male customers about girls and sex and how one of his girl cousins has exposed a young mans body parts I think that this is a very inappropriate conversation to be having especially when you have customers coming in and out theyre not greeting each and every customer although when I walked into the store they did greet me several customers had walked into the store as they had this inappropriate conversation management definitely needs to clean up their story

Trash cans were over full with trash on the ground and it was all of them not just one or two cans
