Today was my first time here as I usually visit another pro store. This store was amazing everything was neat and the associate working was so sweet. She was the only one working and 3 of us were shopping. She helped each of us and took her time. I really appreciated her. This will be the only store I go to for pro tools from now on!❤

Staff is super knowledgeable and always there to help. Store is always clean and they are keeping the number of customers in store down to 8 for proper social distancing.

I love coming into Salon Centric in Pickerington, MAINLY because of Alex. Alex treats me so good every visit, always helpful and overall just a sweetheart. I recently met Katie as well, and again great customer service. Salon Centric will continue to receive my loyalty with the awesome service that these two continue to provide. A few years ago I went in here, and the manager was sooo nasty to me, even the other customers were surprised how mean she was assuming I wasnt a licensed professional. But recently I had to go back(my only option for the product I needed), and surprisingly the two girls Ive interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and perfectly suited for their jobs. The only issue Ive seen with them is theyre out of some popular products that I have been after for a while. Who ever does the ordering needs to look at trends in sales for popular products and order more accordingly.Thank you for renewing my hope in this company blue haired lady and thin tan tiny lady.

Katie was so helpful. I called in because I had questions about a blow dryer and she was very polite and even held the blowdryer at the front desk without me asking!

Every time I have ever set foot in this place they have always been rude. Never ever had I once have had good customer service. Cant even say have a nice day without getting a snarky comment or nothing back whatsoever. If it bothers them so much dont be in a place where they are working with the public. I had asked a few questions and she had wasnt paying attention nor did she give me a response. Terrible terrible customer service!! Get it together salon centric!
