Not only is the place so clean and well put together, I could’ve eaten off of the floor In there. The staff are so hospitable and just all around awesome! They replaced my tire and I told them the wrong tire, the tire blew since I told them to replace the wrong one and they legally could’ve double charged me but they didn’t ! They told me that I had had a bad enough day and that they were taking care of me! I’ll never go to another place to get my tires done again and I’ll be sending everyone to tire town ! Thank y’all so much! Truly!

Needed air in one of my tires, the man was so nice he checked all my tires, got them all at the correct psi and didnt want any money.

I had a blowout on my way to work the other day and my spare had a leak. I was able to get my car to Tire Town Auto and they were not only extremely nice and helpful, they had me out the door and ready to go in no time. Excellent customer service and great prices, definitely recommend them.

I have been dealing with Tire Town for several years. Last visit was for a tire leak repair. They repaired a leak at the stem and bead - simple repair no charge - thank you. My best compliment for Tire Town is how they treated my daughters. They took the time to explain to them what was going on. The alignment guy even took an extra test ride with my daughter to make sure the job was done right and address her concerns. It is always a pleasure to deal with professionals who take pride in their work.

Wait times are long. Took 3 hours for 2 new tires. Still a good price and friendly service.

I know nothing about tires and I went in and told the girl at the counter (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) that I thought I needed a new tire. Mine would not hold air for very long. She had them take a look and they were able to patch it and it was only $20. I felt like they were trying to keep me from spending unnecessary money which is always appreciated. I’ll probably get my next set of tires from them.

Was looking to get my tires done by the best worker (Dale) and was greeted by the most rude female service writer.

I was visiting close friends in Carriere over the holidays and my radiator had a crack, and so I couldnt return home as planned. The shop took my car in and ordered the parts for my Volvo and tried to squeeze me in before the New Year, but were slammed with work. I wound up leaving my car with them for the week while I went back to Pensacola to work. They finished up the job by mid week and I came out to get it. The mechanic did a great job, and I know many dont like to work on Volvos! Everyone at the shop was friendly and kind and as accommodating as possible. I highly recommend the shop for your auto maintenance and repair needs!

My dad did business with the one in New Orleans for over 15 years and talked highly about them.I did business with the one in Slidell for 5 years until they told about one in Picayune where I moved to. I had brakes and struts done here and they are friendly people. labor prices good. Yes I have recommended!

The staff at Tire Town are always friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick and I appreciate their quality service. My oil change and tire rotation only took 30 minutes. I recommend Tire Town for Picayune and surrounding area residents.

I love this shop everyone is very nice, and actually seems to care about your safety. They can do just about anything you need. Also, they are the only ones in town who carries my tire brand. :) AND Ive never gotten back a bad job from them either. Definitely recommend.

They were able to do my alignment on my truck when another place couldn’t do it since I upgraded to 33’s.

Ive went there multiple times, and never really had a problem. 9 months ago I went and got my brakes changed, front and back; and honestly didn’t think much about the price when I was charged, I drive a manual shift car and when I would brake my car would SHAKE HORRIBLY and I started getting worried so I took my Honda Civic to the Honda in Slidell and turns out they put my brakes on upside down and it messed up my ABS Brake system and emergency brakes. So now after paying them to change my brakes, I now have to pay another $2,000 for Honda to fix the huge mess they made on my car. Don’t recommend them at all.

This tire shop is like no other I’ve been at! Very clean, decor is fabulous, waiting area is Suburb.The service was great and fast! I’ll continue to drive from Louisiana to Tire Town for All our vehicle needs.Very friendly! Great prices on top of All of that!

Went in recently unwillingly because my cars wheel fell off while driving near tire town, initially they were very nice and helpful and worked with me, but upon receiving my car I took it to another shop to get an inspection, and come to find out, my new parts were installed wrong/they installed the wrong parts. don’t recommend this place to anyone

Every time I take a vehicle in, these guys are nice and know what they are doing in diagnosing problems. They are trustworthy and guess what, I dont have to open my hood to make sure they put my oil cap back on after an oil change. How many people can say that?

I am a 69-year-old woman who went in to have my car serviced and expecting to be taken advantage of, you cannot imagine how pleasantly surprised I was that these men not only fixed my car but did it economically. The other thing is I had another vehicle that I thought needed repair because another mechanic had told me it did and I bought the parts for it take the parts in and these kind men at Picayune tire or tire town told me it didn’t need Any work and I can take the parts and send them back. Very very pleased with these men. They treated me like family and I will be back.

Friendly service but I had to wait entirely too long. I was told about an hour and it was almost 4 hours, for ONE tire!! I will be going back to my old tire guy in the future. And the 3 stars is because the guys were very nice!

One of the few tire places nearby Poplarville that uses internal weights to balance a tire and wont fudge your custom rims by hammering a lip weight on it.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful it was a Saturday morning and they close at 12:00 I needed an alignment done. She said it would be around a 2 hr. Wait but that one of the cars ahead of me was a drop off and she would see if they could get mine in before it cause I had to wait there which they did and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for your professional and courteous assistance.

Had tire that lost 15 Lbs in 24 hours. New car. Mossy was too busy to see me till next week. My neighbor recommended as well as my daughter, Tire Town. Once there I remembered how they fixed a wheelbarrow tire a little over a year ago. Store wanted 45.00 for new one. Got it fixed for practically 1/4 of that. They had my car tire fixed and me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Nail in tire. What can you do?Anyway, Tire Town has nice waiting area and great employees. Won’t ever need to see Dealer about tires ever again.

Always helpful goes above and beyond to find out a problem and to help you...**UPDATE** I came here for service and the heavy set guy ask if I can come back tomorrow which was no problem because I didnt want to wait so the next morning I get up super early with my two kids to be the first one at the shop so that I wouldnt have to wait when I got there I was the only one sitting in my car in the freezing cold with my two kids the receptionist came out and moved her car to the back she saw me sitting there anyway a few more cars start to arrive at 730 the heavy set guy unlocked the door I was the first one in the bldg yet about three cars got taken in over a hour as I wait I waited patiently but then the kids were starting to be kids so I ask how long and the fat guy tells me it goes by tickets when there is a huge sign on the door that says first come first served I felt so I felt so disrespected that I was hurt and guess what I just left..never again will I come here for service I been here a few times in the past and clearly there are new people running this spot

I have used Tire Town on 3 different occasions, 3 different vehicles. The service was excellent and the staff was equally qualified. The manager, Mr. Alan Johnson, is very knowledgeable and he always took the time to answer any questions I had then explain all work done on my vehicles. I truly feel like I have never been charged any unnecessary work . I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done, or tires, on their vehicles.

Price was very reasonable and service at front desk was excellent. An hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires is a bit slow. Overall experience was favorable.

The prices are fair and they were friendly but the service is slow and they cross threaded and stripped out a lug on the front of my truck. So now I will be changing that stud and missing lug. With that being said Ive been there a few times and they get the job done and cheaper than other places in picayune.

These guys are awesome. I was in the middle of a bachelor party when my tire blew and these guys saved the day. I was from out of town and had a rare tire. They were the only tire shop in town that would pick the tire up from the distribution center instead of making me wait half a day while my friends went to New Orleans without me.

Well me and my husband needed a tire python a rim only. We dropped it off around noon with only two in front of us. Well needless to say it took them almost three hours to do this. Ridiculous is all there is to say. They are Not getting this customer back regardless.

Got new tires during a lunch break. And they went to work right away and afterwards while I was checking out realized I needed new wipers also. They measured the wipers, found the sizes and put them on right then. Will definitely go here for what I need in the future!

Always a good experience at Picayune Tire. Allen and his crew are very knowledgeable and helpful. Computers are set up in the waiting room for customer use, and they even have a small playroom to keep your kids occupied. Easy 5 stars.

3 weeks or so ago, my wife took her car here to get 2 tires replaced on a Saturday morning . She arrives before they open at 7 am . They get the car in a tell my wife that they can fix one tire and just but one new one . Ok awesome . She waits in the lobby with 3 kids when they bring her car around 3 1/2 hrs later . She goes up to pay the bill and they only patched the one tire and didnt replace the other lmao . Ok, no ones perfect . She pays and leaves . Fast forward to 9/7/19 today, she arrives at 7:10 am after I called the day before to line it up for 2 new tires . She sits there with our toddler until 11:35 am before it gets finished ! We done here . Good people but this was crazy . A business should not take on more then they can handle . My wife said she will pay $300 a tire before she goes back here .
