Large selection. I like their app. The app will tell you exactly where your product is located in the store. It will tell you what isle and even the section number. My only issue is sometimes certain items are priced way higher than other stores. Other than that, good place to shop.

I visited Picayune Home Depot twice this week. On Friday and Saturday I was assisted by Pam. Although electrical was not her department she was willing and stuck with me until I was able to find everything I had on my list. I am sure she wanted to pull her hair out but she kept her cool. She is a true gem. Home Depot is lucky to have a dedicated employee such as Pam. Thank you Pam your help was very appreciated. Good luck with your career at Home Depot.During my visit on Saturday 10/30 I came in contact with your front end associate Julie, as I do many times. She is always quick with her smiles, happy to assist and is extremely knowledgeable about Home Depot products. She also easily guides customers to the exact location of said merchandise. Another truly dedicated employee. Thank you Julie. You are appreciated 💛Also Misty, first at front end (willing to assist). Then also in lumber. When she found out my son was having trouble in another department she was able to come and assist there also. Not only helpful but kind and friendly. What a great crew at this Home Depot!

This is my favorite place in the state to go to! From picayune Mississippi to Atlanta Georgia I can say never have I ever had a problem with any Home Depot! I love it! Everything I need is right there I never had to ask where anything was I can spend hours in there!!! And there’s always friendly faces greeting you and when your ready for checkout another set of friendly faces!!!

Drove 30 miles to Home Depot for an item it showed had 4 items in stock on their website. Got to Home Depot none available. Looked for sales rep. None to be found. After 20 min finally someone called them to help. Associate said there wasn’t any in stock and they don’t update their website. Frustrating….

As we all are aware lumber prices are up, but they are shockingly up, to be honest and the quality of the wood available has gone done. I hope this situation can correct itself in the near future. As always I enjoy looking at the availability of items, to get my Honey list completed. Seems I usually need a new something for each Honey-Do. Wonder when she will catch on??

Had only two 17 cent bolts to pay for, waited patiently, for my turn, to the cashier, but as the customer, already there, was starting to walk out,I walked to the counter but was told to back up, so the customer behind me could get to the cashier, and I would have to wait. Well, naturally, no, I couldnt just stand there, hoping, after the next customer, to leave, might be my turn and might not. I couldnt do that, with the bad knees I have, I am limited. Naturally, I left. Didnt want to debate when I could pay for a pair of 17 cent bolts.As work, progress on my house, I will go elsewhere,for my renovations, supplies.I refuse to do business with Home Depot.Ask for your number when checking out, you never know.....Approximately :. 04:30 p.m. Thursday( In RETURNS ) .......

This is my brothers store and I go with him sometimes...I got to give it up to this Home Depot...theyre on there shih for real...I always enjoy going there and they are so helpful and lively full of action and just good service...I dont like going too many places but Ill go here (like um there) anytime...thanks Home Depot for being a real down to earth store...no disrespect to the rest of the store but shouts out to the cashiers.

We go here for all our DIY house projects. First time in this store we meet Daren in 2013. He always went out of his way to assist us. Big or small projects he is the go to man. We APPRECIATE his time and knowledge. This store has wonder employees and is always stocked well.

Found everything I needed and had a few questions answered in a timely manner.

Store was neat and laid-out well. Employees were friendly. Im an electrician and I was impressed with the amount of electrical tools/accessories/supplies that they stocked at this location. I will return in the future.

All the employees that i have had to ask for help they were helpful and if they dont know the answer to the question you ask they will locate someone that knows the answer.

I could stay in this place all day. I need at least one of everything in here. One of my favorite places to shop.

Normally competitive prices, low staffed. Takes a bit long to find a worker sometimes, even then its normally the older workers that have the knowledge to be able to help you. Gets a three star because I frequently have to use the return desk to get a cashier. I dislike them pushing the auto checkouts. Give me the option, a lot of the times they dont have the cashier checkouts open.

The young woman working at the paint counter was very patient and helpful with changing the color of paint for us.

This is not the helpful hardware place but their associates are helpful and friendly. The price might not be the absolute best but quality and selection are bar none. Best thing that ever happened to Picayune, MS since The first Wal-Mart opened.

Always have what you need.but dont care for the self checkout makes you feel like you work for them lol

My husband and I found a great variety of light bulbs to match our somewhat unique ceiling fan here. The staff were polite and the store was quite well maintained. :)

Customer service is always nice here.

The crown molding I needed was not available. The threshold carpet and foyer piece needed was not available. I was able to get florescent bulbs, paint, and finishing nails.

Always great customer service if you get an employee over 30. I would have given 5 stars if I had not been ghosted by the young man that was suppose to be helping me last time that I was there. I waited 15 minutes for him to come back but I had to get an older guy to help me.

I love this store. It usually has everything that Im looking for when Im working on a project. And they allow returns which is great because I have a tendency to buy painless that I may not need and its easy to return stuff here and if its something you forgot to return and you find later you can get a store credit for it

I am putting up a 30ft section of rain gutter on my tiny house. I found everything I needed. The Home Depot app helped me out alot. I used it before I left the house.Get the app, save yourself lots of time.

Was looking for a freezer. None to be found. Only ovens, refrigerators, washer & dryers. NO Freezers....20+ each of everything else....NO service person to he found. This HD used to be my favorite.

Use to be a great place to shop for home stuff and power tools but they are getting out of hand with pricing and keep saying we dont carry that cause our store is small also they dont help out veterans in our county they help people in New Orleans instead of helping people in Mississippi Preal River County

Customer service is great! Walked in for attic staircase with a shopping dolly. Asked customer service were it was. Went to the area asked someone to help and Austin helped me tremendously. Putting the aluminum staircase on dolly and walked with me getting me everything needed to put it up, i.e., 1x4, screws and wooden inserts. Went to check out and another representative went and put in car. Was in and out within 20 minutes or less. Who could ask for better

I love going to Home Depot for ideas for remodeling. I just hate you have to look for someone to help you and if you do manage to find an associate its never their department.

They have it all, their customer service desk seems to have the best people working it.When you cant find something theres always someone nearby to help. If you ask a question and the employee isnt sure THEY GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS to help me out, instead of just saying I dont know in defeat. This is the best Home Depot Ive been to.

Very seldomly is great work rewarded. I must recognize the exemplary work of two (2) Home Depot Picayune, MS workers that fulfilled my recent order.I had several issues with two (2) separate orders relating to materials for construction of my fence - lumber shortages being what they are. However, Kyra stayed in constant touch with me and even went to work on her day off to ensure my order was filled. There is no doubt she is thoroughly engaged in her job, and Home Depot has a superstar on its hands with her! Thank you, Kyra for going above and beyond in performance of your job by combining my orders and making sure my combined order was filled!Also, once Kyra straightened out my order, Loretta did an outstanding job delivering it - I was surprised to see such a little lady driving an 18-wheeler rig loaded with all of my materials, then deftly maneuvering the forklift to precisely place my materials in my driveway so that Im still able to park in it. Above all, Loretta did not want my pallet of concrete to be sitting outside, so she was able to deposit that pallet into my garage to keep it out of any upcoming rain - I wouldnt have thought of that issue. Huge thanks to Loretta for being an expert CDL driver and forklift operator and for taking fantastic care in delivering and storing my materials!Home Depot Picayune, please recognize these fine ladies for their exemplary work, professionalism, and kind attention to detail. My hats off to Kyra and Loretta - you ladies ROCK! Happy Holidays to yall and your families!

Excellent service returned an item and picked up the one I wanted no questions asked! And I lost the receipt very friendly customer service I will be back!!

Bad customer service. I called and one of the employee check on the product availability, he took the item to customer service desk and I paid it with the cashier. Receipt sent to my email and all for pickup later. 2 days later I called before I head to the store for pickup they said the item was cancelled due item not in stock. That is a lie. Someone went behind took mine and sold it to friends or family member.

Great store and people working in store are friendly and knowledgeable. My one major complaint is.........the lack of parking lot lighting at night. In todays world especially, businesses open after dark should have abundant lighting. Looks like a store that sells electrical equipment would maintain their parking lot lights better.

Dont never call for anything they will put u on hold for hours and then hang up on u and u already been on hold for all most 1 hour

Its home depot- a do it yourself superstore! This Home Depot is rather small compared to others that I have been to around the area... The few times I have been it has always has been clean and the employees are eager to help you.

U can never get any help, they r always short staffed. They always out of materials so I have to drive to Gulfpirt or Slidell. The manager walks around staring into space does not do much.

Went here to look at exterior doors. Nobody was present in the section or at the desk. Went to customer service to ask if there was anyone that could help with questions or options. The lady at customer service asked me “what kind of questions do you have?” I informed her what I was looking for and she said she could show me some options. I was interested in composite or fiberglass pre hung exterior doors. She showed me a cheep wood door and frame. I told her again what I was there for. She then said she would have to order those. She offered no help with selection or order placement....so I walked out and gave up.
