No idea why this Wawa has almost a 4-star rating. Don’t get me wrong - I love Wawa. But this location in particular is a disaster. Always ridiculously crowded; Always super long lines; Check-out employees are insanely slow in the mornings; 50 ppl ordering a hoagie at the same time; random cups of coffee just lying around.I get that some (maybe most) of this isn’t the fault of the employees - the amount of customers that stampede this location would make it hard for anyone to keep up. But do yourself a favor and avoid this Wawa unless it’s 4:00 a.m. on a Wednesday night.

It’s a very awesome location because their breakfast meals with fountain drinks are so good with excellent customer service plus their gas pumps nozzles are so awesome so i will definitely continue to come

Sandwich ordering experience was great but due to how busy it was, the wait was long before we ended up getting our sandwiches. Besides that the place is good and well maintained.

I travel all over for my job and have been to many Wawa stores. The Phoenixville Wawa has, by far, the dirtiest bathrooms. I dont think the toilets have been cleaned since I was there a few days ago!

This Wawa is one of the cleanest I’ve been to no matter what time it is. Their staff is always friendly and always plentiful, their hoagie fest hoagies are a fantastic deal and always a guaranteed favorite along everyone. My favorite thing about this Wawa their coffee, from free 1 ounce samples, to 10 different flavors there’s always something that can help my mood here.

I am so tired of this Wawa! Every time I get food here they always mess up my order and its frustrating as hell. Im done getting food from here.

This is not the first time at this wawa that I experienced such service I ordered Italian hoagie a they put tooMuch of mustard all sloppy which was falling out of my sandwich made my sandwich all yucky and soggy to eat too many young kids working behind the commuter they don’t pay attention too busy talking and fooling around un friendly staff no one is happy to see you . People behind the coffee counter both the ladies look miserable with their job and cash register ladies don’t even smile if they are so unhappy please leave and find another job. My experience with wawa is not being good lately they need to train these people

I am happy that I got the chance to go to Wawa while Ive been to the US. We could need such gas stations over here in Europe. I am definitely missing the huge variety of coffee and milkshakes. Thanks to all the staff for this experience. I hope I will find a Wawa here in Germany in the future.

I often am nearby for work. Im a delivery driver and, due to COVID, many fast food restaurants wont let me in to pee. So this is my go-to bathroom stop! Always clean. Of course, I buy stuff too. Their iced coffees are good. I really appreciate the use of their bathrooms. Some other Wawas dont have public bathrooms. Its hard out here for a delivery person, yknow. They also have a very spacious parking lot, which is awesome.

I eat in this lovely spot quite often! This is my favorite place to eat. I go there regularly. The food is fantastic, the workers are friendly and the cost is decent. I like being in this place to have a tasty supper.

Ive never had a good sandwich from here. Nothing is ever toasted correctly, bacon is basically raw. The breakfast sandwiches have more greese than a McDonalds fryer. Go elsewhere

No gloves at any of 8 pumps, no paper to print needed gas receipt.

Everyone here is nice but the quality of sandwich has severely declined. Every time I order a club sandwich it’s never toasted and it’s a complete mess where I can’t even hold it in my hands because it all falls apart. The people working the food counter are always rushed and I think that’s why they make poor food.

I just visited this location at 2am on April1st, the guy at the cashier wasnt wearing gloves, then I go to order coffee and the other guy who made my ordered didnt have his beard covered, so he leaves the coffee on the counter and go to prepare another order, I asked if I can get a coffee sleeve, and I got it it had bacon on it obviously the guy who was making the order didnt wash his hands, I asked for another one and they through it on the counter to be picked up instead of them putting that on the coffee cup instead. Ill never come back here, thank you for your service

I only had a half hour lunch. I was in and out. Very clean. One guy holding up the line, remember I said I had a half hour lunch🙄.... I ordered the club sandwich 🥪 roast beef with pepper jack, bacon 🥓 extra bacon, lettuce, tomatoe, Mayo of course! I also had it on rye, and toasted!! Was made to perfection my order number was #479.

The service here is usually fast, friendly, and efficient. Employees do a good job helping the amount of customers in-store (which can be a lot!). Definitely one of the better locations Ive been to.

In the last 6-8 months the overall cleanliness has dropped dramatically. And nothing is ever stocked. Neighboring Wawa stores (Spring City and Royersford) never look like this.

I love Wawa, I even worked for them for about a year, and I have to say that they were the best of the entry-level jobs i had. All that being said, they really have to get the Phoenixville Wawa situation under control.Several years ago there used to be a small Wawa open in Phoenixville, but it was closed down when this new location was expanded. They really needed both. The new location gets busier and busier with no end in sight to the point that the help just cant keep up. Going to this Wawa is like going to a major city, people bumping shoulder to shoulder and more foot-traffic than the store can handle.I have to give credit to most of the employees here, those working seemed to be doing the best job they could, with the sizzlis and coffee generally in stock. But the sandwich station had only 2-3 people working it rotating in and out. As a less busy Wawa on an off-time, i could see so few people, but this is prime time at one of the busiest Wawas i have ever been to. At my old location, that was perhaps 1/2 as busy we would have 4-6 people working the station every morning. I waited 18 minutes today for my sandwich, the longest i have ever waited. The longest it ever took me to get to a sandwich at my last place was 13 minutes and I still remember that because of how busy we were. Seriously Wawa, stop consolidating to save cost and funneling people into stores like cattle. You used to focus on getting customers in and out in just 2-3 minutes now it routinely takes me 10+.

The products are wonderful and the customer service is wonderful as well. My family comes for lunch, snacks,drinks and breakfast sometimes!

I only had food, but oh my God, I loved their sandwiches and soups... wanna go back for them really... the service is kinda fast.

Manager, Mary, is uneducated in worker safety which in turn impacts the safety of customers.

This place is usually good. But recently I have gotten their salad bowls and they barely fill them up. It will have a pinch of lettuce and with a huge slab of chicken on it. The one I get is supposed to come with roasted peppers and they dont put them in. Basically if its not a hoagie they dont care it seems like.

Typically there is no (or very little) wait time here. Rarely low on stock. Kept well maintained. Good employees.

Wish I could give zero stars. I am not from the area and stopped to get gas during an ice storm. Only one pump was working due to the freezing conditions so I waited in line behind two other cars. When it was my turn to pump, a very rude employee started putting cones out and said he was shutting down the pumps. I asked him to please wait and let me pump just a little bit of gas because I was scared of getting stuck in the freezing cold storm. He basically told me tough and good luck and shut the pump off with only two dollars worth of gas in my car. What an awful experience.

This WaWa has not been able to match the atmosphere of the old WaWa that closed nearby. This one seems to be consistently running out of milk, cream, bread and certain sodas. Ive complained a number of times. That never happened at the old store. If the old store were still open, I would buy my gas at the new one and shop at the old one and never set foot in this super WaWa.

Its a Wawa. They are pretty good with keeping up with the deli. They have every register open in the morning when I stop to keep people moving.

I love wawa but this location is the worst.In my experience, they are almost always out of the breakfast meats, takes 2x longer to get things made than any other wawa Ive been to and many times when I get home I realize I didnt get what I ordered. Dont know why they closed the other one right down the road because the service was 10x better. After my experience today I will drive to Malvern from now on.

So I called to inform them that they had sold me, a valued customer I thought, that they had sold me a half gallon of spoiled milk. She said she could replace and or refund it to me and I responded with a brusque You better. I was clearly very angry and handled this situation semi-incorrectly but not to the point when this ponytail lookin-ass could hang right up on me. Smh unbelievable...

Here at my favorite wawa❤Mary has now takin the lead and the place is boominsuch a great crew very friendly,helpfill and allway ready to please, allwaya fresh and fully stocked, deli is hopin with tons of menus,side dishes the works.Now as of the first of December they have added brand new fuel pumps to keep up with the times..again 5 stars TO MY WAWA.DANNYi

The waiter broke a lightbulb and put it in my sons hoagie, when we found out it was to late, he was still alive. I asked for immediate death on the sandwich. Didnt receive it
