Mavis has a tire special going on right now! My dad helped me with picking out the right tire and we called Mavis to schedule an appointment; they were able to take me the same day! The 2 men working were very friendly and helpful to me and my dad. I waited around for my car and it didn’t take long. I got 4 new tires and a front end alignment for a great price! Exceptional service. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I woke up to a flat tire and called Mavis. I spoke with Mike and he was able to schedule me an appointment for an hour later. I swapped my bad wheel with my donut during this time and drove over. They were able to get the work done in under an hour and my car drives like a dream again. This is an awesome place to get service on your vehicle. I had a hole in my tire, and they were able to patch it in less than 10 mins. I was so impressed with the service, that I came back today for an oil change. Only had to wait 15 minutes to get it done. Very friendly and professional staff. Prices are very good. Mike is great. I genuinely do not enjoy getting anything done for my car because I don’t understand it and the men in auto shops can be very condescending and patronizing towards a young girl who knows nothing about how cars work. I have had dozens of experiences where I have been ripped off or just straight up offended in auto shops and I avoid them because of that. LET ME TELL YOU that this was the best experience I have ever had regarding my car. Every single person was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient when I very obviously was confused. I did not feel patronized, I felt comfortable and informed and that is very valuable to me! The customer service was AMAZING I’m so serious I will never buy a tire from another place. Today was my first time at this Mavis location. I called another location that I’ve been to a few times and they were unable to look at my tire today. I called this location and the mechanic who answered told me to come over as soon as possible. It was about 1.5 hrs before they were closing and they had two other people who were there waiting. The same employee who answered my call was the one who helped me at the front and he took my keys and 30 mins later, I was on my way. I can’t recommend this Mavis enough. Truly appreciative of how I was treated and how positive my experience was.

Friendly staff and very well trained. Wait time is never too long, got my vehicle in and out under 30 minutes. They asked me about their Mavis Card and I got $20 off my total today, just for signing up whether or not I was approved. I will definitely be coming here again!

One of the key benefits of this store is that their open on Sundays which is a huge help for me since it’s practically possible for me to get to a shop during the week and generally Saturdays are too busy. The staff was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this store.

After a bad experience with the royersford location I spoke with Kevin the dist manager and he did his best to make it right. My daughter was able to use the customer service voucher that Kevin gave me and Lee and his team took excellent care of her. She plans to go back for future service and my husband plans to switch to this location as well. Its a little extra drive for them but the customer service is well worth it.

I received very poor customer service today from Lee. I was coming to get new tires and tpms sensors put on my car that we ordered from Amazon and had shipped to the store. He immediately had an attitude and was very condescending about putting our sensors on. Then I asked how long it would take and he responded with a couple hours. I waited 3 hours, and finally tried to call (keep in mind there was one other customer there when i dropped off my car, so that was more than enough time) when I called the phone rang for 2 minutes before I just decided to go in. When I went in I asked how much longer and it just so happened that it was finished, I asked if I had to do anything else (because it had already been paid for) and he told me I had to “sign something”, I asked what and he mumbled back saying it was something for amazon. My boyfriend drove me around the side of the building to pick up my car, that the guy just left there with the key in it, the window down and left in gear with no e brake up (i drive manual). Safe to say I will deter anyone I know from coming here and I will not be back. Worst service I have ever received. Was not comfortable leaving my vehicle here.

I already had a reservation for today. That made absolutely no difference what so ever. I waited for 2 hrs to have 4 tires that I previously brought and supplied myself mounted and balanced. There is no Darn reason it takes that Darn long. I called around and even if I was a walk in every shop said 30-45 min for all 4. I told the counter staff I didnt want their inspection as they do this to recommend services what they are really doing is trying to make uninformed customers feel obligated to get more things done then they came there for as they trust a mechanic. I was told when I called for a quite 25.00 a tire to install I declined and hung up. Right after a sales rep called me back saying they could do 20 a tire... I politely said no and hung up. Not more then 2 min later a sales manager called and offered me 15 a tire to install. I accepted the offer and made the reservation. My issue is why offer me such discounts? Why not quite me that price to begin with? Seems very shady to say the least.

I went in for an oil change, and it honestly took less than 30 minutes! They were so kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my Buick for the noise it was making. That was just happening when you go below 25 miles /hour. It could have been easily fixed by just changing one break pad. But they changed all my break pads and rotor saying it was bad. They also changed 1 tire saying it is bad which is not even 20000 miles run. For all these they charged 750$.So the fun part is after doing all these my car is making different kind of noise at any speed now. Like another user said here he loved his truck I also loved my Buick. But now because of the constant irritating humming noise I am not sure what to do. I asked the technician when I took the car he said it could be my break bearing gone bad. But I do not think so. The bottom line is they give you quick appointment but do poor diagnosis. Ultimately my car is in bad shape now than before. I think I should have waited first before taking to them or gone to any Buick dealer.

Both last minute requests I was welcomed with no delay and my car was serviced in a beyond timely manner even with other customers in the building. Never have I gone somewhere where to have anything big or small done with my car and not only have gotten my car back by the time they said it would be done BUT before the time they said it would be done. Thats good service!

An unexpected flat in an untimely moment brought me to Mavis. Lee was helpful with information and choices which led to 4 tires and an alignment. I had an overall good experience. It was a quiet and pleasant and Socially distanced wait.

Not impressed. Called to ask if they were busy and if I needed to set up an appointment for an oil change. I was told by their service department to just bring it in and that theyd be able to get me in relatively quickly. It turns out the number provided here on Google is not their direct line. I arrive to find out theres at least an hour and a half wait. The guy at the counter directly tells me that I called the corporate number and that theyll tell you anything to get you in. Nice, anything to make a sale, right? While there, I ask about setting up an appointment for later in the day or the next and the answer I received was that I could set one up but there was no guarantee it would be done at that time. Why set up an appointment if thats the case? Poor customer service. After being told how long the wait was, what their corporate office told me, and the guy at the counter said, I chose to go elsewhere and will likely not be returning to Mavis. The good part about Phoenixville is that there are at least three other locations within a few minutes of Mavis where a quick oil change can be done. I drove less than a quarter mile and had my oil changed in 30 minutes.

Very easy to book an appointment over phone and the service is nice and quick. They tried to accommodate as soon as possible when I need state emission test. Only thing that disappointed is the waiting room which is filled with tires and has strong odor, hard to wait. Very professional place and the prices are unbeatable. Parking available around the building.

After a close look at what Lee was worried about I gave him the go-ahead and I thought that the price was very fair. Good prices, but Ive been here three times and they have messed up three times. This time, I ordered four tires and they said only three tires were delivered. Now I need to make arrangements to come back again tomorrow and without the car for a second straight day. Who delivers only three tires? Last time I specifically asked to rotate the tires and put the new tire on the same axle as my other newer tire, but instead they just put it on the axle where the flat occurred, so I had one new tire and one older tire on each axle.

In and out super fast, with an extremely reasonably priced new tire...Also have got in and out quickly for very affordable inspections here too.Free wifi and minimalist waiting area.Thank you Mike, Leo and Adam for great service!

Quickly replaced my tire after getting a flat on my way to work and I wasnt able to drive on the donut. Fair price and staff was helpful.

Went to this place to check if my tire was reparable, they said the nail was to close to the edge and I needed a new tire that they can sell for 230. Just to check I went to Tire Plus and got my it repaired for less than 1/10 of the price. I would never como back to Mavis. The nail was within the green zone.

I live close to my local Mavis and the service is excellent and the work is done quickly and the quality of work is superb at great price.. Great work, Great price, Great people.....
