This is the second time we have rented from Jolly Jumpers. We rented the Princess combo jumper, kids table and chairs, and a cotton candy machine. The reservation process was super easy and their response time was fast when I had questions. The drop off and pick up were a breeze and they came in the time frame provided. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the bounce house came dirty. It had a lot of grass and sand inside that my husband spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping down dust and dirt before our guests arrived. This was not our experience the first time. It says they clean and disinfect each bouncer before the next use, but this one for sure got missed. I had emailed them right after they came to set it up and provided photos but no response. When the man came to pick up he asked if all went ok and I told him that it was dirty and he said “I’m sorry” and left. It would’ve been nice if they offered a discount for all the work we had to do to make it useable. That being said, I would rent from them again, I would just make sure to be there to inspect the bouncer before they left to make sure it was clean, and if not, have them stay and clean it.

We love Az Jolly Jumpers, we have used this company for a few years now and they are very professional,reliable and are quick to set up! AZ Jolly Jumpers has a very user friendly website and not only do they display all their bounce houses but they have a real person chat system available at all hours. This was so helpful to me as a working mom to be able to chat with them later in the evening to help me efficiently order the bounce house we wanted. The workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They also kept us very informed on delivery and pick up updates! This is our 3rd time using this company and we will continue to do so!

We rented the water obstacle course. The guys who set it up did it quickly and were very professional, same for the guys who picked it up. We rented it online. The website was easy to use.

I had a wonderful experience, The guys who showed up to set up my water slide or super friendly courteous and I was amazed how fast the waterslide was set up and ready to go. The equipment was in excellent condition and the kids had an amazing time. The two gentlemen who also picked up the equipment or super friendly called ahead to let me know they would be there and again they packed up the equipment in a timely manner hand left my yard as they found it. I would highly recommend this company and they’re amazingly fun equipment he was an overall fantastic experience

I had a last minute 3rd birthday party for my daughter and was searching endlessly for a bounce house that would come not just last minute but also to my neck of the woods in the small down of historic Florence . They didnt just come on short notice they also had great communication and was able to do everything needed online !!! Super convenient!!! This has got to be the best company to work with by far. Ive used them twice so far and highly doubt I will ever use anyone else. They are so helpful and friendly. They make sure they show you what to do and make accommodations for any event needs. Each event I have had using them had those kids on for hours; all ages. Totally clean and well kept bouncers. The delivery people are quick and courteous. I really want to give more stars than 5 because they truly go over and beyond with their customer service and never fail to make your experience enjoyable. I cant thank them enough!

Everything went perfect they arrived within the specified delivery window texted when they were on the way and upon arrival. Set the bounce house up and gave me a brief run down and the same with the pickup. Next time I need a bounce house I will definitely be reaching out!!

Two stars because they were nice. However, they arrived hours before the time I was given by text and by email. I was almost out the door when I saw a text that he was 10mins away. It held up my morning plans. The disco dome was nice and big but filled with bits of trash that I had to clean it and disinfect. The lights didnt work for most of the party. Theu worked off and on. Not worth the $400 we paid.

I rent a giant slide for my kids birthdays and it is a huge hit. The girls do a great job of set up and they are very punctual. We will continue to use jolly jumpers for our annual water balloon birthday bash!

I was able to order online on their very user friendly site and was able to set the date for when we needed the bounce house. I ordered the bounce house on Tuesday for Saturday of the same week. I was able to pay my bill ahead of time. I love that they offer insurance which I took advantage of because.. kids 😒. LoL I didn’t run into one single issue! (Which is so rare for the service industry these days.) The bounce house itself was literally sparkling clean, we all kept commenting about how clean it was! Which is so important when living through a pandemic 😷 It is true to size from their site, and set up perfectly. The young man who came to set it up was right within the window that they told me he would arrive and he was very friendly and polite to me and my children while setting it up. I also appreciate the fact that they send “on the way” texts for delivery and pick up. All around GREAT service, great product, and tons of options! Will definitely be using Az Jolly Jumpers again! Rented a waterslide with a pool at the end of it, my kids (and some adults) loved it !!! Kayla was amazing! She recommended a slide that did not disappoint! We even had it for some extra days! We ordered chairs and tables last year. The drivers were on time and very communicative! Even asked to drop off early since they were in the neighborhood which worked out even better!

I have a smaller backyard and it was difficult to find a small enough water slide/ jumper that would fit in the small space I had. I was about to send pictures or my backyard and they helped me pick the perfect water slide.Delivery was easy, they were suppppper nice especially because I just rolled out of bed and was still in my pajamas but they didn’t judge lol.They cleaned the whole slide after setting it up, top to bottom and showed me how to power down everything.Because of their Customer Service (both online and in person) and the quality and selections they offer, I will only be using them in the future.

We have rented from AZ Jolly Jumpers multiple times over the past year. Their service is great at booking, delivery has always been early, and often times being flexible on pick up to give my daughter extra time to bounce. At delivery they do a great job of ensuring the bounce house is clean by spraying/wiping it down inside and out. I will definitely rent from them again!!!

Okay so I love this place. It was more on the expensive end but the jumpy I got was perfect for my daughter on her birthday. They came a day early to set it up and didn’t come to get it until the next day, which definitely made it worth the money I paid! When they came to set up, they cleaned the inside surface and showed me how to take it down myself (since they came early). My daughter was so sad to see “her” jumpy leave. Safe to say I have no choice but to keep them in my Rolodex lol

Wow! What white glove service at a fraction of the price. Everything was clean, on time, and just the best. It was a one stop shop for us with the amazing jumpy/slide, popcorn maker, and the huge hit was cotton candy maker. We will be using them over and over again.

I have used AZ Jolly Jumpers for two years. Communication has generally been poor and was beyond disappointed with the owner and delivery/pickup employees this last time. The bounce house was so dirty I had to clean before letting anyone inside. The walls and floors of the bounce house had dead spiders and there was a part of a left over quesadilla and other crumbs. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Get ready for a “owner response”...Declining customer service in the past year. Have used this company for birthdays, random weekends for the kids and have recommended them to many, many family and friends for over 10 years. Attended my nieces birthday today, they text 10 minutes before arrival, showed up and deflated the water slide while kids were still playing. Contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do because we used our 4 hour window ($250) and they were coming from Chandler. The woman said it was our fault and we should of planned accordingly (Kind of agree).In the past they have left the jumper for the party and overnight to pick up the next day. Apparently they have changed management and their policies. I left 2 stars because of past service, but their current customer service is poor. Read the fine print. Try another company with friendly staff and cheaper prices.Rude company response below...
