Well clearly the time of day and the time of the month that I went here was perfect! They have exactly what I needed and I didnt spend an insane amount of money or time there! Not terrible lines at all! Very happy with that trip!

So glad to have this location for novelty items, cards, ballons, and decor! Costumes are better priced than at Spirit. Little gem of a fun store. Please stick around! So glad covid didnt cause another out of business. Thanks for surviving, party city! We need your fun in our lives.

Party City is a great one stop shopping place for all your party or celebration needs. They have table decor and a great variety of party themes and you have to see their Halloween costume and props collection. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here for all my party and holiday decor.

Whether you are getting balloons and pulling a Bob Goff - which is a great idea by the way - or if you need party supplies this is the place. This place has toys, candy, party favors like no other. They have every color paper plate and plastic ware.

Rude employees, bare aisles, and apparently you cant trust the website to accurately tell you what they have in stock, so dont try to order from them online. You will not get what you asked for. Awful customer service all the way around.

However, they didn’t acknowledge me and they were blowing up balloons, I had two items. when I asked if I could be helped the lady rudely said we’ll be with you in a moment there are only two of us.I waited another minute and left.I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

This location has horrible customer service. I needed the foam Captain America shield for my sons Halloween costume. I was in the store and the website said there was three in stock. I asked for help from someone at the front and was told I would be helped when they were done filling balloons. Several minutes passed by and I went back up front and now all three employees that were in the store are filling balloons. How many employees do you need filling balloons at one time? I stood there and waited in front of them while they chit chatted. After several more minutes, She finally decided to look for my item. When she couldnt find it, she pointed to several stacks of boxes and I was told that it was probably not unpacked yet. Instead of helping me by looking through the boxes like a good customer service employee would, she told me to come back when the items were unpacked. Totally unacceptable.

Vee and Amy went above and beyond when assisting me. They were very knowledgeable on all items I asked about in their store and made my Spiderman birthday bouquet just perfect. I will for sure be back because of these two great employees in this store! Thank you, ladies for your great and friendly customer service!

Staff was behind on filling balloons so there was no customer service. And when they did acknowledge you; it was very short and rude as if they did not have time for their customers. Sorry I had to give a star to post.

I was so unimpressed by the workers at this location. They didn’t know where anything was and were so vague about their answers. When I was checking out, the cashier was literally on an un-related work phone call while I was trying to ask a question. There was no store music and I know there normally should be. Party city just keeps getting worse and worse. It’s soooo over priced as well!!

Came in on day before mothers day and it was pretty packed in the waiting area. I asked if I could purchase my balloons and pick them up first thing in the morning and they set it up right there.

This is our favorite Party City location in the Valley. Much better stocked than the one near the 101 in Scottsdale, and we feel like its a little bigger, too. Friendly staff, typically quick service.

A lot of selections, almost anything you need for party. Very expensive compared to anywhere else, e.g online.

Found everything I needed and more! The ratio of products is different than usual, I think, because of the pandemic, but theres enough variety to cover the bases for sure!

I feel very sorry for the manager of this store. The place was absolutely packed with customers and only 2 people working. They did the best they could and made sure each customers needs were met. I probably wont go back just due to the owner making these poor people slave for more than likely minimum wage.

Horrible customer service. Will definitely never return. I was with family and looking around for an associate to help but no one in sight. Finally a young lady came and asked the women next to us if she needed help but never asked my family or myself if we needed help. I was very upset and decided to leave for spirit as I was leaving I noticed all associates at the front on their phones! Smh I will never return and FYI I spent about $300 at spirit and the customer service was amazing there.

Today was my baby cousins 11th birthday and I went into Party City to get her a balloon and gift bag. But of course, I ended up getting her a ton of other birthday items which included a $5 disco light which is battery operated (I bought the batteries there. )I didnt expect my cousin to like anything I got her. But the same night she brought out that little $5 disco light and we had Kitchen Karaoke/dance party. She loved it!! And we had the best time! That light was bright and it spins!

This is a great place to go to find all of your party needs! This is also a great place to go to if you need a specific style of balloons! I came here to get decor and balloons for my moms birthday and they had everything I was envisioning! The staff who did my balloon order were also super nice and friendly!

Great Halloween costume experience! Honestly way better than Spirit! They staff was knowledgeable and they moved the line quickly and efficiently. Only drawback was only one fitting room so I felt really rushed to try on costumes because there were people waiting. Besides that a HUGE selection of costumes again REALLY gave Spirit a good run for the money this year. Party city may just have earned our business for years to come.

Friendly staff. I was picking up balloons. A few people got backed up in line. The young man (I just didnt catch his name) was very friendly and apologetic to the other customers. But he got them checked out and my ballons done in no time!!

Honey, while they sell lots of balloon of all kinds, its not just balloons. If have never been there you will walk in and your eyes will go POP. They have everything you could ever want for a party and more. The store is well organized so its pretty easy to find what you want. Be careful you might find yourself wanting to go up and down the isles to to look to see what all they have. The prices are fair as they dont jack prices up.

I went in to purchase and have balloons filled for my 3 year old daughter. The balloon strings are dangling over us as we wait to get them filled. My 3 year old daughter touched one while the other young lady who was filling the balloons asked me a question. One of the staff members was very rude to me and asked for her not to touch them. Put them behind the counter if you don’t want them touched. She was very rude to me.

I needed to plan a very last minute Hello Kitty party for my nieces birthday and was able to find everything I needed here and more without going over my budget! Great selection, friendly & helpful staff, big organized store, and decent pricing. Next time you need to plan a party just come here!

I went in to purchase birthday balloons for my 12 year old niece and the Supervisor, a lovely young woman named Vee, and a young man named Edward, were extremely helpful and super nice.VEE went above and beyond helping me with my balloon bouquet. Her attention to detail was great- making sure all the balloon ribbon was curly cued on the ends. It was huge and looked gorgeous. She was so sweet and patient and even put all my balloons in a big bag, for safety.My niece loved the balloons and they really made the party look fun and festive. Thank you again Vee and Edward! Awesome job!

I really like that this place still exists. Its been years. If you are looking for a specific colored candy/plates/napkins/balloons ect they seem to sell every type of item with every color. Good to know it still exists!!

This place has always been a great place for me and my kids for Birthdays, and Halloweens!! The only thing is that since it is a well known party themed place, they charge a bit higher on mostly everything including their regular sized plan ballons. They are about $1.50 and when I get home a few of them pop instantly. Im pretty sure they have been sitting there for years, but at least they should be 50 cents due to the quality of them being old and not holding up.I also wasnt actually happy with some of the customer service. One associate told me that they didnt have the birthday theme balloon that I wanted over the phone. When I went in, I spoke with a very helpful associate, who kept looking and actually found it. So I was really happy about that!

The wide selection of items is great, but there were ZERO employees that said hello or smiled or offered any kind of help. When I got to the register I was asked for my email, no hello, no smile, no pleasantness whatsoever.

Directly in front of their store, theres a curb that sticks out way too far. First I ran over it and damaged the front of my car. Then I stood and watched for 5 minutes and saw two other cars in that short time also run over the curb. This is ridiculous. I dont know how they havent been sued yet.

As I attempted to purchase paper plates for an upcoming party, the plates rang up for $1.00 more than the price on the shelf. When I questioned the difference, a supervisor was called. She stated that someone had put the plates on the wrong shelf and insisted the higher price was correct, as she began moving the plates left on the shelf. Do not feel it right that I should pay a higher price than that marked because someone employed there made a mistake. I will buy my plates elsewhere and probably not return to that store again!

Poor experience. There were only 2 employees working that I could see. When I went to check out there was one customer in front of me and two others behind me. One of the employees was on the phone with a customer and the other was doing everything extremely slow. When the employee got off the phone, she did not help check out all of us waiting.When I finally get to the register the employee scanning all of my items was on his cell phone. He checked it multiple times while helping me.. This store has very bad customer service...

I call to inquire about a specific product. Samiya answers with an Indian accent, and ask to repeat myself several times, then she puts me on hold, for 8 minutes (cause I have nothing better to do)I call back, and the female who answers is trying to help. Why should I have to re-explain myself....The manager gets on, and says Samiya doesnt speak English that well. WHAT! Why is she working there then???!!! She could have asked someone else to take the call instead of keeping me on hold, like I was there!!

Reasonable prices. Horribly slow service. They are Always understaffed and slow. If you buy things that get free blow up or a discount expect an argurment when it comes time. That and when they say to expect an hour wait add 50% to that....

All the candy was stale or hard. The employees werent reaching out to try to help customers, however the store was clean.

Need to stock up more in certain sections. Kinda pricey. They dont need my phone or email, wish they quit asking for it, and when I say No, dont get attitude with me. Be professional!

Called here looking for any Shopkins theme items the employees there were very, very helpful. Got there and they quickly helped me look for everything I needed.

Prices are a little high, if you plan ahead you can get the same product cheaper online but its nice to have them close by in a pinch. Huge selection of options, and I really like that they carry costumes year round now.

Ok. Has party supplies (obvoiusly). Pretty much anything you could need. Also any theme party for kids, all organized. Prices reasonable but a bit pricey. Main frustration was I was unable to find staff to assist. Ceiling was warehouse height with shelving all the way up and item I needed was out of reach. Ended up purchasing other item.

Took 15 minutes to return 3 small unopened items... other than that, staff was nice. They were out of stock on a few things I came for.

The store seemed well organized. I was disappointed to find the pricing on their website is different than the store.The customer service in the store could use quite a bit of improvement. I couldnt find anyone to provide assistance and their were several other people looking for help too.I waited in line to check out, and when it was my turn, 5he cashier decided to answer the phone and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation about latex balloons, ignoring me, leaning against the back counter. Her manager came up and i asked him if he could possibly check me out because i had been waiting. He was great and rang me up right away.I will go back to the store, even recommend the store however, i am inclined to advise people to use the online ordering or coordinate through the website for store pickup.

Seriously had everything I needed for my sons birthday party.

They had alot of inventory boxes on the floor blocking the shelves and not enough employees. No one was available to help left without purchasing anything.

I had wondered how a place called party city could possibly get bad reviews. its because the customer service is awful. the guy who helped me, Malakai, could not even be bothered to make eye-contact. i never would have gone in except it was the most convenient location for what i was looking for.

They have a lot of stuff! I dont go here very often, but they do seem to have everything one would need. I like that I can always walk in and get a dozen balloons blown up while I wait, and they do a nice job coordinating the string colors for me.
