Bought a purse for super good deal.whole store was on 70% off plus 20%.Got a purse for $70bucks loved the deal and the purse.The staff were very helpful .Store was clean and had great collection if different kinds of bags.

If I could give a negative rating I would do it. I went into The store May 1 and a gal with brown hair to her shoulders at the register would not allow me to return a watch that I had purchased two days prior. She said I could not return it because I had taken two of the links out and therefore altered it and customized it to fit my wrist. However, I told her the links were in the box along with everything else. The watch had not been worn. I told her the watch does not do the certain things that I would care for it to do or like for it to do. I told her that I was not satisfied and per the receipt if I am not 100% satisfied I am eligible for 100% refund. But she told me I needed to read the rest of the policy for returning online. What she failed to realize is that watches are made to be adjusted and that watch was made to be adjusted! But she would not take it back still the blonde guy standing next to her I think felt really bad for me. What she is saying is that basically if I buy a purse and adjust the straps and I will test them to fit my body it is no longer eligible for return. Went to the store I originally purchased the watch from and they were super helpful and able to get the watch returned. I will never come back to the anthem location ever again. Michael Kors almost lost a customer, but instead that store just lost a customer.

She made us feel very unwelcome while we were shopping. All the employees were standing around on their cell phones by the front door. When I came up to the front to purchase my items they were still looking at their phones. Didn’t even acknowledge us the whole entire time. My husband had to go to front of the store to get some help to pay for or items.Last time I will ever shop at this location again!!!!!!

Excellent experience! From the moment I walked it I was warmly greeted. I appreciated the COVID safety precautions they took. Everyone was asked to wear a mask for the duration of their visit. The staff was super helpful also. I’m typically very indecisive and they provided me with great recommendations. Will definitely shop here again.

Ordered my elderly parents smart watches from Michael Kors. They were having difficulties setting them up, and I suggested they take them to the Michael Kors store nearest them. When they went into the store the staff refused to help them. Three staff members standing around and not one would help them. My parents called the store on the other side of the city, and they were more than willing to help them. This store has horrible customer service

Went into the store with my wife to buy my mom a brand new purse for her birthday. Store associates greeted us and never bother to help us or even look at us. We inquired on a specific pink bag that was on display, that would have been perfect for a birthday gift. So we asked to see if there where any new ones available in the back. The store associate went to the back room and quickly came out. She said there are no new pink purses available, and that the display is all they had. She never even looked at us while talking to us and went back to talking to her friends. Other store associates basically gave us the cold shoulder. I guess my wife speaking spanish to me, turned away the store associates. Basically we where not good enough to shop there.

Rudest group of employees EVER, including manager! Will NEVER purchase or step foot is this place ever again. Without going into the child like details of how this pathetic group of immature employees acted, lets just say I walked out and went across the way and spent my hard earned money at Coach! Lets face it, Coach has a much superior product with quality that is far superb to Michael Kors anyway!! Michael Kors youve lost another customer and during these times with Covid can you really afford to lose customers??

Had the worst experience with a worker there Name Blanca. When I came in she literally gave me a looked of disgust literally followed me around the whole store. And when I picked up a purse I liked she was like “umm do you need help or something “ when I said no and I was taking this one then all of a sudden she was all nice🤨

Very nice staff, not pushy or overattentive. The store was very clean and very organized. They have a nice selection of outlet items mixed with flagship items, with shoes and accessories.
