This store is a tornado of chaos! There are so many people running around in a frenzy. Clothes are scattered on the floor, unmatched shoes are found in bins that aren’t for shoes. People are pushing you over like they found the best deal in the city (which isn’t the case). Unboxed items that aren’t labeled, they won’t sell you anything that doesn’t have a tag so you end up tripping over junk that’s most likely been there for weeks!I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off going to a thrift store!For those who are COVID concerned, avoid this place at all cost!
Well I have been here many times. If you are willing to spend time searching and dealing with long lines...then it is worth it. Shoes are fully stocked...it will take time to search the womens clothing of course you need to check the zipper and make sure there are no rips etc. I have purchased some great dresses from there that are great quality and have stayed looking good for years. There is a bin full of bras for like $9 each. It is worth a few minutes of searching. The staff is friendly and do their best to keep the line moving...if they have a day where there is an extra % off, for example yellow tags...ugh..even longer lines. I hardly find those tags so I dont recommend going on one of those days. You can call ahead to find out if it is one of those days. Sorry I dont have any photos right now.
First timer here! Lots of cute stuff! Be prepared to rummage through bins and lots of items! The store is kind of sorted by size. But also look through several other sizes (even if they aren’t your size) because people never put things back where they belong. If you’re looking for a New Year’s Eve dress, this is your go-to store!!!!!
Its a mess and craziness, but you can get incredible deals if youre lucky. Get it line when they start restocking the shoes. Crosscheck on Google what youre buying, some prices are incredible, some just ok. And make sure you carefully inspect each item. Many are returns, some even heavily worn, with holes, etc. Enjoy the treasure hunt!
Wow! First time here and I was impressed. The had a great selection. It was a bit messy and crowded. At one point I was asked to back out of an area so they could restock. The girl was a little rude about it. Overall I spent a bit of money and I love everything I got.

Its messy, its downstairs, its full of good deals. This place is a must visit if youre in Phoenix or the Biltmore area. You can use your Nordstrom Notes, Nordstrom Credit Card or Gift Cards. Prepare to go through a lot of junk to find the good stuff. Have fun!
Its a madhouse judging by the line that wrapped around all the way to Staples. I suppose they have good deals on the clothes that are in high demand. Bring a chair and gett ready to hurry up and wait.
Ive been coming here for a few years and while you used to be able to get really nice products year round, lately the prices seem to be going up and the quality of the product seems to be going down.Lately there have been a ton of damaged products (multiple holes, broken zippers, etc) but they are still starting to charge more.Ill give this store a couple more chances in the next few months and if things continue the way they have been going Ill probably give up on this place.
The place for amazing deals. I have found some amazing treasures. Ive been in the place since last summer and as a visitor has to make a remark on the great labor they have made after the covid19 reopening their system allowed everyone to shop safely. The dough is kind of messy I recommend arriving early and planning to spend some time there if you actually want to look through the store.
Pretty decent selection varies all the time. Great deals and location.

Prices were higher than before. The staff were rude and condescending towards the customers that were waiting for them to put out more shoes. I understand that some people may not follow their rules to the letter . But to me its still not a reason to talk down to any customer. And last but not least the condition of the store was mess!!
Dont waste your time. Ive seen better stuff at thrift stores. Its all damaged and prices are not in reality for the garbage they have for sale. Store is a complete disaster. I wouldnt shop here if the stuff was free.Also the manager here is a Karen on a power trip. Get over yourself, you are not the mask police!!
I went there to buy a purse and sandals but all this store had was winter boots in the month of May and in Arizona climate? So finally I found a pair of sandals & no decent purses today. Its a decent clothing store just have to take your time to look at clothes, etc.

Wow. Where do I begin. Huge store!! They seem to have pretty much everything, but it’s a mess! Tons of bins with things thrown inside, half of the clothes on the racks are on the floor, and there’s always a million people inside. It was overwhelming and not a super clean inviting place to be.
Locals know this is the best kept secret for deals on Nordstrom clothes and home goods in Phoenix! We take a our nephews here almost every year to buy their fall school clothes. Find $350 shoes for twenty bucks. You’ll see tons of clothes, luggage, small furniture, and household items. Go during the weekday and business hours to avoid huge crowds. There may be a long line for check out during the busiest hours, but the line move fairly quickly.
Well, the mask syndrome still persists at this store for sure. Three employees kindly jumped on me about it. Loud speaker keeps reminding people that they will be refused service and will be asked to leave if they were to violate the mask rules - Annoying!!! The owner definitely needs to get on with life and turn on something more positive. Was able to find four pairs of shoes though. The young lady, Osmara, at the counter was very nice - FIVE stars for her. The long line moved very fast.
I always find great deals. But you must be ready to dig through the shoes and clothing.
They need to be organized better clothes are mixed in with men and women clothing they need more cashiers the checkout line is too long they need to be organized a lot better. But I will say they do have some good deals going on there but once you find it eventually after a while its going to take you forever to buy it because the lines are too long.
Great shopping if you have a lot of time. You can find great deals but you need to sort through a lot of racks and bins. I went early in the morning and the check out lines were very long. The staff that I interacted with were very friendly. Some of the shoes in the bins its impossible to find the pair.
They need more cashiers.. or a different way of getting people thru there. Not worth thre DRAMA
This is tough one. With better organization they would be a gold mine.They should group some clothes together of similar style and same size - the way do it now creates a swapmeet frenzy and horribly inefficient - more guys products would be better!
First time there it was a mess clothes all over the floor, the lines look to be about an hour long to pay out, if there was store personnel, none could be found on the floor!Place is trash, never coming back
Well organized with quality product and lots of helpful staff. You are able to buy samples here so you can take home just one piece of tile to see how itll look like.

This store is kinda like the goodwill clearance center but with new items. I like to search and dig for good finds so I like it. The line is always long though. The cashier was funny and delightful to encounter
If you have the patience to get in the lines on look for something Ill recommend it but if we you dont have the patience dont even go there and theyre going to taste your patients just fight getting in line and waiting to talk to the customer service people there they got good deals but you just have to be very patient
This is the store I just told you about. They have had their Last Chance with me. Its like a Store without a Mgr or anyone who knows what their duty is so they just run the aisles with the kids.
Medium value always smells like feet. But still good finds and worth the visit.
This place is an absolute mess and wildly crowded even on weird days like Tuesday at 1:00pm. However, you can get incredibly deals on name brand items. I got a pair of leather, knee high boots for $13, designer shirts for less than $15, Cole Haan sandals for less than $30.Its very worth while if you arent looking for anything in particular, have a lot of time to burn and can deal with one of the least organized stores you will ever walk in to.

Store is really filthy. It seems like they are always switching things up on purpose to make things harder to find. Last time I was there I found a half eaten apple in the bin I was looking through, disgusting.

We came all the way from California, and try hard to look for this store, because we heard this place from several friends that we can find very good deal stuff here. But we are shocked when we just arrived... it look like Ross, or kind of Goodwill to me. Lots stuff looked like used and old (maybe some are brand new, just need lots of patience to dig through), stuff on sale are piled and mixed, you will need lots of time to find your treasure.
Like the store however, it was chaos, I spent like 80 bucks on 2 shirts and Marc Jacobs bag .
If you are a size 4 womens shoes, I highly recommend this store. It has the largest selection of shoes in this size.

I found many great items I actually went hoping to find and Yippee Yaaaaaay I found sooooooooo many and used my Nordstrom notes from my Nordstrom card and saved even more off the total purchase.A must have is an easy to start Nordstrom credit card.You earn 20$ notes. .....free money....to spend at any Nordstrom store and Last Chance is one of the stores.Very nice cashiers who know me and treat me so well.LOVE LAST CHANCE or LC as me and my friends call it:))
Picked over, outdated styles, messy...rude staff. Go to a thrift or consignment store instead. Went on a Sunday...maybe it was a bad day. How many animal print shoes and boots does one person need?
This place is awesome! Im a lifelong thrift shopper so this store is a dream. One thing kept it from getting 5 stars. It was difficult to get around the store when its busy. Other than that, great shopping experience.

Its always crazy in here but if you take your time you can find some really great deals. I found a black dress with white dots. It was only $0.97 you cant beat that. Take your time and dont get frustrated with the other customers. The staff was friendly with me and they make conversation when helping you check out.

I have been coming to this store for well over 11 years and each year it has just gotten worse it is so dirty and everythings just thrown around, the bins of shoes are impossible to navigate through. The line was so long I just put my items back and left, it is not the same anymore. I am so disappointed.

Absolutely zero social distancing, most shoppers have their masks on half way, cashiers single out specific shoppers to put their masks on, then after their mask is on properly continue to berate the shopper to every person within listening distance. I didnt see a single surface get sanitized other than the cashiers stations. Items arent priced as well as they used to be. All in all, if you are trying to stay safe, not worth going here to save a penny.
I’m never entirely impressed by the selection. Mostly sweaters even in the summer time. If you go on Fridays and Saturdays the discount amount will be 80%off the selected color for that week. With that said you’ll want to get there early to beat the crowd.Update***I went back to the store last weekend. I was there to find shoes for a specific occasion. I ended up finding a nice pair of shoes. Still looking around to see what else I could add I found myself in an employees way... At least that’s how she made me feel. She abruptly told everyone in that area to clear out/move out of the area immediately. They were cleaning and restocking. This happens often in the store so usually this isn’t a big issue but for the fact that I have never had an employee be so rude when asking for the area to be cleared. She looked to be a manager and she was certainly vocal. I don’t shop anywhere where I feel disrespected. I put the shoes down and left the store. I’m not a hater of this store I just like good customer service and that is lacking here for the most part. I spend a good amount of money when I shop here but I would rather go to the retail store where I have a far different experience. It is true that you get what you pay for. That also translates sometimes to the quality of customer service.

Last Chance is always an adventure. I used to live in Arizona ten years ago and loved shopping there, now I can only go when I fly in and out! I have to always allow at least 30-40 minutes there. I always seem to find some treasure!

Lots of great bargains, but depending on your timing expect crowds. Also many shoppers are pigs and drop merchandise on the floor and dont pick it up.

The clothing items were all great quality and cheap, with a few items slightly damaged from so many people touching them. Very crowded always, but the staff is always there and they restock the racks often.
Terrible customer service. They use very strong chemicals in the dressing room. I was coughing the entire day and my lungs hurt. Not only that but they had the audacity to yell at me to wear my mask over my nose. It was extremely hard to breathe after the chemical shower so of course it’s going to be hard to cover my nose with a mask. I told them I was having a hard time breathing bc of the chemicals they sprayed and the employee said nothing. Just called for her manager. They behaved extremely childish. I will probably come again bc of the prices but holy cow their customer service is atrocious.
There basically a ripe off store or goodwill, and there pretty expensive too😒

Every time I visit Phoenix I shop here. I am in town for a week and shopped here 3 times. I got ugh boots for $40.00, merrell sandals for $15.00 and another pair of black and white athletic shoes
Always fun and a little crazy. If you LOVE to shop, then plan on spending several hours here.. theres SO MUCH STUFF... Sometimes the lines get long for checkout but they get through it pretty fast. Always be courteous and do NOT reach over people or they might kick you out. All sales are final. Id recommend a small purse, fanny pack, or minimal belongings going into the store as it can get a little cramped.

I love the deals here, I live for the deals. Get there early, and be ready to spend a few hours with no cell service. Also, the checkout lines recently have gotten really long, they literally curve AROUND THE ENTIRE STORE. Now theyre bringing in more variety, prepare to be shoved and have no other shoppers listen to you when you say excuse me. I once got knocked down (while I was in a brace for when I broke my back) for a $5 Nike sports bra! People here shop like crazy people. Also, now its beginning to get EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. I snapped photos from my most recent visit on HOW MESSY EVERYWHERE WAS. Oh my goodness it is impossible to walk through anywhere without tripping on something. Also fitting room lines for women take 40 minutes to get in easily, so wear something comfy you can quickly throw something over. Other than that, its worth the deals every time.
Crazy busy. The crowds there are no joke, but neither are the prices! My wife found a really nice dress for a wedding we went to for under $20.
Omg- be prepared to spend a couple hours here. Many deals to be found. But, be prepared, it is not a fast in and out kind of place, unless you get your timing right. Look for the % off tag colours.

Last Chance is not for the faint of heart, but you can get thrift store prices on quality pieces if you’re willing to work for it.
