Bought 2 signs from them at Texas Motor Speedway. The signs were very blurry. I asked to see them before printing and was not given a chance. They turned out bad. I know that he could tell I was not impressed when we picked them up but he seemed to not care even after I said they were blurry. He just handed me some sign holders and sent us on our way. He said it was the quality of the pictures I sent him. So he should of let us see the quality before he stuck the think sticker to the sign. What a waste of money. Never fall for that one again.
I cant speak of the quality of their craftsmanship or their dealings as a company from a customer service standpoint, but I did have the opportunity to interact with them as a job candidate. They did not impress.I applied to a position here and within 24 hours, I had received a positive response from them. The man I spoke with arranged for an interview with me for the following week, which was later than I had informed them I was available. I dressed nicely, printed off several copies of my resume, drove half an hour to their location and arrived early, then was told in a 2-3 minute interview that the position had already been filled in the short time between our email communication and my interview.I realize people get busy and schedules become overwhelming so tasks can be overlooked, but this behavior seems excessively rude, inefficient, and unprofessional. It doesnt seem terribly difficult to me to email a candidate the several days before an interview (that the employer scheduled) to inform them that someone else had been approved for the position. That is a common courtesy and requires minimal effort on their part.As someone who has worked within the fabrication field and known many in its population, part of me cant help but think that if I were an adult man, I wouldnt have been treated so disrespectfully. But speculation aside, at the end of the day, it was a complete waste of my time and efforts and I am extremely disappointed by their service as a potential employer. Those interviewing here in the future should be wary of their treatment of job candidates and maybe decided to invest their efforts elsewhere.
