I had already received several bids for my store sign, when Arizona Commerical Signs was referred to me by a friend. Beautiful Sign, easy to work with and 100% a happy customer!

I am a local photographer here in Phoenix. I recently discovered one of my photos on an informational display at an ADOT rest stop on Interstate 10 (both E and W) near Sacaton. I later learned that this same image was used at the ADOT Mohawk rest stop as well. The image was not obtained legally (I never consented to its use) and when I contacted ADOT about this issue, they referred me to someone from Arizona Commercial Signs, the company who put the displays together. They acknowledged they used the photo but couldnt say where they obtained it from. I stated Id be sending them an invoice at the standard rate I charge, and was bluntly told they wouldnt pay it. They offered me $50, which they claimed was the going rate for stock photos from places like Shutterstock. Well, great. If I was on Shutterstock, Id accept that rate. These images are STILL on display illegally as of last month (and have been for more than two years) despite the company assuring me theyd be removed.

Called them Monday 02/11. They said they would be out there by Wednesday to troubleshoot the problem. Nothing by Friday so I called back. Swore they would be out there on Saturday the 16th, nothing by Tuesday 19th. Called another company and scheduled them to come out instead. Finally recieved a not to exceed estimate on Wednesday the 20th which tells me they still havent gone onsite. So far and in just two days my experience with their competitor has been stellar !!

Thieves an Liars. The Posting from Fallon Benito is a great example. Fallon is an Office assistant @ Arizona Commercial Signs. The owner is a dishonest person who will do and say anything to get your cash. Once you pay be prepared to wait a long, long, long time for your sign and when the sign shows up ( It probably wont be what you paid for.) watch the sheer Unprofessionalism of their 3rd rate installers who will be eating up your cash learning how to install signs @ 87.50 per hour. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HACKS!You have been warned!!!
