I absolutely love Zia Records! The people there are so helpful, and you can always find something even if youre not looking for anything. Tons and tons of vinyls all at reasonable prices as well as cds. All in all, I love going there with my friends when i have some extra cash! i also added a few little pics of things i found amusing :)

I love it. Great place to go. So much stuff youll take a day just to go through it all. Plan on having a day to go through it all. Youll have fun. Youll probably spend a whole bunch of money. Thats okay though. That would be money well spent. If you havent been there, go check it out.

Most of their electronics have a 7 day return policy. the figurines in the back of the store and the socks next to them are worth a look when you visit. dont bother trying to pawn your items youre not gonna get a good value. overall a good place for collectors to visit.

I thought record stores were all but extinct until I found Zia records.Zia has a great collection of records,DVDs,blurays,books, and more.The staff is friendly,and the environment is inviting.

Great place to recycle your old electronics,books, video games, collectibles, and dvd/cds. They offer ok prices for store credit but dont expect a lot for cash. They do have a nice selection of memorabilia and the prices are better here than compared to bookman.

Zia records is always a good stop to cure some boredom and peak interest. They always have an odd assortment of vintage and new pop culture merchandise. If youre from out of town I highly suggest popping in to one of their locations and just look around even if you dont intend on buying anything

Zia is a great true record store with much more. The staff is always friendly and eager to help and the prices are very competitive. I try to go here at least once a week because there is always something new.

Apparently Zia Records knows about health care better than the CDC, the US government, and any doctor with half a brain.So, Zia requires a mask to enter their store with or without a vaccine.I will no longer be recommending your store to anyone.

This is an amazing place and its huge! I went to sell music cds and got a very fair price for them. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Ross helped me, he was very respectful called me Miss instead of Maam. My husband recently passed and I have a lot of LPs. I took in a few to see if will be worth my time taking the rest in. He gave me a few options since it is a bit to drive over. I just want to thank Ross for being a great employee of Zia and making the task at hand bare able.

Amazing Place there is everything you can ask for. Games, comics, movies, etc. The staff is really polite and helpful. The atmosphere of the establishment is great. Overall the whole place is well worth visiting and is fantastic.

I love this place. Ill admit their products are mostly overpriced, thats an opinion of course. The staff Ive interacted with seem to enjoy their employment at ZIA. Im pleased by their friendliness and exceptional customer service. People can trade stuff at the store. They offer fair cash or store credit for things they take. Theres also a reward program to encourage repeat business. You earn points for purchases. Those points can be redeemed for what is effectively a coupon. Its a great incentive.

SuperRad.... Dont really take many things not give good prices really for them anymore like used too and def store credit is what to expect you will get offered most at but shopping wise have great stuff and great prices

Closest Zia to me. Always has a decent selection of music and movies. If I really want to find something though, I normally will drive out to the Tempe location as I think the selection is better

Its a joy to go in and look at all of the new music, movies, and games and find something to add to your collection. The staff is there to help you out and even chat a bit about what your getting. Hit or miss to find something cool, if youre looking to sell funkos or collectibles I suggest to try another place. I recently took funkos to Collectors Marketplace and got 2x more that I wouldve from Zia.

I love this place. At first it’s a little overwhelming because the have so much of everything. But have no fear, if you ask, they will find it! The staff are absolutely incredible and go out of their way to help. I can’t wait to bring the books I bought my guests at the hospital 💕

I stopped in to see about trading in a new things. I didnt expect them to take all I had but they did and gave me over $30 in store credit! The woman who helped me was very nice as well.

This is a great Zla Records store. The staff are super friendly and the inventory of new and used items is extensive. A handy tip: If you find that the front parking lot is to crowded there is a second one on the West side off of 26th Avenue.

This place is phenomenal! How can I describe it? To me this place is basically retro heaven. A blast from the past, a Trip down to Memory lane. This place has a lot of things that relate to the classics, 80s 90s and probably older hit items. They even sell clothing and books plus comics. This is one of my favorite places to go when finding old games, it so nostalgic for me. I love it! Thanks for bringing back my childhood memories, it means a lot to me!

Zia has been a staple in the valley for as long as I can remember. Stopped in for record store day and the experience is still the same. The people working were helpful and the store was packed with media.

I love Zia Records! Amazing selection of books, movies and music with great prices on pre-owned movies and CDs. The customer service is great. Ordered a movie that wasnt in stock and they had it in 3 days.

Older store and smaller store than 19th ave and camelback, little crowded but staff is very helpful..my kids and husband enjoyed standing on their little stage with guitar, keyboard, and ukulele for about 2 minutes..no sound on keyboard just quick fun..lines went very quick

This location is unfortunately not my favorite even though its closest to my house. Ive had issues there with selling some things before where they take a long time to get to my items then seem to offer me a low ball me. Sometimes their items seem a bit higher priced than other locations, but I have to say this location has the best book selection by far. I still come here often to see what I can find, but have decided to no longer sell at this location. The staff are still usually very friendly and helpful if you need to locate an item or get a price check.
