Very bad experience for my first time bidding and buying, I spend 2 days Monday and Wednesday before auction looking and inspecting all work trucks with details and some excarvators, I did my list and ready excarvators was out of my budgets but the flat bed work truck was more low of my budget some great price, but!! sold to someone else because the APP STOP WORKING!! in the middle of my first truck on my list, 30min later was sold all the trucks of my bidding list until the they stopa the auction for fix the problems, but not is the worst part I bid in a plastic storage shed unused in closed box with plastic with a nice solid structure picture in the box, just for try the sistem and the APP pay $1000 in auction with fee,tax and all was around of $1300, for a piece of trash Chinese trash looks for me 1/2 cardboard, my son, one of my workers and me, we put all the very low quality and soft pieces together on Sunday and by Monday afternoon all the roof was destroyed for a little monsoon wind here in Tucson, honesty I feel like I was robbed, I check on eBay and the price for that China trash is $278 with free 3month delivery, Im looking forward for buy equipment and flat bed trucks and I hope for my second time thing can be different for now I lost $1300+ for something totally different to the quality that I see in truck and machinery, the good thing is people in the office are ver kind.

Won a few bids Friday. Auction. Was smooth. Pickup today was another story. Awful slow chaotic and understaffed I girl checking a line of rigs in and out. She was pleasant but a simple. pickup started at 9:30 sat in line for almost 2 hours and the was told if we didnt need a forklift to load we could pickup our goods. Another line to get out and the same girl still there that was at 2 finally out by 2:30. The pickup experience was absolutely inexcusable for an auction house with that much experience you would think they could figure it out. Not so.!!???

I love this place we have bought 2 backhoes from there now and have not had any issues.you can go there and start up the equipment and test it out .theres always tons of good stuff to bid on

Yesterday evening I was called by a woman named Kathy looking for a gentleman who I do not know, does not live at my address. She apologized. About an hour later, I get another call from this woman looking for a different named man. Again, I explain that my number is not his number. Ive had my number for over 15 years. Now at 8:30 am I get another call from Kathy asking for the man she first called for last night. Seriously? How inept do you have to be to do this? She should have made a note, scratched out the number, something to avoid calling the same number 3 times.

Fast service & clean lot

This place is horrible to sell anything that belongs to you, don’t do it! When are people gonna realize without our machinery they will go out of business they make millions on our stuff and charge us to put our stuff in they’re show?? Not dealing with them anymore!!

In my 10 or so interactions with RB, Ive always met friendly and helpful people here. Always had a good experience whether calling on the phone or visiting in person.

This is a FAST MOVING, PROFESSIONAL, CONSTRUCTION AUCTION! This is NOT a little retail, Saturday, yard/farm auction. So the people that gave poor reviews probably were not used to the speed and magnitude of a RB auction.RB is always professional & helpful. Go a few days before and scope out the equipment you want. Then on auction day you will be ready to bid. Be prepared because on auction day things move FAST!

I have bought and sold with rbaution for 20+ years the Phoenix Auction site is the worst managed by far Paul Kannapel the Regional Operations Manager has the worst people skills I have seen not only with customers but employees also. Corporate needs to resign him to a position that he has no human contact

I bought 2 trucks from this auction and both of them broke down in 100miles.stay away the costumer service is the worst I ever met

Make sure you look at the item in person! Online there is no way of telling the condition of the item and even if the title listing is right. They wont show mercy even when they mess up. They mislabled an item and did not disclose that it was a piece of trash.

Been using Ritchie Brothers for years now but they are pricing their self out of the business with me by the time you get your items out of there you are paying 23% on what you paid for the item in addition between taxes buyers fees and credit card fees. or even wire transfer fees. Fees fees fees what a rip off... be prepared to pay tax on your buyers fees also. fees fees fees what a rip off

Super shady sellers. Stay away If you dont want to lose money. There is no arbitration and no one helps you. Sellers puts clear c on the car and you think is new.

Claudia is incredubly rude very poor customer service. Thia girl bit my head off for asking quite simply do I fill out the bol then load or load first?

I like to walk around and steal and vandalize while waiting for a load up.
