I just went in the store to redeem a free 8th which $3000 was spent at this store in order to redeem and they forced me to buy something in order to get it. On the stamp card it says free 8th when you get 10 stamps it doesn’t say anything about having to purchase anything. Anyway I’m sticking with ponderosa because they’ll give me free 8ths and I don’t have to spend $1000 to get it.

My order was not in the system when I went to pick it up even though I received a “your order is ready for pick up” text. They told me they were out of the bud that I ordered online. But after speaking with Daniel and Steven they where able to get me a better order and I paid the special price. Thank you guys so much.

There wait time is horabble they will have you waiting a whole hour to get in the back. I put in a online order and still have to wait a hour to get my order. They be having like 20 people just sitting in the lobby waiting.

Lets talk about the Giggle Sticks. Billy was one of the coolest guys to learn from. He made me into a believer when it came down too it. Although Herbal Wellness is a little pricey, you wont be upset with the outcome. They are worth going in to see!

Price and product is fine. The hour long plus wait times for online orders that are supposedly ready is quite ridiculous though. Do not go here unless you plan on spending a long long time.

Preordered and still couldnt be seen, if you have to come in a lyft just dont bother coming at all. Dont trust the good reviews. They dont care about getting orders out fast. The good reviews must be a lie when its this ridiculous to even be seen and no one tells you whats going on.

I only come here for cartridges and disposables as their flower prices are to much for what you get. The quality isnt there for the price they want. Also Ive been waiting here for the last 45 minutes to get some carts. Its Sunday at 1239. Also the weed n my pocket, that I got from my private dealer, smells better than both these places. And was cheaper than any flower here. Im really just disappointed with the wait time. Ridiculous. The MVD is faster.

I absolutely hate coming here. Everyone here is great but the system is Wack. And the bus tenders talk to much. I understand you are trying to make an enjoyable experience for patients but there is a balance to efficiency. I always have to wait a minimum of 25min while coming here even if I have a pick up order. The wait is horrible I dread coming here it’s like a last resort for me.

Slow AF. They change 8th of the day in name but not online. And brush your teeth. Again slow AF if anypne one else has ceaper and faster Id bee there.

I was a customer when they first open I spent hundreds of dollars maybe thousands.I use to think highly of this place but no longer now. mybudtender was Chris N. I asked a simple question do Rec have the right away? He says Im online only. I said I understand but does rec have right way he said it again...the new lobby is for the rec and the medical patients have to sit outside and wait to be called in.standing in the medical line I have saw 10 rec go in about two medical go in from the looks of it it looks like Rec has the right away and are now the VIP even though us medical patients have put all of our money into it all these years. If it wasnt for us medical patients and our medical needs they they wouldve never been open. Now they made their way to the top so they decided to push us medical aside.

Terribly long wait. Went on a wed late morning, and as a med patient waited over an hour to even go to the other lobby to be seen. Insane! I hear they prioritize serving rec people over medical and I believe it. Atleast keep it balanced.When I got back to be served after 1 hour and 15 mins wait, a rec customer that came 40 minutes after me was the next one called back.Way to help the med patients that gave you business all those years prior. You would think itd be the other way around. Definitely needs improvement to their line keeping system and speed.

Customer Service doesnt make up for Time Management. This wait WILL TEST your patience. 2nd time here and i dont want to come back.

I would have gave them five stars if they still prioritized medical patients. However they are just as greedy as all the other dispensaries that forgot who built thier business. The medical patients. I have a medical card thats good from until2/ 24/ 22. Its 2021. I have cancer, I guess they dont know what year it is. I ordered from here to Get a pre order Express with this company and this store and they told me that my card was expired.. These people are ignorant and dont know what year it is.. I will not be using them or their services.

Bad experience every time Ive been in here. Made me wait in a separate building(why??) for 40 minutes only to go to the tiny sales floor and see 3 people just hanging out at their registers not taking patients.Will not be returning.

This was my first time visiting this place. A guy named William Buck helped me. He was very informative. Showed me around the place and really took his time to make me feel at home. They had a few container out so you could see and smell the weed. The three samples he let me smell smelled like old weed, little moldy smelling. I told him this and he said it has been sitting in those containers for awhile and they are old. I should have turned around and left right then and there. I had drove to them from north Phoenix and it was the middle of the afternoon so i was invested. I bought four strains. The Now and Later is border line moldy. I am trying to smoke it up before it gets worse. The Bubba Skywalker was a bust. Stank of mold and tasted like mold. I also bought Do-Si Punch. That was not moldy and also the Gelato was real good.The bad part of this story is they dont back up what they sell. I phoned them and told them about the moldy product and he told me that i should smoke it or throw it away it is my choice. He also added that next time i come down to buy some smoke that i should avoid the moldy one i bought and buy something else. This guy was so unprofessional it was crazy. Who runs a business and says that?Well needless to say i wont be back. I spent over 160.00 on my first visit and get treated like this. I would avoid this place at all costs.Seems like the Mom and Pops places cant afford to back their product. It pays to go to the Bigger places that can back the stuff they sell. I go to Curaleaf on Bell Rd. Got moldy stuff once and they gave me credit for what was moldy. Hope this helps patients in the future.

This place cares more about recreational sales than medical sales the flower is not that great and I found a bunch of mold in mine the prices are ridiculous as well they have outsourced flower but it will cost you an arm and a leg and doesnt even test that high the disorder is not as good as they claim to be the quality really went down after the grow house caught fire I wouldnt even come here to use the restroom theres graffiti everywhere and they never clean them if they make at least 7 million a month they can reward the budtenders with 200$ bonus I can only imagine what the managers and higher-ups get anyways I want to waste my time here theres Natures medicine Sunnyside and harvest down the street

I was very disappointed the last time I went to this dispensary. I ended up cancelling my order and not making a purchase. I was looking to have my 5th visit deal honored but did not because according to my budtender the quantity & price I chose did not qualify as one included on the list of ones I could buy and still have my 5th visit deal honored. I did not see anything on the dispensaries page on the Leafly web site stating that I could not purchase this particular product and still have the deal honored. I left sad.

At first glance this dispensary seems like it is full of bells and whistles, which it is! These people truly care about each patient not only individually but as an entire community. Recently I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma that is refusing to gain remission. Once the management was aware of my situation I was brought in and I personally met with an Outreach coordinator and general manager name Scott. I was in tears at the amount of professionalism and care as well as the courtesy that went into this meeting, they provided me with a care package not only once but twice now and they have taken amazing care of me. I am fighting a battle that is the hardest thing Ive ever done in my life, I cant pick up a rifle and respond I cant wait for a battle buddy to get my back. All I do is wait for a better day and a brighter tomorrow, people like these here really understand what it is to struggle and how it can make a huge difference to help bear the burden even just a little. I receive hugs every time I come to this dispensary, and I give hugs back. I will forever be grateful to the owners and their wonderful team that runs their locations. As a representative of patients here in Arizona such as myself, an activist, and a fighter, I well always support and recommend Herbal Wellness Center AZ the number one dispensary and go to facility for any and all patients and persons who really need passionate, honest, safe access, and healthy care. I cant even walk into another dispensary anymore knowing the people will never compare to the staff here and management of Herbal Wellness Center. Thank you Scott, James, and the entire crew. Mediocre flower especially for the price and super slow service. They take one patient literally every 10 minutes and it’s just confusing considering how many budtenders they have. They need to figure something out especially since they are a popular dispensary. If you wanna pay hella money then take your business to Ponderosa Relief because you’ll atleast get your money’s worth. If you want decent quality weed for cheap, take your business to Natures Medicines. Long wait times, high prices, and mediocre product all in one is definitely not the move

Was in and out in less then 30min,would give 5 stars if parking wasnt so extremely tight and confusing on how to exit. I understand it would be difficult to expand parking area given their location,but a few more signs or arrows would make it less confusing. Great service though,friendly staff
