Better flower prices and deals then flower shop. Only downside is that you have a bit more if a wait. But well worth it

While this place has the best medical flower, Im not going to return. The prices have become ridiculous: $420 for an ounce before tax. The quality is the same but the prices are over 30% more than they used to be. Further, its ironic for a place called TruMed to lift their restrictions because of Dunce Duceys opinion. TruMed isnt for the patients, theyre for the money.

Finallllyyyyyyyyyy! I’ve been trying to find Cali quality flower for like 7 years! Trumeds bottom shelf is actually not even bottom quality at all, which says a lot. Super impressed by there flower! Bud tender was kind of treating me like a newb though and no matter what kept insisting that the top shelf was “better”. When I said I just morally have a problem with paying over 70$ for an eighth, he went on and on about how if you go anywhere it’ll be that much for that kind of quality.I got the one i wanted after convincing him I know what I like lol 😂 that was my one complaint.Definitely be back though!

I am a medical patient and I placed an order online received a text saying to proceed to the store. I get off 930 I arrived to the store at 942 my normal time but due to the high volume they were not able to service me. Very disappointing! I understand its recreational now however either service who is there or dont send a respond text saying order ready for pick up Furthermore I do feel I should have priority over any recreational person! now I have to find another place that will be able to service in my time of need.

Bud tender didnt put what I ordered in my bag, he put a different product. Tried to contact them.but no one answers the phone. Deff wont be back. Check your bag before you leave the register cause these guys dont seem to know what they are doing!!!!!!

I called around all over town to see who had the real quality - I got told plenty of times “it looks pretty bad” by the employees even of these places 😂 but trumed came correct, only place I know with real quality in Arizona .

I love the quality of the product I really do but I’m extremely upset that masks are not enforced in the dispensary. The workers don’t even wear masks. As a place that produces medicine for people who are medically at risk, have autoimmune and other conditions, I’m disappointed. There is no excuse.

Came to this place because I’m always told TRUMED HAD THE BEST WEED COMING OUT ANY Dispensary IN PHOENIX. I paid 60$ for a 8th of gelato told the budtender I wanted the best quality just wanted to make sure I’m high. This is what he suggested. This my first time shopping in a dispensary In Phoenix and always buy out the street because I know the thc percentage gone be higher. Today I was fooled. The weed looked great, smell great, but smoked HORRIBLE. Sticking to the streets. High prices, extreme taxes and weed that smoke like air with a mediocre high.

I have been coming here for years. I love the fact that they stay true to their brands- this is where baked bro’s comes out of and they’ve never disappointed. They’re concentrates are the best quality- A N Y W H E R E. Recently I decided to try a happy hour drink and the bud tender recommended the tropical one- and I’m so glad they did because they’re incredible. I was in immense pain when I started drinking it and I’m about half way through and my pain as nearly completely subsided. The energy kick from the sugar is a nice touch. I’ll never not come here, I just hope recreational sells don’t take away from the true authentic feeling of care y’all have for medical patients.

Used to love going here, back when the prices were fair. As of about 6 months ago, greed began to supercede fair, pretty sad considering it didnt suddenly become more expensive to grow a cannabis plant. Seems like the millionaires are just trying to become multi millionaires. I recommend sunday goods for fairer pricing

Expensive and no senior discounts for medical patients.

They do not care about medical patients!As soon as this state went recreational they started raising prices!Now I not only have to pay triple for my medications but I also have to wait in line where I have to declare myself a medical patient in front of all these strangers.I have sent an email to them about my concerns about this problem over a week ago and they have not responded.You uncaring price gouging monsters.Some people rely on this medicine. If you want to charge an arm and a leg charge that to the recreational people.Could you imagine the outrage if a pharmaceutical company started charging three times the amount for cancer medications all of a sudden because people wanted to take them for recreational purposes.If any lawyers are reading this we need to do a class action lawsuits against all of these dispensaries!

I used to love this place, and the staff is pretty solid, but they recently changed their coin policy to a way that ends up costing customers more money. They told me that all of my items just so happened to have extra change added to them, I find this hard to believe. Seems more like they are just adding change to all items to get their new even desired dollar amount.

When I asked Why is their bud harsh the Instagram page runner blocked me😂. Overpriced and very harsh for the quality.And they use chemicals you can taste it. No respect for the plant you can feel it when in there. Even at the grow :(
