This place is a European diamond in the desert 🇧🇬. A co-worker of mine hails from Bulgaria so I shopped here to learn more. Turns out Bulgarians love great food and amazing dairy. The cheeses and yogurt are a step above.

Nice cozy place. The shop is clean and tidy. Theres also a few table where you can enjoy Bulgarian foods and desserts, or other dishes common for eastern Europe, like holubtsi (stuffed cabbage). Met the owners, very friendly people. Dont leave without getting some canned roasted peppers.

Best Bulgarian groceries. As a bonus you can have banitza or kebapche and kufte. Or if you feel more adventurous you can try schkembe chorba or zeleva sarma.

Went in right before closing and there was no fuss. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. Lots of stuff you can’t get anywhere else, and it’s all pretty cheap. I recommend it if you’re looking to find unique products without the normal upcharge that comes with foreign goods markets

Hidden gem, a European market in South Phoenix. Variety of imported food with great feta and cured meats as well as lots of chocolate.

Amazing Eastern Europe even many Middle Eastern goodies, owner is very personable, pleasant to talk to, love their little cafe with great selection of Desserts. Great chocolate selections for kids and grownups!! 🤭👍👌It’s definitely worth going out of your way and pay visit,

I have been here a few times to by sweets they have a good selection of coffee flavored cookies and candies and I like coffee flavored treats. But yesterday I tried there deli and there red stuffed bell peppers are out of this world.( Sorry guys I could never pronounce the correct name.) But they have a special sauce they spoon over them and they are out of this world I will be back for sure to try the rest of there food. And the staff was top notch. The only bummer is Ill never be happy with a normal stuffed bell pepper.

Best Euro market & deli in Phoenix. The stuffed cabbage and Bulgarian soup where delicious. Most of all it was inexpensive. So next timd your in the area give this place a try

This is a great European food store. I recommend you get something chocolate flavored or fruit juices. They are to die for!

The store employees do not wear masks although it is mandatory in Phoenix. When I asked the coughing lady at the registry to put a mask and respect the health of the customers she said that she has different opinion and will not wear it. I will never return to this Balkan food store where the owners dont care if the customers will get sick.
