Madison Granite has been around along time. They are a well run family business, and have a very stable workforce. Ive worked with the same people repeatedly for over 20 years. They sell a very high quality product, and they are very proud of it. They are fair in their business practices, and are kind and responsible people.I remember them back when they were on Grand Ave. They moved to this place out in the desert maybe 20 years ago before there was anything else. Then people decided to build houses all around them. Now people have moved in and complain about the noise, (some of it falsely. They dont operate after 5pm weekdays, noon on Saturdays, or at all on Sundays, so the complaints about trucks and TNT blasts in the middle of the night just dont hold water .If you are complaint about noise during the work week during daylight hours, then you should stop. You are being unfair. They were there before you, making the same amount of noise.Your housing developer shouldnt have built right next to them, and you shouldnt have bought a house right next to them.

Lots of reviews here are complain about the blast noise. If you check historical aerials, this open pit mine has been here literal decades before anything else in the area. What did you expect moving next to an open pit mine?

This is a family owned business that has been at this location for many, many years. They were here long before there were paved roads let alone houses or apartments. I have done business with them for 13 years and have found them to be decent, fair and appreciative of their customers. Since it is a mine, they must comply with very rigid and detailed rules and regulations. They are inspected for compliance regularly and evidently pass since they are still operating. Funny how the only negative reviews are from people who chose to move into a dwelling NEXT TO A MINE!!! What in the world did you expect? You choose to be there, if you don’t like the noise, move away!

Excellent company to work with! Weve been buying commercial for over 10 years and have never had an issue that wasnt resolved.

The worst! I live near this facility, and all night long all you hear is beeping from trucks and TNT explosions. now there is a dog that barks allll night long!! As i have addressed this concern many times before it goes un answered. i do understand its a business but businesses have hours, and construction sound ordinance ends at 7pm so why are there trucks and blasts going off at 1,2,3,4 am in the morning? i have called animal control on the premise of complete neglect of the dog that sits out all night and barks. absolutely no consideration for the housing communitys near you. Not a good model for your business.
