Raphael runs an amazing operation and is very accommodating. I called him at 4:30 in the afternoon and told him that I make sculptures and needed to have a simple, granite table/base fabricated. He said to hop in the car and come down immediately. I was home by 6:30 and had a beautifully finished table/base for my sculpture. I feel its important to support local business. Raphael went the extra mile to please a new customer and I am most grateful for his efforts and those of his skilled workers! Made an appointment for an estimate, and the guy never came. I had to text him an hour after the appointment and he said he was finishing a job and could come in a couple hours. A couple hours rolls by and still nothing. He never answered my text, or got back to me the next day. Waited around all day for nothing. Super unprofessional, I’d be really surprised if the other “5 star” reviews are legitimate. Someone who can’t even take time to communicate and value other people’s time, is a reflection of laziness, and it probably shows in their work too.
