We had an accident with our garage door opener. The motor worked fine and was unaffected by the accident, but the interior and the exterior of the garage door was really damaged. We called The Door Doctor for an estimate. We werent happy about how expensive and time consuming we were sure this was going to be. Adam came out and took a look and said it was not so bad and he could fix it back to like new. Quoted a price that was incredibly reasonable. I asked how soon could I get an appointment for the repair. He said he could do it right now while he was here. I am still a little stunned about how knowledgeable, talented, professional, and friendly Adam was. And, oh my gosh, he was telling the truth. Everything fixed back to perfection. Incredibly reasonable pricing for such a difficult job. On top of this, he did an additional 15 point performance service which included a lube and adjustment of the door and opener, a safety reverse inspection, and a final spring balance adjustment. The whole thing accomplished in about an hour! I truly wish I taken a before and after picture of his fine work. Follow up paperwork was immediate and detailed. Obviously, I highly recommend this company and its employees!

Ron at Door Doctor is amazing. He did great work and even offered to repair the trim on the side of the garage for free when he noticed it was damaged. Door Doctor did an amazing job getting a new garage motor in and replacing all the wheels and springs. Although they had forgot to get the weather strip for the bottom of the garage they were able to make a fast turn around and replaced the weather strip. Thanks again!

Early July 2021, the photo sensors for my garage door started to die. That meant my garage door kept on going down then up. It wouldnt shut on its own. I cake Door Doctor and sunshine was there the same day, in a few hours. On a Saturday. Very personable tech came out and explained everything while working. This is the second time Ive used them. The guest time was few years ago to replace garage door motor. Very reasonable prices too. Will continue to use them!

Highly recommend this company! Called them at 6:45a as one the torsion springs had broken prohibiting the garage door from opening. Our garage door springs and cables broke and it couldnt even be opened manually. Called the Door Doctor and they responded right away. Everything replaced and operational in about an hour and reasonably priced. Another company tried to upsale and quoted around $400 more. These guys are really good. theyve had to come to my place twice in the last 3 years - and each time they showed up the same day, within a couple hours of my calling them, gave me a quick and fair estimate (which included parts and labor - no surprises!), and quickly and professionally completed the job. My door was replaced last year. We spent a bit more for insulated steel door and could not be happier. The garage is always at least 15 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, and our door faces straight west. Smooth silent operation. Highly recommended!

When we bought our new home in Trilogy we wanted a baseline service as well as experiencing a bit of a balky opening of the garage door.I was happy to see that Adam, who had done our previous work, doing our work here. Adam found the root of our problem was a weak spring. He replaced the single spring with dual springs, checked out the door components and did the service quickly and professionally. And because we are an established customer, there was no service charge.We continue to get the service that we have come to expect and will continue to call Door Doctor for regular service and any needed repair.

The darn door decided it wasnt going to go down on its own any more. Ive been tweaking the safety sensors for a couple of years now with various degrees of success, until it no longer cooperated. After that we used the emergency release for a few weeks, which when going out, left one of us inside of the garage and the car outside - not ideal when trying to get somewhere on a schedule.A call to Ron at Door Doctors in the morning resulted in an appointment with Adam around noon the same day. Not long after that, I had new safety sensors, lubed hinges, track and rollers, a balanced door, and a reasonable bill.The door goes up, down and stops when its supposed to. And it does all that quietly and without complaining or drama.

Ron answered right away and was at our house within a couple hours. Our door was a mess, had gotten stuck AND snapped a line BECAUSE the drum on that side was worn down to nothing (and those were just the worst problems). He didnt just get it to open/close again... he spent a lot of extra time doing maintenance to every component and getting it in the best possible shape to last us until we can finally replace this ancient door. He knows doors like the back of his hand and checks everything, not just the obvious problem. He really went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend him enough.

We used Door Doctor a few years ago when we moved into our home to fix some issues we walked into. Just recently the panels themselves began to split down the middle. I called Door Doctor again and they came out and installed for us a new garage door that looks and works great. With Rons experience, he told us that we actually didnt need double tracks for each side of the door to roll up and said that if we went to a single track, the door would have less stress on it and last longer. (probably why the panels had cracked in the first place) We followed his advise and went with the replacement track. He also told us to lubricate the wheels and the huge spring every three months or so to keep it in good working order. They know their stuff! I would highly recommend them if you have problems with your garage door.
