We support small business so we called Phoenix Garage Repair Pros. We called fairly late but Ryan came to diagnose the issue same day and came mid morning the next day to repair. He was quick, knowledgeable, and looked at everything thoroughly before he left to see if there were any other issues that he could address. Would definitely use him again and recommend his company.

Great experience in what couldve been a stressful situation! Something in the track of my garage door opener snapped and my car was stuck in the garage when I needed to be able to drive to work. They came and dismantled a part to where I could manually open it to be able to go to work. Then explained what the issue was and suggested installing a new opener system. Fast friendly service! I tried to do my own repair of broken torsion springs and found out who ever replaced the springs before used some sort of gypsy math to replace them. In the end I got the wrong type of springs and nearly broke everything on the garage door trying to replace it. Ryan came out and got everything back to normal and explained that the springs I had gotten were way to powerful. Im a do it your self type of guy.. but this is not a do it your self type of thing. Call these guys and save your self the headache and possibly $1000s in home damage!!!Ryan is someone I would recommend to my own mother.
