Wonderful, honest, hardworking people. They do beautiful work and I have been using them since they opened their shop.

I don’t recommend this place for personal use - shoddy work. I purchased bags and brought them here for embroidery, and they embroidered on the side with zippered pockets, rendering them useless. They do not guarantee their work, and management refused to pay for the bags. They did offer to do another item for free as if we’d trust them to do a 3rd item correctly. No attention to detail. Save yourself the money and hassle.

Been using Cactus Needles for YEARS. They are a great mom and pop business that will take care of your embroidery needs.
