Went in with questions and knew more about electricity than the office help or they blatantly didn’t want to help me. Would prefer a “ sorry we can’t help you’ rather than play dumb.

I am the office manager for a local contractor and I deal with several suppliers at many locations. City Electric North is by far the preference of our crew as well as the office. The service has been great and if there is an issue or if we have an emergency it always gets resolved quickly. They make you feel that our business is important no matter how small the order or how difficult the request. They have earned the 5 star rating.

Poor service. When they didnt have what I needed, they sent me downtown because they didnt want to tell me that CED (a much better option) only 2 miles away carried what I needed. Then a couple weeks later, they tried to do the same thing (and they knew someone closer had it; after pressing them for a closer option they admitted to it). Not a very pleasant atmosphere. Use CED (Consolidated Electric Supply) over on Rose Garden instead, they are GREAT people!
