Anyways, if you dont see what you want in the showroom, dont worry about it because if you know what you want, Dave and Reuben will make it happen. As a matter of fact, all I had to do was show them what my idea was and they made it so. Reuben did a fantastic job with the install and Dave was amazing with the follow-up! This past Christmas Season my wife and I decided to treat each of my 2 children and their families to a Security Door leading into their respective homes. In late November, the Salesman (Sean) visited each of them, and they selected a door to their liking. Today (01/13/21), it was installed. What excellent workmanship to each. My kids who have young children of their own can now open their front door and get the nice Arizona breezes to flow through, plus having added assurances of safety at the same time. I have to say, it was worth the wait as each was specifically handcrafted to their homes. I am very pleased I chose ‘Steel Shield Security Doors and More’. I found the company representatives to be very easy to deal with, coupled with competitive pricing backed up by their superior quality. Overall, my kids are happy, and so am I. Thank you!

Just had Rick out to give me an estimate on a steel security door. He answered my text promptly and was out the same day. He measured, we picked a color and the hardware but......it wasnt going to work! I was really disappointed. But really appreciative of Ricks honesty. He could have just ordered it and had them come out to install, but with his thorough inspection he spotted a problem we would have. I think he works on commission and the fact that after all that he couldnt sell a door. I mean i could have paid extra and had the whole door frame torn out, but he knew I was on a budget. So, definitely impressed. Will recommend to anyone!

The salesman was awesome. The door looks fantastic... Why not the 5 stars. Installation day was pretty bad. Josie called and spoke to my wife on speaker and stated our installation window was 7am to 9am. I called a little after 9 to see if the installer was running later. I got a call back stating my installation window that they had was 11am to 1pm. Cool... I was able to move my hair appointment to later in the afternoon. 9:30 rolls around and decide to take a shower. At about 9:35 my dogs go ballistic . I quickly rinse and dry off and low and behold the installer is here.It’s just frustrating that we were given a time and made plans. It just frustrates me that if I was truly the 11am to 1pm, why wouldn’t they have given me a call saying they were going to be an hour and a half early.

Even though they couldnt help me with my door handle, David (manager) had me send him pictures so he could assist me. David provided me phenomenal service although I wasnt purchasing something from them, and got me to where I needed to be to fix my issue. Rare nowadays, but something I will remember on my next security door purchase. 5 star service!!!

This place is awesome! We had two doors installed 5 years ago and they were such a great investment. The screen is so perfect it feels like nothing is on the door. Then, I needed an extra piece of screen for my fountain so I stopped in. Not only did the owner help me with a piece of scrap, he had his technician trim to size and didn’t charge me a dime. Great experience at Steel Shield. I bought a front entry security door here about a year ago. It looks beautiful, its well built, and the installation job was top notch. These arent the junk doors you get at Home Depot/Lowes, they are very high quality and provide great security, and not to mention, beautiful. I also liked that their prices include tax, warranty, custom installation, and all necessary components (such as door knobs, dead bolts), and key matching. Highly recommended!

Buyer Beware.... This company can care less how they inconveniencetheir customers. First off they dont cancel my 7:00AM installation when it is pouring rain. The installer shows up about an hour late with no call.Then it is too wet and rainy to install the door. Why didnt they just reschedule? Then he says that he will call me in the early afternoon and try to install the door in the afternoon when the weather breaks.I have to rearrange my entire day missing work and never receive a call.I have to call them and they dont even know what is going on.Two hours later I receive a call to reschedule like it was no big deal. No apology...Nothing.Meanwhile my $1000 door gets to sit in the back of a pickup truck all day soaking in the rain.

I had a problem with my gates and had them come out for a quote to replace them. Whenever it got warm the block pier would lean and I had no adjustment left on the doors. Instead they came up with a solution for a brace between the 2 walls. Saved me a ton of money and it looks like a part of the gate and is a perfect fit. Highly recommend them.

Great service, I will be getting Sunscreens soon. My security door is amazing, enjoying the cool breeze every night this spring.
