The item tag said it was one price and when I checked out it rang up as another been calling for an hour and a half blowing up the phone to see if I can go in and exchange it for the correct item and no answer not once, let the line ring for 2 minutes straight each time . Cashier that was there had earbuds in both ears and couldnt even hear me when asked for a balloon. Ridiculous service for being slow there has to be at least one person close to the phone to answer within that time

Great help and knowledge on behalf of the staff at geek squad. Fast service and great repair on my laptop. great store for all your electronics needs. welcoming staff always willing to assist all who come in the door.

It was great they had everything I needed everybody was polite the customers were nice and so were the workers and yes they have a bathroom there

The staff is very friendly but the store itself is a mess. Can barely walk anywhere in the store with products being all over the place.

Ive never walked into any retail Store in any ghetto for upper class neighborhood Im been so appalled The cashier not only was on the phone the entire Time She was also on speaker phone the entire time Just to add to all of that She was very rude refused to help me use tap to pay which I have never used before And instead of helping or calling for help she told me that it just doesnt work. NO I DONT THINK IT WAS BROKEN. Dollar store Mini mart corner store I dont care. By far the worst customer service Ive had in my life

I mean my favorite dollar store would be the 99© only store, but the only thing i dont like about family dollar is the employees are usually pretty rude and there is always alot of people there.

I had gone to this store around Xmas and I had one of the worked bump into a then roll her eyes at my, never bothered to say excuse me. So I go in today, even though I said I would not go back because of the rude worker. I am or was trying to understand the ignorance of the people that work in there. I listened to them talk bad about a customer that didnt have enough money to pay for all the stuff he had in his basket. The female that was talking about him was very loud. I didnt care for her as she rung up my items. Just rude. If I didnt need to items I had purchased I would have just left the stuff there.This is the second Family Dollar I have shopped at and I am so disappointed with the people that work there.I have heard on many occasions, if you are not happy where you work, find a job were you will be. It is not fair for others to suffer because you want to be a a##.

Its a good place if you need hygienic items, need candy, school supplies, or need to grab a few last quick items. Really better at night time, because its quiet and really easy check out times.

Bought a blue tooth speaker. Wouldnt pair to my phone. Never left the premises, the manager would not listen, I was going to upgrade but she was being difficult, and being in the clock for my job I didnt have time to try to convince her. Very unsatisfied with the service left the store without the product or my money back.
