I love H&M as a guy. They have solid clothes, nothing strange or out of the ordinary and very reasonable prices. I can walk out the door with several shirts and shorts/pants for less than $100 and theyre all good quality.

The store, should hire better people went there and I saw that they were judging me and my friend, would not recommend shopping there or else if you want to get looked like you’re less than the workers there.

Worst service. It’s just much worse customer service than you would expect. It seems like the employees work in a toxic environment. Not sure what that is about. Also, they always mess with the hours of the store and you never know when they will close early.

Went there And the workers were really judging because they looked at me and my friend like we were going to steal something and didn’t let us try on clothes and, for another guy he was able to try a lot of clothes but they wouldn’t let us try on clothes would not recommend shopping there really judgmental workers.

Cashiers are the worst. As a cashier in a clothing shop, witnessing this, its no surprise that people are disrespectful to the items they offer.

Cashiers are terrible don’t give you the time of day as a cashier at a clothing store seeing this no wonder customers are rude to the products they sell. Cashier completely had someone go in front of me. Works H and M

The cashier was great, but everything in there was almost all black or white! Where is the color?

This store was organized and clean, BUT, the clothes are all SO incredibly packed tight on the racks you literally cannot look at anything or put it back. On top of this, the hangers don’t have sizes so you are struggling and fighting with the clothes to find the size. That brings me to the next point, online, sizes go up to 4x and size 26.. but in this store you’d be lucky to find a 14 or XL. Mostly xs, s, m, l & 2,4,6,8,10. After fighting with the racks until my arm is sore, I go to the back to find out the fitting rooms are closed. They should notify you of this when you walk in! Or just have it posted on the door. No one ever offered me a bag or anything to put my items in. Just a terrible overall experience, store needs to be more size inclusive.

I was at this location earlier today with two of my friends. We were both completely disrespected by the employee. The manger should take a long look at this employee before they start losing more business. With how snarky his comments were, I wouldn’t be surprised if he has treated other customers this way as well. When we got to the register the worker asked if I would like to sign up for the rewards program and save 10% but I don’t go there often so I didn’t see the point. Once my it was my friends turn to pay he was asked the same question and declined as well. The employee then laughed at us and “is it because you get money from mommy and daddy?”, I then said No we actually work hard for the money we have and he continued to laugh at us and be disrespectful. I tried contacting the store over the phone numerous times but there was no answer. I do have the name of the employee as well.

Cant try anything on and the cashier (who rang me up, I must add) runs out of the store after me and tries to tell me I didnt pay for my items...that he bagged and then handed me the receipt that I had to then prove with that I bought my items... Weird. I was being watched like a hawk to make sure I wasnt trying anything on as I held up clothes to guess if they fit. The women almost stopped to tell me off... I live 2 hours away, I cant just return stuff within that strict 30 day window. Frustrating experience today.

Horrible customer service today. The salesperson tells me not to try on anything but in a rude way and then tells his coworker that he stopped me from stealing. I was so insulted. They should retrain their employees manners.

Twice we called and were told a closing time. Both times we arrived and the store was closed early. We just want to return something and have wasted a trip trying twice because they cant just tell us when they actually close.
