Today, I had made an appointment with this particular location and came in early for my COVID-19 Booster Shot. The staff member who checked me in at the front was very friendly, and the pharmacist who administered the shot was as well. All in all, everything was very fast and expeditious. I was very impressed. The location was very clean and easily accessible from Thunderbird Road. Thank you !

Compliments to anyone who can work here. This is a very busy store and the pharmacy is probably one of the busiest CVS Pharmacys in Phoenix. Yes it takes 15 mins for them to answer the phone. They have a txt service and a sign in on the website you can basically see the process your script is going through the entire time. Keep it up guys the crazy times will hopefully slow down soon thanks for the hard work.

Go to another CVS. Don’t waste your time. Why on earth does it take the drive thru pharmacy over 10 minutes per car?!? It blows my mind! Get it together. Seriously.

The store is kept neat and clean. There seems to be a staff shortage, possibly due to cutbacks in this day of Covid-19. The pharmacy is well managed and accommodating; unfortunately CVS switches it up every few months, may be why Ive seen a decrease in patronage. Hmm!

Worst place ever! Dont answer their phones dont fill when doctor sends over R. order.6 hours later not readyAnd they make nothing but excuses as to why rx is not timely filled. ALWAYS have to wait no matter what . DONT USE THEM!

I always had a good experience when I shopped or picked up my prescriptions here. The entire staff was friendly and assisted me when I needed it or answered my questions.The drive thru was always convenient as well.I recently moved. Unfortunately, I won’t be going to this location much anymore.

Pharmacy workers got it rough and theyre near constantly busy so I cant thank you guys enough for being patient and helping me understand who I needed to contact and what I needed to say to get my issue resolved. Shout out to the tall dude with the accent. Youre the man brother. Keep on keeping on.

I routinely wait over 30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy, and half the time they dont even pick up after 45! I cant be convinced theyre actually that busy. They either dont want to answer the phone or their system isnt working properly. Tired of it. All I need to do is call and ask a simple question every now and then, but what else am I supposed to do? Im not driving over there and walking inside just to ask one yes-or-no question, and the front-end CVS staff wont transfer me.Ill be telling my doctor to send all my familys prescriptions over to Walgreens on our next visit.

Unfriendly pharmacy staff. Claimed I lost a prescription that was called into them. I was at the drive thru when they belittled me.When my Doctor called they insinuated she was handing out illegal prescriptions.Why did you message me to pick it up if there were problems?Back to Walgreens for me.

Used to be the best, fastest pharmacy but now its very average. Not sure what changed.

There pharmacy is Amazing!! All of them are so wonderful!!!

I tried them for about a year. They screwed up multiple times on copay cards. And their operations just seem lacking. Too many inconveniences. Some of their staff are terrific. But stopping my relationship with them today.

I am always greeted when I walk in and a speedy check out. The drive thru for the pharmacy is so convenient.

Too bad I cant give negative stars to this place! CVS, what happened to you? Youre customer service and employee attitude is (dare I say) right there with WALMART! Honestly, Ive never had such horrible experience with a CVS before. Never have I had a Pharmacy Tech. treat me like a scumbag because I was calling to find out if they had my sons medication before I drove over with the script. And, insult to injury, when I asked for a Pharmacy Manager, he put me on hold for over 20 minutes! I finally hung up and called Frys Pharmacy (they were great and verified that they had my sons medication, by the way). I will never ever shop at CVS again. You should be ashamed of yourself!
